Discontinued Inhalater INH05/5S/6

whatever mahn!

The Inhalater just needs a bit more TIME, but something that these home boys have too much of.

half the vaporizers on the market are not designed as well, and the ones that are designed well like this one have a lot more cash on hand to play trivial games with us. We're only then buying a cheaper rate version of the same thing that Inhalater offers and still offers.

All they are hoping for is that most of the satisfied customers come on here and share their stories. Most just unplug, and go and play.

It's not very accurate to think there are NO Inhalater users out there having a good time, and the ones that are like myself coming back to this website to share... you're all lined up sayin, "whatever man" instead of taking a second look at a more mature version of the product you fell in love then out of love with.

Sometimes, the best ideas are BORN to the feeble and weak in the business world that don't have the power to do the heavy lifting themselves.

The people that wasted their MONEY on MULTIPLE vapes like the grasshopper then hopping over to another, then yet another, all you're really doing is making it so that NONE of those companies will survive and ALL of them will be BLOWN away by the Volcano/Crafty people.

That's sad, because we make good vapes here in Canada. I would be MORE interested in the arizers if it had capsules you could just slug in there over and over again.

It's just not as re-loadable.

Try going to THE PLAY with your charming wife and reloading that vape. Or THE MIGHTY

The Inhalater is the only one that is easy to reload on the fly.

can anyone touch that?

How about cleaning? Drop the cap into a C O N T A I N E R with 99% ISO.... I'm not sure it get's any easier than wash that off in water and q-tip it till buffed and shined?

whatever man rb2y

@play2GETpaidTUESDAYStoned

The biggest flaw with your post is that.... I never fell in love with the Inhalater to begin with.

It seemed to vape fine, so maybe if it wasn't such a poorly built piece of garbage I would have appreciated it a little more, but it was actively insultingly bad build quality. i returned it almost immediately.

Also an air stem is exactly as reloadable as a inhalater capsule, thats simply absurd. if you're gonna buy 5 extra inhalater capsules you can afford 5 air stems with come with those little travel caps and you NEVER hear about petty stupid drama with arizer.

and yeah you can drop that arizer stem in a C O N T A I N E R with iso too! crazy innit? but whatever mahn...

How is an inhalator cap easier to load then an arizer air stem?
Agreed, they are both loaded the same way, by "inhaling" the herb into the capsule or stem. I think P2GPTS is referring that it's easier to carry extra loaded stems while out, but IMO, it's just as easy to use one capsule and load as needed.

Kaptan,

@ Kaptan>>> nah, it's way harder to keep re-loading. I would have quit and just taken up smoking and give you guys a break. It's actually HARD for me to have to do it ON THE SPOT, but that's because I prefer to roll up whatever available amount of caps from 20 that I have still clean...

Then the ones that aren't in that state yet, I obviously have to re-clean them, unless I want a broken Inhalater with dirty parts that fell to it's death by way of neglect.

I clean every constantly, so it's in like new condition after 2 years of the xp and coming up on 1 year end of January for the 05

@ Hot Dog Day 187>>> wow, no those would monster huge, like COAT pocket to carry 5 or 6. Neat design. If I wasn't worried about the COST of supporting 10 small companies that go bust within 8-10 year, then I wouldn't care, and I might consider the arizer.

I bought into the superior design of the Inhalaters, and I use it mainly in the spring thru fall... I might take the 05 with me in a snow storm, but not my xp which is hard to replace and mine looks, smells and acts LIKE NEW

If my two working units fail, and if this company disappears, I might switch to the MIGHTY, but with a mad note beside my name that the BIG guys always BUY their way to the front of the line to serve customers and pretend they are MORE customer service friendly, when in fact, they are RICH and can afford billions of sales people making 5 bucks an hour working for them.

If only Inhalater had the major cash dollars to use top notch parts, not have to make tough decisions from the start like that, and had MORE support during their kickstarter campaign.

I guess maybe all the people that didn't take part in that campaign with me decided to call up MIGHT and CRAFTY sales people with german made parts that never break and deal with them

But they just bought their way to the front of the line to serve us a less practical solution.

