The Seego SG-001 is a conventional pipe-shaped vaporizer. It runs on rechargeable batteries. It has a button underneath the bowl and takes about a minute to heat up. I have to say, I love the looks of this one. It's metallic finish is sharp. It also seems easy to clean and operate. I cannot find any non-manufacturer reviews, so I was hoping maybe someone here might get one. I hope this one works well, and if it does I will definitely get one.

Here is a video by Seego:

This is the website for the vaporizer:

I have one. Use it around the house. I love it!

Cool you got one, I have some questions if you don't mind;

1) How is the vapor quality? Is there much vapor, and is the taste good on higher temps.

2)What color did you get? I only saw the red and silver colors in stores when they were on sale, but I have seen pics with many different colors

3) How easy is it to use? Is it easy to pack?
4) How is the build quality? Is it well made or cheap feeling?
5)Where did you purchase it? I saw them for sale awhile ago but now it seemed to disappear for sale.

Thanks.

The one I have is silver. Screw off the cap and chamber holds approx .3. I love the vape quality and test. The chamber is far from from the mouthpiece so its a cool vape and the pull is on the loose side. I upgraded to 2 2200mah batteries. Build is very good in some ways and not great in others. This vape is for a true VAPE Connoisseur and in my case i have about 15 vapes. THis is for walking around the house in your pimp robe not for day to day use. I use it a few times a month.

Thanks for your reply. I can imagine this would be a great accessory for a pimp robe :)

Just got this from Seego via Alibaba. Came with a nice IMR 18650, which easily fits in the compartment..

It may be a little hard to fill the ceramic bowl by hand as the bowl is small, you might get some grounds around the opening of the herb chamber.

Operating it is very easy, just click the button under the bowl 5 times turn it on, The indicator LED will strobe red and blue for a second to indicate its on. The LED will blink blue until it reaches its one temperature setting, when it stays blue.

The vapor hits are nice and visible. Very easy to hold and take draws. the business end of this Sherlock-designed vaporizer gets a little warm, but not enough to burn. The auto shutoff is 4 minutes, but it was easy to turn it back on and fast to get back to operating temperature.

The only real con is that the ABV grounds might fall out the top because of the holes, so I would get a nice pipe holder.

I like the build quality of the Seego SG-001. The metallic finish gives this vaporizer a more elegant look. Cant help looking like more dignified vaper with this piece.

I got mine for 70 bucks with DHL shipping. This is a well performing vaporizer for the price and would be good for someone who wants an easy to use vaporizer. It would be good for passing around also because all you have to do is hit it.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Can you think of any comparable vapes to this unit?

Also someone said this is not a daily driver vape, do you agree and why?

70 ain't bad, if it is a good vaporizer. Might not make a bad out the house 'toss if it gets real' type of vapes

Although it is heated by a flame, I would compare this to a vaporgenie in terms of how it feels in the hand, the amount of vapor production, the speed of heat up and use.

I cycle through about 3 different vapes when I smoke (Solo, VG, this one)
This could easily be a daily driver, but I would definately buy more 18650 batteries if you plan on using this often. I would also recommend cleaning the ceramic bowl with the included brush after each use, just so nothing gets gummed up.

Waiting 5-10 seconds between hits helps the vaporizer to produce more vapor.

I use the Seego Sg-001 for a month now and since i dont see much information about it, i will give you my impression. First i own a Solo, a volcano classic and an aromed 4.0. I dont have much experience with other model. Since i have the solo it has been my daily vape . But recently it started to act weird so i wanted a portable backup. I found the seego on ebay for about 85$. I knew seego because i use their wax bubbler and i like it. so i give a try to the pipe.

It heat fast, faster then the solo. it vaporize the herb evenly and no burn. The taste of the vapor is strong, much stronger then the solo. But i vape the solo at 4-5 and this thing heat at the solo equivalent of 7 if not a bit more. Altought is strong it's not tasting bad. i imagine it might be equivalent to mlfb. The heat is not adjustable, so for some it might be a problem. Having a 18650 battery give an interesting flexibility. The heat cycle is around 6-7 minutes ( never really timed it) and after a cycle there is not much left for a second cycle, i could say it's efficient. The anodized finish is of good quality.

what i like less... no adjustment for heat i bit colder would be better for my taste. apart from when you start the heat cycle and the light flash till it's ready, you have non feedback on if the pipe is heating or not. the light stay steady till it shut off. i really like the easyness of filling the solo tube, with the seego pipe it's a bit more messy because you need to fill the chamber and clean the mess. i don't like the chrome screw top, it should have be black. Last thing, i wonder how i will clean the goo after a couple month of use. you cannot dismantle the pipe.

the include charger is cheap and the Chinese battery is rated 2600 mAh 40A. let me doubt about that, i saw that it use around 30 Watts so a 10A should be enough anyway. Anyway, i never used the included battery and charger as i have some Samsung 25R around. The pipe low battery shut off is at 3.6 volt.

For the price i would say im satisfied. im even surprising my self as i use more the pipe then the solo these days.
