This one post sums up the situation and is the only post people should read on this thread when wanting to make an informed decision on this companies ethics.

well, first of @phattpiggie speaks about a post with a mommy syndrom kinda of tone to it.

@jjl5590, you must understand sir that with my Inhalater and 2 packs of caps, I'm invinable sir, and indestructable I suspect.

I am like spider man, with an old case from my Philips shaver that holds 2 Inhalaters in the main part and a smaller zip up to hold either the extra battery or actually just large enough for my bud grinder.

Nothing beats having 2 vapes.

I find it hard to believe hardly anything is in there. After I cleaned up mine yesterday, you can't even seem to smell any weed, or any hint of it. It's completely gone?

how else would you explain the off gassing???

LAST TO ALL: guys, what's up? I mean we all know that Inhalater is trying and that this is agreed to be the best vape design in all the land. I'm hearing good sales results for q3 quite surprisingly, probably from that vape-smart place.

Alot of people in Europe haven't heard of Inhalater yet, they are still distributing them in Israel, so get real but hold on to your old Inhalaters'

We're building an Inhalater museum somewhere in upstate New York likely someplace around Batavia probably, or Lewisport, but you hang on to those Inhalaters, they are like GOLD sir, shimmering in the fields.

Merely showing anyone else new or old to this thread why Inhalator were removed from the site.

The Inhalater is certainly not the best vape design in all the land as you state. It may be the best for you, but I'm sure many others feel much different. How are you aware of Inhalater's sales domestic or international?

play2GET, I thought I was done with this thread but find myself coming back to it for the comedic value.

This thread should be touted as the comic relief thread. It's unreal how 1 person could keep a thread going doing nothing other then spewing half truths and posting paragraph after paragraph of nothing. Trying to get other consumers to be ripped off of their hard earned money. All I hope is that the inh boys are reading this nonsense that they started. And see who has their back. No offense to @Old School.

No offense taken as I too am finding this just about ridiculous as well..... It became painfully clear to me when I went ahead and decided to respond to our friends post....the BIG tip off came when I tried to post it and received a warning for exceeding 10,000 characters......

I decided right then.... I was done with this silliness..... WTF...... I will try to keep my posting directed to members that might be needing help or advice......

Oh and Sorry for this as it may upset some... I do still LOVE this vape design... however decision making leaves me more than just a bit frustrated......how shall I say this..... I feel as though there is a bit too much of a desperation feeling involved.... or might it be more accurate to say "once bitten & twice shy"

I'll likely be sticking it out with our boys....that is unless the Grasshopper can De-thrown my 05"S" it does seem to have what it takes....just gotta get past this stage in the game..... Now I do believe the Zion would be able to De-thrown my Inhalater but I just don't see them in the same form factor.... I know it's portable but it's just so big....even the single bat is a palm block of wood.....

I could definitely see the novelty side of it for sure.....just not seeing myself carrying that around with me.....

So I'll likely hang around... keeping the channels of communication open... in hopes of an awesome refined redesign..... I have plans... just can't seem to get that all important manufacturer buy in..

Thanks @phattpiggie I had taken a little look at this when I joined but assumed that it has so many posts because it's a popular unit, good to find out what kind of history a product/company has got, whether it's good or bad, so thanks to FC too for providing a valuable resource.

Well I feel I should say a few words about all that......actually it sorta personifies that feeling of desperation.... they had just been through a hell storm of USB warranty claims... finally the 05 has protection for our poor USB's... point being I seriously doubt they even broke even... then along comes the ribbon cable warranty claim...after displaying a DIY video showing that poor ribbon cable being bent backwards {unfolding the sharp fold} WELL... I can only imagine their fear of the end......

I can almost see the wheels turning..... so how can we get the word out but in somewhat of an unofficial capacity....... hindsight being 20/20 a colossally poor decision..... not saying this was what actually motivated them but it must of been something like that.... either way very desperate feeling..... no don't jump old school I'm not saying they should be felt sorry for.... as I have stated.... they earned all of it... just hoping knowledge and understanding can eventually be drawn from it....

Now you might recall Old School is a tough nut to crack.... smoking for well over 40+ years so I know what or where I'm looking to get..... IYKWIM so anyway I completely agree with my former fellow smokers when they say vaporizing just isn't the same {as good it what it meant} and I totally agree there is something missing that was until I got lucky {pure chance} I received an Inhalater XP Q2 and low and behold there it was....{No way} but was there..... went UA again with Q3 {heater changed} but was returned with the dual heater mod 05"S"..... YEAH it's back again..... and I have to say I am also able to capture it with the 06 now.... {there is a learning curve} In fact I've gotten very good at getting all of my Inhalaters to get me where I need to get to using this manual ramp technique......