We UNDER FUNDED and chinced out of the market 2 guys from Quebec, and the one's remaining here other than myself dealt with it like all businesses are the same.

I give Inhalater a FREE PASS for all their bad business ethics only because I've watched on t.v. shows up here in Canada that's like SHARKS TANK is in the U.S. and on this show they also had way more practical solutions go to complete WASTE because people have got expectations for a more or less BULLY to run the business world and to make it so that GREAT ideas end up doing OK, okay ideas do really well, bad ideas do fair to excellent, and the best of ideas do the worst.

That said, my new MacBook didn't last a single day.

thousands of dollars down the drain compared to an Inhalater, and mine both work.

apples to oranges though, hun?

I love how you imply that it's our fault as the customers for not giving Inhalater more business as a response to their shady practices and screwing over of us, the customers.

I also love how your reasoning for giving Pharmacor a free pass is you've watched shows like Sharks Tank.

Also if you actually bought a new MacBook it would have warranty and you would know that so that isn't true either.

Why are you taking all of this so personally? do you work for pharmacor?

P.S. this is a vaporization website, call companies like Artizer, VXL and S&B "big companies" all you want but when I think of brands like that I think of brands who have good engineers, designers, and aren't "typical stoners" when it comes to business. act like you're really fighting "the man" all you want...

play2GETpaidTUESDAYStoned

Unapproved commercial account.
well, that's cute, @ Hot Dog Day 187, but I'm shafted for less than a grand, and there's no warranty, it's purchased off some GUY named ED.

HE just helped ED-ucate me on apples to oranges comparisons like this one.

I don't qualify your question about working for Pharmacor as anything other than jealousy and you'd like to wrestle to the ground anyone that might try to revive the guys that ripped you off.

BUT we were ONCE in a J O I N T venture - the whole world is just made up of all the different addictive products and services - and the companies that are viable and able to deliver those things we love to consume are also IN CHARGE of what that product looks like.

So from my point of view, sir you are a bully that is asking me to FACE a corner, as a board of director in our GLOBAL company, until we shall part and no longer be in each others company of addictive products and services.

By asking me to face the corner, you sir are INSISTING that I will be made FUN OF or questioned as to WHOM I work for, since you obviously want to emphasize that because I work for NOBODY that everyone here knows ,you're so much more IN CHARGE of things, you're the one deciding it's the MIGHTY/CRAFTY companies that succeed, and the companies with real good intentions but less cash to screw around with go by the way side even though they had a better concept.

OPTION 1 >>>> get the mighty/crafty workhorse of a deal to make us the exact same product and buy the other guys out >>> but we both know that if they did, they would punch me out to appease you bullies on this fc site. They would make the new system to fit a different SIZE of cap, making me have to re-purchase all the ones I have.

WHICH I WOULD NOT.

I am against you guys that come on here an bash as if you've proven gay bashers and we're all just a bit to PROUD for your liking.

It's a JOINT VENTURE we were all in here, we all just invested in a smaller company.

I've noticed all the vapes on the maket, the arizer was down my list due to the bulky size of the glass stem, though many people would migrate to something of a similar size if they were in love with the Inhalater design.

I just look at it as if it was only HALF funded, maybe HALF thought out on their end, but as a customer I always called them back and told them I'm A HUGE FAN, I just want to have one of everything with your logo on it as a collector item

That's because they might not have value to you as collector items, but as USEFUL items to me in my vape collection ,they'd be a company that practically built a vape for 2 people, so it's as unique as it comes at the vape lounge.

If you wanna be the guy with the vape that everybodys heard of, go ahead, grab your number, you just joined GOLIATH and his team that changes your design to something less than it could have been
shame on all of you for that.

@play2GETpaidTUESDAYStoned so did you or did you not just admit you work for pharmacor? thats my only question.

sorry you bought a used macbook for a grand from some random guy that isn;t working but i think apple store sells NEW macbooks for that much.

there are no stores I can afford. I wish. But not at the cost of becoming the middle class, just so I can dictate to people IN THE KNOW about products like this being discontinued due to you partnering with MIGHTY CRAFTY companies that outspend and have the free flowing cash inheritance to dust away their competition with inferiorly limited design

I would NOT want another vaporizer.

