This part of your ritual is still an option with the vapman as the finishing grinder actually works pretty well on it too.

Three the little washer out first day as I knew it could never part of my ritual... Mflb finishing grinder works on the VM you say!? In the same way? Hold it above the bowl and grind it in?

Also saw a large stand up butane torch for sale, similar in size to a smaller dabbing torch, but the flame was the usual pocket torch size. Anyone used on of these? Be nice for big sessions, and multi vape sessions. Just have it sitting on the coffee table.
Also this xing torch is working wonders, keen for my dx torches to turn up as I'm uneasy about having 1 torch, but can't spend $10 on a bit of junk again!

If by 'three' you mean you 'threw' out the loading ring then it won't work well with the finishing grinder, you need that ring or the herb falls out around the bowl when grinding. But with the ring you hold it in place above the bowl like with the mflb.

I think he means the ground up material from the finishing grinder works well when used in the VM. The VM's bowl is about the diameter of a dime.

Yes I did, that's a shame! Oh well, it isn't that had to load really. Usually sit it in my chop bowl sprinkle a bit in use the pin on the mouth piece to push any crumbs in, put it together and give it a little shake above the bowl.
With 3+ people I have found it can get pretty tedious, but one or two people I think loading it is nice.

Besides just a fine grind working well the finishing grinder kinda fits on top of the vapman bowl/loading ring like it does on the box so you can grind a small amount right into the bowl like you do a trench, not a perfect fit like with the lb but it works.

so many good points in regard to the vapman and the mflb. i feel fortunate to have both of them, and not having given up during the learning process. :) besides, the pa for the mflb is kind of the equivalent of the heating station for the vapman, so at least at home no battery juggling is neccessary. ;)
finally got my hydrotube form china and gave it a propper test drive over the last weekend using the vapman. the little bugger didn't disappoint, as always. :)

 CONGRATULATIONS RENÉ!!!

I'm so pleased to see that your persistence has prevailed and the already legendary station is to be re-released!

I definitely look forward to owning one in the future

I just need to figure out how to explain away such a purchase to my better half!

I'm working on it.

You have yourself a wonderful day too!

Awesome news @vapman! I'm really happy for you.

I want one so bad but I don't know how I will explain the purchase either. The exchange rate adds 37% to the cost for me.

If I remember correctly Renè said he would send me a shirt with my next order so that I would look official in my position as Australian ambassador. I wonder if that would help convince the wife I have to buy it?

Of course! You have only to explain, that it is for you an absolut need for your mental equilibrium and emotional health; and it's therefore the reason, that you can feel beautiful. :D
Ahhh but my trusty torch already works so damn well! And in this particular instance, perhaps a little too damn well!

Nope nope, explaining my need for the station will take more thought yet . . . :hmm:

You must be new at this?

Get some motorcycle brochures, leave them lying around the house in various places. Then show the wife a couple and ask 'what do you think of the Honda, or should I just go all out with the Harley?'. Maybe ask which color she likes better.......

Faster than you'd believe she'll be suggesting 'a new vape or something....'.

Always better if it's her idea you know.

Now it happened. The re-release of the station made me realize that I finally have to sign up here.
I'm from Austria and vaping is not very popular here. Most people here only know the volcano.
I quit combustion in February this year because I heard about the Solo. First the Solo didn't satisfy me - I think at this time I still was addicted to nicotine. After two weeks I already appreciated the (health) benefits of vaping.
In the end of May I bought a vapman classic. Very nice tool, perfect for biking and other outdoor activities. It's so relaxing to slowly vape a bowl with this little beast.
Now I also know the Solo can't be my only vape for home-use for a very long time. So I'm looking for a log-vape but still don't know which one to choose. Already wanted to buy a Nano but noticed it needs 120V. Maybe I'll get the UD, but that is another story.
The station will make me use my sweet vapman more often at home and maybe it also makes the need of a log-vape unnecessary for me.

Since I'm checking this forum nearly everyday I only waited for today to sign up and tell you how happy I am that I found such a nice calm place with very wise and helpful members. Really a great community!