So there you have it.... I believe this is what keeps me here.... struggling to keep this design alive..

I barely know anyone round here, so I don't know whether you're a tough nut to crack and I'm not even sure what that means in this context.

All I can see is 2? guys that really like to talk up a dead design and a company that clearly failed badly and got caught red-handed doing it, even though they're apparently banned from FC.

Right On...... fair enough and you were right i was thinking of the others that know I'm a supporter....

No worries it was in the context of most vaporizers I've tried didn't convert me to a full fledged vaporist...
2 + years now and I haven't touched it once...... and trust me my old smokin friends try so hard too....
I never did like it anyway....so nasty after all... it was just a means to an end.....

Can't say as I agree with the dead design part.... you know what would could maybe happen... SELL... like maybe to a nice Chinese company.... who knows what tomorrow might have in-store.... but I surly don't see this design as dead or even remotely dying..... it is just to clean and slick how it uses it's clever little heater for both conduction as it's primary heat source and convection as it's secondary heat source....

The struggle I believe is in that ratio..... but now a new design owner might just agree and wish to flip those 2 methods around...and have the convection play as the primary and the conduction can be our secondary..... keeping our ovens pre-warmed just under the vaporization point you prefer.... but.... this is all the way I see this thing.....and thusly your view is absolutely correct as well... for you...

I close by saying that if I were new around here...... I'd likely steer clear myself as well.....

I called it dead because once a product gets this kind of breakdown of trust with it's customers, it's very difficult to shake that bad reputation, not all of them do, google IBM Deathstar for a good example of this.

I still maintain the fact that my first Q1 XP was the best vape i've ever had. Too bad things went the way they did.

05 S was one of my best vape when it hooked with the water tools. There were no other portables that could extract and deliver potent hit through water as well as the Inhalator..
My 05 S has also failed because of the switch failiure like many others, but I find no subtitute yet, hence I am waiting for the 06 S in the shadow..

I know right..... it's a shame that this manufacturer insisted on NOT continuing any past model versions... just not the way they see things.... and believe me I tried so hard to convince them..... and get this.... the real kicker is.... it's just the heater that is different....just about every other component is virtually unchanged.... I confirmed this by moving a Q1/Q2 heater into a Q1/2014 version... and sure enough it was back just as I remembered her.....

After further analysis and continuing my debate with the manufacturer.... I was going on about loss of convection and they were going on about reducing "Hot spots"..... from our struggle and frustration with one another the 05"S" was born.....

So I now happen to enjoy both of them at the same time..... and doing side by side testing I have to give it to the 05"S" but even though I say that let us not forget our Q1/Q2 2013 was only 12.5w.... in order to swing the pendulum back the other way..... they went and wrapped a 2nd heater around the 1st.... instantly creating a new 25w heating system.... so in my mind there was still more to be learned from our little beast of a heater back in Q1/Q2 2013. likely good intel surrounding that 004 version heater as well...

Our debate rages on.... every time I feel I have made some head way {trying to swing that pendulum} getting them to recognize the importance of reclaiming some of the convectional power lost during their evolutionary development of their heater {more evenly distributed heat source}...... I'm often once again disappointed and they are right back to... "Conduction is KING".. tis to say the least a bit more than frustrating.... is what it is..... this phrase or line drives me crazy because of how true it always ends up being ......

I might be able to help you out if you care to describe a little bit more what you mean by the "switch failure".... I think the most prevalent issue with the 05 had to do with poor connection where tapping the side seemed to help it for a while..... it's actually caused by an eyelet being to small on the top pcb a relatively easy fix if you have a soldering iron....or RMA for repair too...

Last min add: When I 1st resurrected my beloved Q2 XP... I was using it over all the others even the 05"S" but eventually I found myself reaching for the 05"S".... I wanna say I think it might have to do with draw consistency... but again 25w and the added 12.5w heater is almost exclusively helping out the convectional side... and yes it still aids the conduction side faster warm up etc...

I know it's been. A long time. Got my inh Jan 2015 if I remember right
Long story lasted 2 weeks as one my post got it replaced and that one the same Thing bush and ribbon cable melted off while charging. Lasted another 2 weeks So.
I'm proud to say I said hell with return it after that. and I think it's in a junk drawer
Never bothers a warranty again paying ship every 2 weeks. So I got solo