My only hope is to NAIL down an 05 "s" before they pack up and move to Finland where companies routinely shrivel off to die before being COMPLETELY FINISHED!!! ha!

yah.

I'm not RUSSIAN us to that point either, but I'd like a slow last dance with all the JEALOUS 'Stupid Newbies' watching me from afar as I cozy up to the pump for one or two last dances.

I just was hoping - still am - for a complete turnaround, or for some people to DOUBLE CHECK MY FACTS and go out on MUCH LESS OF A LIMB for the 05 model.

I would completely focus on JUST THAT. Not a 3 hundred and fifty dollar vape. That is not yet EARNED by the rest of you, and although I'm ALL IN, the rest of you still have to be convinced.

So my advice is DO NOT WAIT AROUND to be convinced. Don't wait around for the flies to start buzzing over Inhalaters head either, but if you do, I'll be having my last few dances with this spectacular partner that gave me such a great time.

I'm not walking away from all this MESS without mentioning that many people SAW first hand how great it was when it was in working order. I've never left that crowd, and I'll join a new elite crowd.

I'm the guy that WAVES my Inhalater in yo FACE manh and notices that you're just MIFFED at a vape that I own TWO of and you barely got to fondle that same dancing partner let alone feel her up a lot like I did and still am.

jump on board and try a five. Try before they are gone, before we all give up.

Try the 5, that's all I'm sayin mahn

@ Hot Dog Day 187

It was a MacBook 1,1 valued at roughly $250 American. First ever wi-fi compatible device I've ever owned. Can't afford a phone, my fall jacket says hugo boss, but the poor crowd they think the opposite, They apparently have phones many of the poor and starving have paid for phone believe it or not. They network, with other homeless and poor friends, they drew like crap, but they have wi-fi.

Me? No, not any more. It takes 20 minutes to log on the fc. I do not know why. All I know is as of December 2013, shorty after a very positive review, I was hardly able to get logged on despite PAYING & going to internet cafe's or whatever.

Usually when I try to log in, it only works in Internet Explorer, sometimes in firefox, or chrome, but usually explorer is better.

That mac book has an investment of ONE battery. 33 bucks.

How would you like my two vapes but not be able to use them this month?

33 bucks for a battery going nowhere & I could have had a toot on the Inhalater.

be MADD at me if you're drunk and driving, but honestly you were the victim of you're own blurred vision here.

THE REAL ANSWER is that none of these companies were as good or bad as they seemed, but some had more money and they typically LAY WASTE to the ones that do not.

This is a very similar story as a bike rack on DRAGONS DEN that had so much potential and could hold 10 bikes on multiple levels, but it failed to secure funding because "why bother fixing if it aint broke" is what Kevin O'Leary said, he's on Sharks Tank as well.

So as it turns out, there' s too many places that I go that have no bike parking because each post and ring maybe can fit just 2 bikes. We have people losing their bikes because they had to lock them up on a POLE not designated as bike parking.

So, SUPID NEWBIES might ask, why they would LOSE them and how you can LOSE a bike .,,

They get RIPPED OFF BY YOUR bigger company galutes that trash reputations to secure victory for others that are more dialed in to succeed by not being THE BEST...

Their is some distain for being the Yankees every year, being THE BEST.

we like to give the prize to the biggest losers

you too, hun @peterpiper.

I've grown a FOND disdain for this kinda crap myself.

It should be that the BEST idea wins, not the BEST most thoroughly funded one, right?

I mean, if we're gunna pay the volcano guys over and over again just for having the biggest WAR chest, then we're never going to see the PRODUCT that has the best FEATURES evolve to the point where it can compete with Goliath type companies like Stors and Bickle

I wish people would see $160 as the base price and start there. If you were to ever have these again in your hand, the key was to have 3 or 4 of them

Over working ONE MODEL, not a great plan, but try with an 05. I'm going not much out on a limb if I get another one of those, so in my case, I'm aiming for an 05 "s" -you know the one with the 25 watt heater.

