CBD Tincture...50 State Legal!

The 53% FECO is good. Not what I'm looking for in a CBD product though to be honest. To the poster worried about getting CBD wax, I would just order one of the other CBD tinctures that are clearly labeled 0 or .02% THC.

I did receive my order from OL, and it was very good. I have not received a reply to my emails though. Etsy products are back up, but worried about them getting cancelled if I order. I have no desire to repeat the last debacle with the cancelled order. His inbox is probably a nightmare, but that's largely because no one responds to emails so people will email them more, creating a vicious cycle.

I'd still like to order OL on Etsy, but went with the dutch vendors instead since I have no communication at all with OL and not going to risk another order getting cancelled. I'll post an update when I receive the two tinctures I ordered from the netherlands. They ship right away, but it takes a loonnngg time to get here.. but that's to be expected since it's overseas.

OL is protected pretty much being in a legal state, outside of that, they are treading to area that isn't just white and black, a very dark grey area at that, you'd have a hard to reasoning your case of "American made and legal industrial hemp".

It looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, people assume duck. It looks like your typical concentrate or hash, smells like it, and even list THC percentages. I'm thankful for their service, but your average joe law enforcement is going to have a field day with that excuse.

Listing the THC percentages is not good. I think it's for prior to the removal process, but either way is something that should probably stop.

Doesn't matter unfortunately, still illegal in my (and many others) case. CBD may of been legalized on a federal level but state to state varies, kinda how marijuana is legal in several states but illegal on a federal level. I'd need epilepsy, a doctors note and to buy from a state regulated distributer. No dice.

Frankly the title of the thread should be changed since its not quite true and may lead people who don't do a little more research to break the law. That's just my :2c:.

I don't what the fuck is up with those percentages. The "bubble", which to be honest, wasn't really bubble like was listed at 80% CBD and like 4% THC. I just think a hash of the quality, if it consisted of so much cannabinoid content, the characteristics were more akin to a lower quality of hash made of of more "impurities". Still got me high, definitely felt THC, still got anxiety, but of course CBD gives a buffer. The 1:1. definitely felt like 1:1. I wish some more can comment, but that shit had me high as fuck.

Like I said, I gave my buddy a sample of the bubble and he insisted he wasn't high, but then he dabbed up that 1:1 and he seriously was good after just a tidbit and this is a guy I watch religiously take multi bong rips daily.

Also, the pictures, they're not akin to the product you receive, as many of us can note an inconsistency as to what appears and what you get.

I definitely think the percentages and all that should be emailed and a less detailed labeling can be within the package to use in relevancy to the data sent.

I think Omega is legit, definitely got the real deal medicinals on deck, but they need to tighten it up and key in on a few points.

What do you mean it's not what you're looking for? What was your experience with the 54% FECO?

Well, one of the reasons I like CBD is because I quit regular MJ. A true CBD extract makes me feel good, but not high, and kills any desire I have for the "real thing". Maybe a slight barely noticeable body buzz.

On the other hand, I took a couple dabs of the FECO and was stumbling around my apartment half retarded.. so that's what I mean by not what I'm looking for. lol. Their THC elimination process could use a little polishing up it seems. I don't think it was from any chemicals or impurities, it was similar to the feeling I used to get from regular dabs.

No dice.

That really sucks man.. my state is non medical but it is decriminalized here. So no jailtime for personal use, just a ticket. I think that's a big reason why I felt comfortable taking the risk in ordering these different CBD tinctures.

The ironic thing is that CBD helped me quit MJ and I used to smoke medicinal grade nugget from when I woke up to when I went to bed, tried to stop many times and always went back to it. I had my card for a while in a medical state also, and some days would consume 300-400mg THC in edibles. Until I discovered good CBD extracts, that is.. There's actually a couple papers on the NIH site about CBD's ability to kill any cravings or withdrawal symptoms for heavy weed smokers. I think CBD is one of the main things I liked about cannabis all along, I just had never had it without a whole lot of THC mixed in.

Agreed.. have had the same experience on CBD extracts from several companies. I actually only want the CBD extract with as little THC as possible in it. From a long term risk perspective, it doesn't make any sense for these companies to not at least try to abide by the hemp product .02% THC regulations.

For anyone who has gotten the 70% range nectar, not the higher concentrated percentile that I'm used to, tell me or pm me how THC is in there? Also the base material or strain?

Just got my feco oil. My first impression is that it tastes like shit. It has a distinctive aftertaste that isn't horrible but isn't pleasant either. I asked the maker what the process of making the oil was and he didn't respond lol. After responding in less than a day about shipping.

It definitely has cannabinoids in it. Now i'm wondering if I should try the 71% or not. If it tastes better I want it. Can anyone comment on the taste of that oil or of other oils like OL's? Literally putting it on your tongue not just how it vaporizers or dabs. It's very dark so I'm wondering how much plant material is in it. Overall I'd say it is worth the money if you're the type of person that doesn't notice things about the products they use. It's not terrible tasting but I'm very sensitive so I can't be unaffected.

