FC Blocked

I visit this site every day and have done for the last 2 months, most of the time I am using my phone to do this, as I am out at work or busy with kids.

But today for no apparent reason, my network provider has decided to block FC.
I live in the UK where cannabis is still illegal. My network provider is EE.

I see no good reason why they would choose to block fc. It's hardly harmfull in any way. I do not understand why they have done this. It makes me angry, I hate the way my country views cannabis. Bad enough that it needs to censor us from any contact with it. Yeah caus that has proven to work!! How about allow people to be educated instead.

Has anyone else had this issue?

You should email EE and ask why it's blocked, might be a mistake.

I have issues when on a public network.
Usually because the word 'fuck' is blocked. There is a thread about this somewhere.

Some guys have bypassed it by using the websites IP address instead of the domain name.


My advise, change ISP and get a good VPN because this is just the tip of the iceberg and things are only going to get worse in this dictatorship country of ours.

I know I've had to turn off the content lock on my mobiles. Previously with T-Mobile, & recently with O2

Yeah iv spoke to then and they cannot tell me why individual sites are blocked, apart from it must be unsuitable. Content lock is off, they blocked it at their end.

It's not a major problem for me as I use a vpn anyway caus of all the torrenting I do. It just really pisses me off that they are trying to control what I view.

They have been banning cultivation forums for a while now. Then specific cannabis sites. Now anything with any relation to cannabis.

I'm gonna go to the EE HQ and plant a load of hemp seeds everywhere.

Are they doing this because they are forced to? Or are they doing it as a public service to their subscribers? I'd be looking for a new isp...

Can't look for a new provider, it's my phone contract and ee does kick arse for Internet speeds where I am. I'm jus gonna have to face it that my country sucks.

Have private VPN, will travel.
