Respect for the tip, I'm thinking of getting one these in the future, going to get the storz and bickel full house first.

I'm sure you could do something with these two pieces, but the thing is, the EQ screens pictures above are similar in size to the ELB, not the ELB cap. In fact, these are slightly larger than an ELB in diameter, and need to be trained like ELBs do. I find that using one EQ dome screen, and one ELB cap is the best combo. IF one wanted to make a MiniELB out of two EQ dome screens, they would have to first train one of the dome screens in their cloud, then follow my technique to invert the bottom of the other dome screen, and then manipulate it by hand to make its diameter a little smaller, so it will fit into the other screen, yet leave room for product to sit freely.

In the picture above, the top two squares show a regular ELB cap and the bottom two show an Extreme Q Elbow screen. Notice how the diameter of the steel rim of both bowls is the same, but the EQ elbow screen is slightly larger in its capacity, due to design.
In the picture above, the left hand side shows a regular ELB cap on top, and on the bottom, the ELB cap that I inverted with the sharpie. The pictures on the right hand side show the inverted cap as well. To get the cap to look like this, set it upside down like the cap in the top left of the above picture, and take the end (not the end with the cap) of a sharpie, and push down in the center firmly. You can push and mold the edges to fit into the EQ elbow screen better.
There are three reasons for inverting the cap the way that I did.
1, it makes the cap more shallow, so it doesn't push as far into the bowl(EQ elbow screen) leaving room for medicine. you can't really pack meds in the EQ elbow screen, and put the cap in, unless the cap is inverted like shown above.
2, it leaves room, so you can pack a shallow bowl, as shown below, or a full bowl, as the medicine can go up into the underside of the cap.
3, it makes the caps diameter slightly larger, allowing it to fit snugly into the bowl (EQ elbow screen)...it won't stay in the bowl at all otherwise.
In the picture above, you can see the assembled Mini-ELB (EQ elbow screen+mangled/inverted ELBcap) with a regular ELB/caps for comparison.
And in this final picture, above, you can see the MiniELB loaded, and in the Cloud."
I'm certain with a little patience, you could accomplish the same thing with just two EQ dome screens, but it seems easier with the ELB cap and 1 dome screen, as the ELB cap is already smaller, and once you inver the bottom of it with a sharpie, it pretty much fits snuggly in the trained EQ dome screen, and leaves plenty of space. The "Two Cap" method would be more appropriate for sandwiching material together tightly, whereas the MiniELB is a smaller ELB, that still has open space.

This is not exactly correct. In some Cloud+, like mine, the flashing Christmas tree light show at auto shut-off is not present. The Cloud just goes dark. I'm glad they put the flashing lights back . . .
but don't worry vxh support is top notch and you could still try to get some rosin going with the nail ...
I'm sure vxl will take care of you the customer service seems top notch!! I'm loving the EVO just got it a couple weeks ago and I'm still amazed when I hit it.
