New Portable H Enail with built in glass bubbler by Green Light Vapes

Friend just got his dabado bolt and claims it's better quality than the g9. Says it came with a better battery too. I think it's the same thing with diff labeling. Unfortunately, his came with a broken glass piece so he's using the g9 glass piece.

Pretty sure greenlight has manufactured all of them the same, other than the dr dabber boost. Dr. Increased the initial heat time/temp & holds the heat cycle longer. Just a program change.

Doesn't it come with a 1 yr warranty?

Electronic portion has a 1 yr warranty but not the glass. Although I'm sure they know they should replace them all for free, I doubt they will. Luckily at least one of the re-sellers is buying some from the new batch and sending them out to current owners when they arrive. That was one benefit of paying a little more off of Ebay I suppose.

Dabado sells them for $32 with shipping. Dr dabber is to have replacements for sale next week. G9 knows that the bubbler has qc/build up issues and is trying to redesign.

I ordered 5 a couple of weeks ago and finally got them in. I have to send a few back for glass issues but I have at least 2 extra with verified working bubblers if anyone wants one? I'll post one on the classifieds. If this post is against any rules please let me know.

Mod note: warning point issued for selling in thread

I'm trying to figure out where my glass lands on the quality spectrum.

After 3-4 dabs (each a tad smaller than a bb) I notice a flat circle of reclaim form on the outer glass wall across from each of the 4 bubler holes.

After another 3-4 dabs. I can see the reclaim circles are now small mounds and the 4 bubler holes have started to accumulate some reclaim as well although no noticeable decrease in draw is noticed.

My gut feeling is another 3-4 dabs would start to clog the glass. But at this point I have been medicated enough that I called it a night and filled the glass with ISO to soak.

Is this more on par with your good glass or the bad glass?

Side note: I found that the carb cap is a good size to help the glass stand up on its own while it is soaking. Just place under the bubler portion so it can sit flat. I'm sure there are more stable solutions but in a pinch this is better than holding the glass while it soakes.

Have you adopted the Pre-load method? I know the reclaim and clogging issue goes away a lot if you pre load a little and hit slowly as it heats up. Then press 3 more times to turn it off about 3/4 through your hit. This should happen before the light even turns green. . Exhale and repeat. It's works better for me like this than dabbing after the light is green. Give it a shot.

I have one with tiny holes and it still works for a while before having to be cleaned.

To clean it I put warm 99.9% iso in it and shook the hell out of it for 30 seconds. Blow the alcohol out in a jar to evaporate later and add to edibles (or whatever you do with yours). Came clean as new!

Mine was so bad that it would clog after 1-2 dry uses. It's a champ now that I punctured the inner glass.

Partially. I have been loading and capping first. Then hit the power and when I see a bit of vapor escape the carb cap vent I start to draw. Depending on mood I either take little hits all through the white and green lights or if it's been a day like today I do one one long draw that lasts the duration of the white and green lights.

I will experiment with killing the power as suggested before it hits full heat (green light).

How many dabs would you guess for it to clog?

Thank you

Yes, it is against the rules.

Specifically:
  • No selling or soliciting items on the forum. The only exception is the Classifieds section, which is the only public area on the forum where you can mention that you have items for sale or trade (this includes posting that you're thinking of selling/trading). It is also the only public area where you can request to buy items. If you would like to direct a member to a classified ad please use the private conversation system.

Now you know! ;)

Depends on the concentrate but I went 2 charge cycles last time, maybe 30 loads or 90 hits? I have been able to hit each small load at least 3 times pre-loading it and ending the cycle early.

I did notice once when the water was cold in the car, and I used a waxier concentrate than usual,it clogged in about 8 hits. I figured it was the cold water and the fact that I wasn't pre-loading yet. I was dabbing way too hot into cold water.

NOTE* Both of my "Good" ones can be hit hundreds of times before clogging. These are the best of several though.

Unapproved commercial account.
G9 told me my next batch will have larger holes inside the glass. I think the reclaim is just normal build up. Just my opinion.

Thank you! That really helps. I will try using warm water to see if that slows down the build up. While it hasn't actually clogged yet, there is no way it could handle hundreds of hits without cleaning.

The improved glass pieces will have cut slots, not holes inside. They will be ready next week.
Ready as in, greenlight claims they will have the produced item in their possession and will be ready to start shipping?

They just posted a picture on IG last night that showed many glass pieces, so it might be a game of china-roulette for the next few weeks and the old, shitty, glass inventory remains.

Let's see what they send me. My order will be shipped out before next weekend they say.

Can't wait to get mine.. it should be coming in a few days.

Vakas yours went out Priority yesterday, picked up today by USPS. Yours had the biggest holes out of the 5 shipped to me. Out of the 5 I ordered only 2 were usable. 1 was smashed 2 had tiny holes and 2 were good...Sheesh. I may buy a batch of the new slotted glass to replace mine later but as long as you get lucky some of them work well as is. On a good note they are sending me new glass pieces for free without sending the old ones back to replace the bad ones, but I don't know if they are new design or not?

ANY One wondering if the Ti nail is really necesarry/ most optimal setup for this device....
What im talking about is that I personally perfer a quartz or Ceramic vaporization surface to Ti....and while quartz maybe out of reach for this device underneath the nail is a ceramic rod that is the heating element so would it be difficult to implement a Ceramic cup(nail) instead of Ti.....Just a thought i wanted to share ...in case some one from greenlight is reading....or even someone willing/able with the inclination to develop related products.

I had the same idea.
I thought it would be interesting to have an add on quartz cup. Unfortunately it would have to be a very thin (1mm) quartz and it would be very fragile and almost impossible to manufacture I would think with that tiny hole for the ceramic rod. It would also take a little longer to heat up but it would stay hot longer and taste better. Definitely a cool idea if Hyman could pull it off for under $30.

Wondered the same too so your not alone, I haven't even got mine yet as its a Xmas present from my girlfriend so I have to wait till then to get dabbing wirelessly. I thought about looking into a Quartz, ceramic or even a sapphire insert to improve the flavour more, not sure if that is even possible but I can see in the future these becoming available with a ceramic nail at the very least. Personally I've never dabbed so it's all going to be no to me but I keep hearing ti isn't great for flavour more for durability where as ceramic, sic etc are for the flavour lover (of which I most certainly am).

Any word on the new and improved glass? I emailed them to say I had clogging issues and had heard they were getting new glass and what did I need to do to get one. They replied thank you for my support and said I could order at... And just posted the top level domain. I looked around but don't see replacement glass listed.
