yes, we can see the string much more clearly in this one, thanks! It's not "shopped" it's "strung"
both my SS and dark gray Ti unit breaking within 10 minutes
Fair enough, something for the future maybe.Laser engraving would be really cool, but at my current rate of return I'd only do it to the mouthpiece. Every other piece is subject to replacement at any given time.
@SilentRunnerAre you on mobile ? The delivery date only appears on desktop version of the website.
My order status has changed to "in progress". No more delivery date in december. A good sign?
Aw man! Wish you a speedy turn around. Was yours made from the new parts? If so this looks like a big uh ohWell, I did some burnoffs then took two beautiful hits before my brand new Hopper died. It's got the alternating red/blue lights when I try to turn it on...I tried my second battery, but no difference.
EDIT: got an email out to trevor@grasshoppervape.com and caroline@grasshoppervape.com.
EDIT2: It's such a shame, because from the small use I was able to get out of it, I could tell that this thing is a damn good vape. I was hoping I'd be one of the lucky ones (cough @Just Justin and @slcbdco cough).
EDIT3: The dial on the backend, which was tough to turn in the first place, has now become stuck between 3-3.5.

So the trick for getting a flawlessly working hopper is don't post here or on reddit? I mean, based on the math of course.
I think it's safe to assume people with the lights of doom have tried a whole lot more than just clicking their hopper off and on again in an attempt to get it working before sending back. These failures aren't being made up they're actually happening and it is a massive problem.hm, ok, so I had one of the first titanium hoppers from the indiegogo campain.
It still works perfectly and it is still my favorite vaporizer ever. I use it multiple times
a day, charge it multiple times a day with no problems.
I did have a hot backend wich was replaced, but it still worked with that hot backend.
I am amazed that I still see the "dreaded" red blue lights and people sending their hopper back without
anybody saying "oh no, no worries, it was nothing"
I have that "issue" every now and then, it happens when you don't push the button fast enough.
If you click it of again and try again, but faster, it will work. I literally had the blue/red lights more than 30, 40 times, always solved it with trying again faster.
Also, I had to turn into the hulk each time I had to turn the temp knob on the hopper in the beginning, with the new back end, after awhile it got better.
Hope this helps anyone.
Back to hopping...
@TheWhisper - somebody said they had immediate problems, sent theirs back and were told it was the charger. Can I ask how you're charging yours? How many amps & volts is your power supply?
actually the Q & A section says "750ma for both ports combined" and that it's "craptastic" and "too slow" to be of any use to a modern smart phone.http://www.amazon.com/Motorola-Friendly-Charger-Packaging-Black/dp/B007TO220Q is the adapter I generally use. From the Q&A section, people say 5.1V/750mA.