Regardless of taste I am impressed with how it makes me feel.

I had the higher percentile CBD nectar, but it tasted flame, the best tasting product I had from OL out of the bubble, 1to1, and nectar.

It taste nice, enjoyable, like a resiny, maybe partly piney and earthy, maybe a little spice and fruity undertone.

No Omega Labs products available in their Etsy store now....just a couple days ago they had like 10 different items to choose from....I wonder if they sold out of everything or they took it all down for some reason...

God knows...like I said they definitely need to get their shit tightened up. That being said, with all due respect of course, also, is anyone skeptical of these percentages listed with the products you've received?

I don't know, I'm doubtful of their accuracy.

So after getting my newest order I wasnt able to try anything until back from my trip. Well today I figured I would start with the highest cbd which was the acdc. I am trying to use CBD to help my anxiety and panic attacks so I cant touch anything with THC or it freaks me out.

Well 10 min after taking a small dab that made me cough 2 or 3 times, I started to feel the attack come on. I have had some bad panic attacks but this was by far the worst! I was terrified I am now just snapping out if it but I was doing so bad luckily my wife got home as it started to happen. I stumbled to her from the bathroom and told her to help me. My jaw kept locking up and was hard to talk and even walk. Now that I can think clearer is it possible to take on too much CBD and induce this attack I had or was there most likely THC in the product...

I gotta tell you this further upsets me with OL. I really hope those numbers he lists are legit because me having to go through what I just went through was beyond hell.

Anyone else experience this from OL? Thoughts?

I spent a lot of money of different varietes and I have yet to find one that doesnt cause mental discomfort...

I just woke up and still feel a bit out of it but atleast I feel like im here again. WOW what a ride let me tell you that was something else. Intense nasty attack, definitely in my top 3 in the last 20 years.

Anyone using OL products for anxiety and panic I strongly suggest you dont touch it or take extreme caution.

I personally want a refund from OL for everything I have purchased from them after what happened today!

^SEE, same here, and you were giving me shit.

Some of these products pack a THC punch for those of us that are sensitive and prone to anxiety.

What percentages did the product have?

I also get that out of it feeling awhile after with it as well, it eventually fades.

I want refunds as well, but I partly am uncertain as there is a difference between a fault on their warrant and me personally being prone to a negative. But who knows, sure you can return packs of peanuts if you end up being allergic, maybe they have a no questions asked policy.

Would be good to know. I'd ask for nothing on the good nectar I had, but the 1:1 and the bubble hash, well I can't even make use of it and I spent about a half a grand.

Pixel, lets man up, let bygones be bygones and get to the bottom of this. Does anyone know the best way to contact them? Cause I would like a positive business relationship, don't want to tarnish things, as I believe there is potential, but like I've made note of...also some shaky water.

Personally I think I can pinpoint the difference in THC from the CBD. I can feel it in my mind and body, I can feel the impact of THC, but there is always that buffer, even though it may not completely combat the THC, I'm able to somewhat hold on to my shit, even though I'm walking that line.

Definitely get a particular lightness in the body with the CBD, well what I assume is the CBD.

I think about it like a "speedball" which is like an upper and a downer, for example coke and heroin(never did either). Now THC isn't a upper, but it sends my mind to the clouds, as far as impairment goes and anxiety, paranoia, things of that nature. I feel CBD has a presence that can damper that, but in my experience, sometimes it doesn't nullify it and the cons outweigh the pros.

It sucks that Omega Labs has had to wade through so much BS with all this! I'm running low so I ordered more from their Etsy just now! Thankfully for me my tolorance is low enough that the Classic formulation (or the "Canibdol 73.21% tincture" as it's listed currently on their etsy) works for me!

It helps me SO MUCH with all my chronic illnesses and chronic pains! It is an absolute life saver for my IBS, especially the 2-4 week spats of constant neausea I get. It's the only thing that helps anymore (14 years with IBS I have tried everything). Helps with my muscle spasms, migranes, my fibro/nerve pain, IC, and more I'm probably forgetting :p These guys are amazing, I really hope all these road blocks they've been running into don't discourage them!

Im with you man. After what I went through yesterday I thought I was going to die and hadent felt that in many years. Funny enough I requested a full refund on everything from OL and he responded within the hour. Funny how quickly he responds to refund requests. Simply told me I cant ask for a refund because it made me feel bad but he would process the paypal refund. Hes doing that because Paypal already has him in hot water but honestly if he doesnt refund my etsy purchases as well im filinf a chargeback on my card.

I have had high cbd strains in the past when I lived in Colorado. Specifically Harlequin and I could smoke a pound of it with nothing close to the effects his oils gove me. These things are packed with THC and thats no doubt in my head.

Dude when I tell you I felt like I lost all motor skills it was even hard to tell my wife I needed help when she got home. By far the worst trip of my life!!!

These meds may help other conditions but I will say it again if you suffer from anxiety or panic do not experiment unless your ready to go on a ride.

