Last march I was supposed to get ohs.
Maybe one of the staff had it because they cancelled rescheduled for 17th .
One year earlier march 17 was the day I became a member of this awesome community. So I think thats a lucky day for me.

How is it possible to charge me for every item I asked for in the drive-through but not put them in the fucking bag!?!?!?!? AND why is it always MY ITEMS that don't get included!?!?!
I don't know if it's food karma or what but this happens too fucking often.
When I got home and found 2 things I paid for were missing I started to pack up the entire 4 person order. As I was packing it up I was asked by the family why I was taking everything back and said 'I want to eat ALL my food hot and at the same time so I'm going to ask for ALL of the items to be replaced with new, hot items. I'll be making a point and getting the hot food I paid for at the same time'. Everyone said 'Leave mine here...it's already hot and I don't need anyone spitting in my food'.
So let me get this straight.....The order gets hosed and I stand the chance of being fucked further by getting the extra special sauce!?!
When I went back, with just my items, I went inside and there sitting by the window were my two missing items. They put them in a bag and handed them to me and said 'Sorry about that'. When I said 'I don't want to eat cold food so would you mind taking back the other items and the two you just gave me and giving me a whole new order'? The manager said 'So sorry sir, How about if we give you a free sundae instead'........I got the whole order re-done AND the free sundae....and yes, some of it seemed more moist than it should have been. Fuck it.....

A big FUCK YOU to the people who moved into the apartment building next door last summer and neglect two little green parakeets. The cage is mounted outside on their balcony wall 24/7.
It's cold and windy, their night blanket apparently blew off and the owners left without checking. I can't do a damned thing about it; don't know them or anyone in their building.
Fuck everyone who gets pets and then doesn't take care of them.

Not sure if there's an anonymous way to report the neglect, but there is a section on "Inadequate shelter, especially in extreme heat or cold temperatures, can be deadly to pets."

Thank you for the links, @DDave. Looks like I need to gather documentation (photos, dates, notes) and get advice on options.
Edit: They came home and wrapped the cage in a blanket. Not as good as bringing the critters indoors but one helluva lot better than being completely exposed to the elements.

My neighbor has a beautiful golden retriever. Was there when he got it as a puppy. While the excitement of a new pet was there, about a year, he was outside training it, walking it, the works.
We don't talk now, for a long time... he's a 'wrinkle' in the fabric of life basically. Anyhow, I'm outside the other day and a really overweight and scared golden is outside. I crouch down, my hand extended, telling her it's ok. She comes over and very scared, licks my hand once and there he is, yelling at her to get in the back yard. I never saw a dog look as if it had.... I can't describe it... scared as shit, head bowed in shame, tail between the legs almost crawl into his backyard. I don't think the dog has been out of the yard in years. His kid is rude, misbehaved and disrespectful and treats the dog accordingly, but they skirt the level of something I can report.
So I watch. I listen and I wait....for the day I can actually do something about it.
I wish you could have seen the way this guy looked at me and the wife... like how dare us judge him and what he allows for his dog.
Same guy who proudly stated about his kids 'I hope they're not expecting anything from me' as I spoke of plans to save and fund my daughter through college.

I lost a very dear and close friend to brain cancer today. She was the most positive person I have ever met. And I feel bad. I feel like I took her friendship for granted since I haven't seen her much in the last year. God will I miss her.