But in theory and in practice, I'm only using a $160 dollar vape for winter. I'm using on 05 model and YES you can in fact replace the batteries, at some cost to yourself, but that's the unit to PRACTICE ON

The company is not bollocks. The politics is. I would love more than anybody to see all the vaporizer companies come together and pool their resources.

Probably never gunna happen, but that's politics for ya. If you want to VOTE then, your right, I lose, I'll take my broken computer, and everything else that broke in my life. I'm almost down to 3 things that havn't busted, and you're right, two just so happen to be labeled as INHALATER's

That's so sad to see BOLLOCKS take precedence, but why not PAVE OVER all the remaining BIKE RACKS in favor of MORE ROADS for that matter... all in the name of PROGRESS

You know HD SPRINGER>>> have the whole site they've disabled me on this site ANYWAYS so that I would not participate is my guess. I cannot put photo's on here. I can't click on any of the buttons such as MORE OPTIONS>>> it gives less. I'm not trolling. I really really think you should have taken a pill not weed, but back off buddy. I was never trolling. You sir are the reason these MIGHTY / CRAFTY weirdos in life always seem to win. Bank rolled with wet noodles that nood less A LOT LESS about what's in a great product. It's not just the one that worked for you. It's the people you eliminate by not seeing things thru to completion. Since you can't get the picture, namely because of my restrictions on here, then screw it have the site, I'll do what every other successful Inhalalater guy did eventually because of all the bollocks,

THEY LEFT because you refuse to let me show you the big picture

@ phattpiggie has no problems posting videos, but me apparently restricted from doing so...

need I say more?

Vape13man
I've stayed off this thread for some time now. Just dropping by to see how poor old @Old School is doing trying to help desperate Pharmacor tech. owners with their problems.
Yes indeed.... "poor old" old school is still hanging in here.... trying to be helpful... unsure of any real success at this point... other than my own as I have been able to resurrect several of my units...
I know very little about their customer services but one thing all these other companies haven't done is get caught out schilling and making ridiculous claims as far as performance goes. I could not recommend buying anything Inhalator related.
Even a bit more disappointing was the lack of any sort of apology or even an acknowledgment of any wrong doing what so ever.... I tried to discuss it with him but I basically had to let it lay {drop it}....
@play2GETpaidTUESDAYStoned I bet they would have made the 50k if they didn't piss off so many people with their nonstop antics since way before the XP days even. I remember I bought a XP from a USA vendor after being excited for it to be in stock and was never so disappointed in the build of a vape. wouldnt give them a cent of my money ever again after that.

how to move forward??? same way any company that dug themselves into a massive ditch tries to get out... closing shop or doing something REALLY unexpectedly amazing.that will really have to be something, for a company who has made as many false claims as these guys
Right on man.... I have been struggling with this very question since they got the boot from this site..:ugh:
I love Inhalater as technology, and distrust it due to Pharmacor's rudderless business mgmt model. Thats why I'm still on the thread - waiting for them to either go full tilt and become a great company, or keep just dingling their toes in the water of vape design, and then toss it aside for this weeks model. Too much churn, not enough support.
Spot on..... I think they have that "oh shinny thing" syndrome... in fact the 06 is a perfect example of what we are saying here...... I've been engaged over 2 years now... in a conversation about the Hybrid ratio of convection/conduction.... so while trying to explain why we need more conv. I was telling him of a method I use to trick their MCU into giving me more of a burst of heat energy.... well long story short I suggested he try using a button on a prototype it will make it much easier to see and understand....... "Oooo Shinny Thing" next thing I know he is wanting to actually mount a thumb switch to the outside of the body and run wires inside..... well this triggered a river of emails of me trying to talk him out of it...... you already know how it went from there.... the "S" modification was born in a very similar "OH Shinny Thing" sort of fashion...... it's no secret I was loving that mod.....
If they stopped at the 5s and gave it support I'd be back onboard asap. As it is I dunno what I'd be getting onboard with, and I know their support is flaky at best. Sadly it was Pharmacor who taught me to always have a spare vape on hand...
Wow totally nailed that spot on as well.... because I am on board....all in as they say.... and you are EXACTLY correct...... on any given day... I still don't have any idea what I'm on board WITH......
I think people are either being played or might possibly with out knowing it playing/arguing with some one who's…trolling or really has no other way of looking at it. But I agree not much else to say or follow here. Good luck @Old School you have an uphill battle and you truly seem to have everyone best intrust at heart.
You are too kind...... I'm doing my best to help others...as I do still very much like this design as it has been able to keep me from having to smoke..... I think I'm waiting and hoping for something..... and I agree...whatever it is man.... it's gonna need to be SOMETHING..... and it needs to exceed the "Turbo" button by 10 or 20 fold....:science: IMO...

wow, all too sad guys...