By the way my order of the bubble turned full of mold in 3 days. I still have pictures of it...So be careful smoking that as well. When I mentioned it had a funny smell everyone said oh ACDC smells bad. Yea well explain the white fur that grew out on my 3rd day of having it.

Sorry I dont trust his process at all after everything that has happened!

Do you think you'll get your money back? On the Etsy page it says "NO QUESTIONS ASKED, THE WAY IT SHOULD BE".

It isn't even about the money, you know?

Its not just about the money but I at least want something back. I obviously cant go back and not have had that attack. Except that he did sell me what was thought to be a high CBD strain and it induced that attack on me that I have only felt on high THC strains. Actually worse.

His reply was, if you went to a bar and got drunk do you go back and ask for a refund...

Well yes I would if I was asking the bartender for beer and he was serving me tequila all night and they both tasted the same...

In his example, if you were the designated driver it would mean trouble.

People order CDB products so they don't get "drunk" lol

"We back our products 100% if not satisfied we will refund you no questions asked, the way it should be!"

I wonder what their take is now? Cause obviously they're not backed 100%, they are digging into it, and they aren't giving refunds without questions.

So that is fucked up, I think without a doubt there is shit going on with the percentages, the products pictured aren't the shit you get. Now, I'm not denying they may have some positives, but there is a lot of shade.

And see this another bad thing about grey market business like this, I don't want to deal with no bullshit, with all due respect, like if I wanted to have a hassle of what you find in the street with the hustle and bustle, you know I could of explored that option once again.

You're either 100% forthcoming and you back your credentials put forth, or, you fall flat, and all goes away at that point.

Ill keep you posted on what he says. Waiting for him to respond to a message I sent this morning. The way I see it is I was looking for an alternative to my anxiety meds and followed what was directed on his Etsy descriptions. The numbers are all lies because I have friends who are regular smokers that told me I was crazy for smoking any of these strains I got from him as they all made them high as fuck.

So these are definitely not non psychoactive and now im paying for it dealing with the after shock of my attack yesterday. I already had to double up on my anxiety meds today.

Im beyond pissed to say the least.

Yeah, keep me in the know.

I'd like to message him myself, but I'm curious to see how this goes. Maybe strength in numbers and bringing awareness to this issue would help. I just don't know who this person is behind it, considering the nature of these businesses, you know, shit can get crazy with some people and I don't want that.

They do push an obvious medical agenda, offering "meds" as seizure, anxiety, pain, sleep treatments. They stress the non-psychoactive, the legality, and this, that, and the other, and now when someone ends up suffering ill effects, rather you personally are at fault, or it is the product you stand behind, when you claim that you have a refund policy that is with no question and guaranteed, then you fall through, that says a lot.

The numbers just don't mathematically add up, anyone who had that bubble hash, doesn't take a degree to know that a hash of that quality, low level purity, definitely had contaminates(plant matter, stalks(not the resin heads) and it was listed of having 90 percent cannabinoids , it just doesn't add up.

Jesus, you guys are going to fuck this up for the rest of us. This is so much what is wrong with people, everything is someone else's fault. I'm really trying to stay in-bounds with regards to the rules of the forums, so I don't really want attack you guys, but damn.

@pixelx82 Why the hell did you order so much stuff? Why did you order what you did? Did you try calling Chris first and seeing what he recommended? Did you ask here for recommendations on what to order for your issues? What did the descriptions on the ETSY page say that made you think they would help your situation. Did you read through this whole thread? Several people have talked about this same issue in the past. Specifically how overdoing it with CBD is just is bad, if not worse than with THC (especially if you are treating anxiety issues).

You said -
I have had high cbd strains in the past when I lived in Colorado. Specifically Harlequin and I could smoke a pound of it with nothing close to the effects his oils gove me. These things are packed with THC and thats no doubt in my head.

Was this oil/concentrate or flowers. How did you medicate with it? IF it wasn't oil, then it is completely different, even if it was oil then the potency will vary based on tons of factors (how it is grow, stored, etc).

Seriously, for someone that has these horrible panic attacks, why would you order a bunch of unknown products off of an arts and crafts website and then take who knows how much. How long have you dabbed/used oils? What were you medicating with before this?

I get you are upset with mold on your bubble (if it is really mold). But you are over the top with wanting your money back on all of the other shit you bought. That is on you. You should have purchased the smallest amount you could of ONE product and then tested with the smallest amount you could do. Honestly I don't know why you are just using the tintures (why not?). SERIOUSLY, WHY DID YOU ORDER SO MUCH?

I'm going to stop here, as I'm probably already out of bounds here, if so sorry mods feel free to delete or remove parts if need be. This kind of shit just pisses me off.

^^I don't usually pile on but I agree. @negan. Everything I received from OL was top notch, and exactly as indicated. The nectar that I received with some plant matter crumbs was refunded before I even read his return Email.
TLDR:
Great products. Great service. They had a rough patch and a move. Try to be patient. Let's not ruin a good thing!
