Hey guys quick question....I just pulled the trigger on one of these bad boys last night!!! But because I didn't wanna miss out on the sale and a lack of glass knowledge i quickly chose the sidetree hydratube instead of the sidecirc not knowing which would really be the better choice of the two giving that I do prefer maximum flavor? Anyone have some insight it would be greatly appreciated. .....thanks!!

Trees are pretty versatile, you should still get plenty of flavor on low temp hits, just adjust your water and draw level (I have the hydratree though, still want to try a circ!)

I had an issue with my retailer. When I got the evo one elb was squashed. Same thing as @Pyr0 IIRC :D
I was able to put it up again but it will not have a long life. Other than that I ordered a case for a puffit2 and got a puffit X case instead.

They had some issues on their part having changed their order software, this took a while but I'm happy having found a little box on my door with FOUR bowls and the proper (and awesome) Puffit 2 case (very small in which I will be able to fit a Crafty).

It has been a while...good to read you!

I would love to see what you come up with! Reach out to stonemonkey at vxl and get on the same page with them if you want to make HT's. They have a patent but I think would be really easy to work with given what you want to do.

No better time to grab an Evo as the prices have dropped dramatically. And the code in my signature gets you another 10% off your entire order!

Managed to get my hands on some different material, way weaker stuff not many visual trichomes just a bland green colour - but being from UK with severe anxiety I just take what I am given. Point is no combustion on the highest heat setting on the Evo after letting it heat soak for over an hour (probably more, lost in Fallout 4). For me combustion only happened for me on my last pickup. In the UK alot of the time the material is sprayed with all sorts of weird stuff to add weight and the look of trichomes.

If you put the cap of the ELB on the table and press slightly, the sides will expand a little and grip more when inserted into the bowl.
Please forgive my crude paint sketch, but I'm stuck in work at the mo :D

I learned last night that my (12 o'clock) unit can combust at high settings only after heatsoaking - it had been on for hours set at 2 before I maxxed the dial and combusted.
It may happen at lower settings too after heatsoaking, but I'm not overly keen to find out after the awful taste it left behind in my HT last night lol :puke:

Hey, thanks for even taking the time to draw the arrows explaining how to exactly do it. Crude or not it's the thought that counts buddy! Thank you!:D

I was actually thinking about trying this.. anything to get them to stick in better after cleaning. Usually after 3 or 4 uses the ELB caps tend to stay on much better. I think It might have something to do with the resin that collects towards the top of the ELB basket or at least that's how mine is. You should have seen it though it was such a mess.. herb all in the air chamber.. good thing It happened as I finished off the bowl.

Just to clarify.. I'm assuming heatsoaking is just giving the unit more heat up time than is normally needed? Much more than 5 minutes I'd say more like 20 mins or longer correct? I gotta admit I usually just start ripping after the light is green but sometimes I do let it set for a bit, especially for concentrates. Maybe my unit really can combust and I just don't know it yet haha!

I know it's not what you want to hear mate, but those sprayed and unfinished buds are doing no good for your anxiety in my experience. I'd actually say they were the cause of a lot of my mood and anxiety issues. You ideally want to at least cure them for a month month or two if you really have no way of getting the right meds for you. This will degrade a lot of actives to cbn and give you a less racey, anxiety tampering high.

It really is a shame to hear stories like this. Things are getting better though, hang in there brother

Appreciate the kind words dude. I have tried many medications for my anxiety and other issues but cannabis always seems to be the most effective for me. I wake up every morning with that sinking feeling in my stomach had this for as long as I can remember and the feeling sticks with me the whole day.

The medications for anxiety here cause more harm then good and I tried smoking after years and years of dealing with my anxiety- so the relief I got from my symptoms were even more evident after taking soo many useless side effect filled medications. I really do treat this plant like a medicine and would say it is a lot less harmful then the Valium I was taking .

Good Morning fellow fanatics and Cloud supporters! It feels damn good to be back on here and hope everyone has been staying moderately healthy. I wanted to get a consensus about what is appropriate to write in for a description on a shipping and handling form when sending your unit back for repairs?

Aroma therapy device is what I would call it.

Lmao.....nah its fresh copper, a really bad layer of it its almost pale pink lol, i stopped electroforming the second i got into swagger glass and started fucking with torches and melting glass instead. All those pieces found a new home and ive since invested a lot into glass, kilns, torches, tools.... this is definitely what got me there, its really fun to look back and be like "damn, who knew itd turn into this" those pictures are super old