I totally have to disagree, but at least we're back to hashing things out.

I don't like the NON CAP thing in all the other portables.

I think that Inhalater has more small refining and finishing touches, but for now, since I would want 3 or 4 or more, I'd have to have at least one of the 05 12.5watt heater ones. They're relatively cheap and the reason to have more than one of these, they always GO DOWN when you're sitting there using one to death.

I knew this was the case from the start and avoided that issue.

The caps are the key though and INHALATER themselves would see more success if they SOLD a few extras rather than making the customer look around for suitable materials to use.

YOU WANT THE FOLLOWING:

1. small MINT tins to carry caps in
2. many caps to pre-load
3. ear plugs to not listen to all of this with.
4. who cares anyways about my favorite vape company of all time
5. finally, you'd want an un-pentrateable ego to deflect critisizm

I think the 05 is good.

I clean mine all the time. Just doing it again today in fact. Still nice a shiny & new.

Mine works. My xp as well, but I don't take that one out in the winter.

the 05 has the spare battery.

The best part is it works with vaped remains as well, you can stuff a bit of hash or even if I see some weed on the street in my neighborhood that's fairly common in the summer months, so I can pick that up and roll into a cap with the vaped remains, so that's usually enough to get me fairly buzzed, and that's a FREE buzz that I don't pay for.

Not that any of you would STOOP to that level and pick something off the ground, but since I'm not smoking it, touching it with my mouth and I'm putting it near the HEATER end of the cap, so it's sandwhiched in between so much vaped remains, that it tastes great, and is free and get's me buzzed.

I love this system. Order the 05 if you have the $160
that's my 2 cents

okay, well I am back on the M A C attack...

The way Ed's store works, is he gives you TWO broken computers of the same type and says, GOOD LUCK

This one is the one
Jeff's Photo's

vape on the market that compares well with apples, or mac STEAKS. Don't go with some huge BIG mac of company.

Look I like to know these guys evolve, if you can afford to try the price tag they've got them for $125 at some sites. I've doing RE-VAPED pot now for several days, and I'm dumping money into things that don't work, like transportation. I take my bike to get fixed and two new problems occur in between the guy fixing the old problem and handing it back to me..

I've seen money pits, this Inhalater is better than people say they got a raw deal, they have no customer service, that was and still is the problem If you have patience, I would go for another vape the guys that make these deserve customers that have a little patience

Other than that, I like many vapes, but not as much as this one I'm considering getting an 05"s" next as I don't have that 25watt heater model

I had a good time yesterday with NO pot left basically re-vaped stuff that 's been re-vaped several times already. Everytime I revape it the stuff get's a little grainier and smaller untill it's not even re-vapeable anymore.

lots of fun over here even if others have jumped shit and hired old school to HOLD DOWN some dum fort.

p2GpTS.... I try very hard not to feed into this ... whatever this is you have going here.... IMO I don't feel as though your really helping matters very much..... I wonder do you ever think about what some of the viewers or readers might think about your posting style and perhaps more importantly do you wonder what they might find useful information in your words.... well I do....

If you really do wish to help these guys survive and possibly even grow and flourish do you really feel readers / potential new consumers are going to take your advice of throwing caution to the wind... simply ignore all the BS that has transpired.... in other words don't learn from the pain others have had to endure thus far...... Well now doesn't that feel a tiny bit silly even leaning towards ridiculous.... as this is the main reason or benefit from reading these types of sites filled with consumer feedback and experiences...

IMHO it exceeds all of that as it is unwise to do so..... as then should you get bitten by a manufacturer that has a great product when it works..... if your one of the fortunate..... common story really......so consumers need good information in order to make the decision that best fits them.....

Now as for arguing with other members that don't agree with your opinion on things well.... do I really need to ask if you feel that is helping you or them in any way what so ever......

I like this design very much.... and I too feel it has HUGE potential..... but they have also earned every bump and bruise..... it has all been handled a bit poorly IMHO.... Yep earned every bit of it IMO....

Damage control should be very high on their list of to do's but their refusal to apologize or even recognize any wrong or shady doing..... it's really not for us...folks like you or me to fix any of this....

Nope I'm afraid that job falls squarely on the shoulders of the manufacturer.... wouldn't you agree...?
:peace:

Calling other members idiots, haters and schizo is against our be nice rule. Warning point issued.
Hey Old School, if you go back all the way to page 103 of the XP thread, that's where I came in. Right after I introduce myself, this jj5590 idiot with the george bush idiot as his picture comes on and says WHAT AN ESSAY

Inhalater loved what I said, but back then you had people like jj5590 picking on Inhalater because of a dumb sticker that the re-seller I purchased from was NICE enough to remove so that it wouldn't be taken as CHEAP by a new customer looking at something that did that right out of the box. I remember a $300 dollar stage tuner for music by Peterson that I took back to the store for a return for that same issue and the second one had the same cheap glue and eventually I ended up trying to glue it and screwing it up and getting glue on the screen below and luckily Peterson returned it, gave me a free t-shirt and I glued the one the sent to me properly because again it had the same crappy glue that would allow the screen to just peel off.

It bugged me that people in the xp forum were tough on Inhalater for that issue, when in fact if you talk to them nicely they'll help, and the dumb sticker wouldn't even be of use for a blind person, but yet you treat the product like crap for not having a sticker that sticks.

NEXT ISSUE >>> cleaning inside the unit causes off gassing and eventually failure

Look, I'm not sure you will care at this point, and there have been electrical issues, usb issues, so I understand more than anyone.

HOW many people do you think ever ordered the $5 dollar PICK TOOL???

I just used mine to open up my 8 month old 05 model that I received at the end of January of this year. I've actually only used it for 6 months of this year and sparingly at that, using the 004 xp most of the time instead.

I recently cleaned the 004xp a few weeks back and probably on page 93 or 92 of this thread you should see one post with me asking you how often you clean yours and how much of a difference you think it makes.

So yesterday (Sunday) I flipped on the Buffalo Bills game and was watching Sammy Watkins hook up on a Tyrod Taylor touchdown pass for 40 yards, and I decided to take a closer look at the BILL'd of my 05 from the inside. Since my cleaning session on my 004 xp extracted so much tar and resin, I was curious.

So the result was two HOURS buddy, of popping a Q-tip into the 3 air intake holes. I would remove roughly half of the cotton and used 99% iso for the cleaning.

Two HOURS >>>> at the end I was using damp water on the q-tips instead of iso.

You are telling me @ Old School that you clean yours once a year? Do you push the q-tip INSIDE the air intake holes? You obvious are an expert so I admit, I am SCARED by you, to confront you, but you don't seem to be cleaning yours enough IMHO,

I would look at it as if I hardly used my 004 xp for the first year until Inhalater could SEND TO ME MY ULTIMATE package which I got in late January of 2015.

So now that we know I clean min more often per usage, then we now have a clue as to what many of the breaking issues were. And where the off gassing comes from too. It's tar built up next to the heater in the air intake holes, and as you're sucking harder and harder to get air thru, it pulls some pieces loose and causes them to combust and eventually takes your heater down with it. If you start to hear crackle from the heater, you should turn it off, but that is that noise actually is.

Now that you know this, we now can go all the way back to the xp thread and look at Inhalater begging us to help them with information and to learn how to use their product more efficiently.

Sorry it took me 2 years to get back to you, but I didn't like guys like jj5590 with his george bush logo, heck, nobody likes george bush other than, well george bush, but you guys are bullies and I'm sitting here with crucial information holding back because to be honest, you guys will all say likely that it has nothing to do with nothing and point to a million other issues.

I like the fact that the xp had several different sizes and versions. That would bug some people, but to me that's cool. I like that the customers have been USED as testers, because it makes this more of a family affair, albeit a fractured disfunctional one at this point, but I love the fact they made permanent caps and then phased them out, giving the original species of Inhalater owners a bit of a PERK that others missed out on.

I also give them credit where others decide to lambaste them. What I would like to do is BRING a guy into this forum >>> his charming gf / wife is per-egg-an-ant and she has ditched the smokes and they both like the weed, it's also being legalized by our new government, so Inhalater is perfectly positioned in the market place if they don't get so misunderstood.

What I would like to do is PROVE to you that you've made a brutal mistake. I'd like to bring this nice couple into this forum they've used my vape and think it's cool, but because I'd be training them froAm scratch on how to do the cleaning of the inside, they'd be a perfect candidate for this research.

Keep in mind they have the 05 on sale for a measly $125 at vape-smart. Here's the link below>>

so for that kind of coin, you won't have any issues with your package being held up at the border, the unit will be coming to you from the USA as well, so it's a good deal, might even have free shipping, I'm not sure, but easier for you to get it there and for that price, if what I'm saying is true, it's a bargain!

Their new MOTO on their website if you click on 'about us' it reads:
“OUR PHILOSOPHY IS MAKING THE CUSTOMER’S NEEDS A PRIORITY”

so they do get it, sir! They just need customers unlike jj5590 and Ed HYDE and those kind of demanding customers. We have one xp customer who walks away unhappy because of PARANOIA regarding US border security dog sniffers taking his returned broken Inhalater aside and calling him in for questioning....

Then on my hand I keep calling them back and I keep leaving as a satisfied customer...

I don't believe people bought that pick tool enough... That is what I was getting at when I cleaned out my 004xp and ask you @ Old School, so we'll have to split into two camps here.

You can handle the technical issues, I'm gunna handle cleaning issues. I do believe ALOT of customers didn't clean their unit properly and Inhalater did not know it need to be cleaned on the inside so much they told people you could pay the to clean it since it's labor intensive I wouldn't recommend that myself, but the price would probably be about $50 dollars, unless they did us a favor.

After reading a FEW posts about people that used a TOOTH PICK ( not recommended ) to pop that screen out, I was encouraged and thought I might try with a cork screw. Bad idea. Probably a few people that said the polymide inside their unit RIPPED they probably LIED and did the corkscrew thing...

So IMO what we have here is a failure to communicate and one other hurdle. A NEW THING can be dicey at first and to clean this for the first time may seem daunting.

It's something you could easily train youself to become quite good at in fact, but if you do not try, I am positive your INH vape would last perhaps a year a best.

You would talking to the guy that HALF knew this from the beginning and put his Inhalater aside and put it down a bit in order to WAIT for that pick tool. Eventually I got it in the ULTIMATE package just 8 months ago....

so please don't tell me that this company has earned every bruise. I though most of the sticker complaints people were crazy. I had the same problems with that Peterson tuner, and they gave me a new one when I screwed up the glue job. One of the POOR traits is to keep calling back.

You guys all sound like people with jobs that can afford to throw away vapes because you don't want to know how to clean them. I'm the guy that calls back a company over and over and over again when they have a GREAT PRODUCT but with niggly little issues like a screen that peels off on a $300 dollar tuner. Yes it bothered me at first, but after the company takes care of me and gives me two tuners for the price of one then no it doesn't

They thru in a free t-shirt because they knew it was a shure-t thing that I would buy more of their tuners which work so well. I have 3 different types, so they correct - I kept ordering and calling back.

So please understand that this company is there, listening, they wanna work with us, and for god's sake, take your pick tool @ Old School and remove your screen out of boredom's sake, and shove q-tip or two into those air intake holes and get back to me on how much TAR and resin comes out of your unit.

My guess is, you're the guy with the next broken unit unless you start doing this religiously.

You sound like you have bud on you always, so for your type, try cleaning they intake holes every month at least, but I'd do it every Sunday as Tyrod Taylor and Sammy Watkins are hooking up for more touchdowns, because every time I go out and look to get a LONG BOMB going deep into the night, I know my Inhalater is there for all the heavy lifting and it's only a matter of customers being informed, properly maintaining them that is the difference.

It's not the company's fault if you never called them back, and they did recently change to a new location, please check before attempting to send them something in the mail.

Also, if your name is Edward Hyde, try hiding, that's what I would do, we never like the schitzo types ruining a great brand, but thanks for hating instead, that's why I disappeared from the xp thread it was filled with people like him that HATE the product.

Can you explain your reference to me?

It bugged me that people in the xp forum were tough on Inhalater for that issue, when in fact if you talk to them nicely they'll help, and the dumb sticker wouldn't even be of use for a blind person, but yet you treat the product like crap for not having a sticker that sticks.
Dude.... seriously.... the silly ass stickers.... seriously.... this is what you feel folks are concerned with.....
I find it very interesting the issues your not bringing up.... USB, Charge Time, ribbon cable, Clicking Off, Loosing connection requires tapping..... most of the folks that complained about the stickers just simply took them off....problem solved.... stickers never caused operational failures...:peace:
NEXT ISSUE >>> cleaning inside the unit causes off gassing and eventualy failure

Look, I'm not sure you will care at this point, and there have been electrical issues, usb issues, so I understand more than anyone.

HOW many people do you think ever ordered the $5 dollar PICK TOOL???
They say cleanliness is next to godliness...... rock on:rockon:
There could be an even simpler explanation for your excessive amount of "tar and resin" verses mine not so much... by your own words you have been re-vaping and not just a 2nd run but maybe even going 3 or 4 times at it... you also went on to comment about how fine like powder your ABV was becoming... Any ideas as to how so much might slip by the screen using this practice..... verses the guy take a single run then saving the ABV for cooking....

Yep keeping things neat and clean is of course a good idea and I would never suggest you shouldn't but rather as much as need be.... if your careful and know exactly what you are dealing with keep it clean is a breeze...... for example and I'm not trying to intimidate you here..... the heater is not below the screen that your so thrilled to be able to remove... but rather the heater is the actual chamber walls that you are swabbing down with a Q-tip..... all you have below that screen inside are 4 divots or recessed holes if you will and of that only 3 are actually useful in letting the air on the outside of the heater {pre-warming chamber} curl around to enter into the inside heat chamber..... the divot hole in the middle doesn't do anything but gather loose particles.... with the screen removed you will only be able to see the center divot.... what you will be able to see of the other 3 divots are only half of their full circles so in other words 3 little half moons... the other halves can;t be seen or cleaned... vacuuming really is the best..... nothing will be combusting no worries there.... the actual heater foils are sealed / encased in Ployimide..... cleaning is still a good thing....please don't get me wrong here... its just that this design doesn't require very much.... as virtually all of the junk build up is in the cap which I happily reclaim.... now there is something worth re-vaping.....

This "crucial info" your holding back is which.... this cleaning revelation.... is this what your referring to....?

I like the fact that the xp had several different sizes and versions. That would bug some people, but to me that's cool. I like that the customers have been USED as testers, because it makes this more of a family affair, albeit a fractured disfunctional one at this point, but I love the fact they made permanent caps and then phased them out, giving the original species of Inhalater owners a bit of a PERK that others missed out on.
WOW...... so you liked all that......

It seems interesting how you appear not to know certain details but then you wish to dredge up all this old garbage with fairly decent detail all followed up with yet another mild but a bit more forceful sale pitch...... might this by why members are asking if you are an employee... really good friend perhaps...
Then on my hand I keep calling them back and I keep leaving as a satisfied customer...

Not a Problem..... although I seriously question whether your being helpful with all this...whatever this is..
I'm beginning to notice a similarity in your writings.....hmmmm who else was it that liked to blame and or accuse the consumers of wrong doing around every corner..?
So IMO what we have here is a failure to communicate and one other hurdle. A NEW THING can be dicey at first and to clean this for the first time may seem daunting.

again stickers didn't cause the rather large number of warranty claims... consumers want something that will last and of course needs to be reliable....

Yes I know they are still there...and just as stubborn as they have been from day one.... what you might refer to as a hard learner..... some folks can learn from others mistakes... but then again other just have to make all their very own mistakes before drawing from it......
It's not the company's fault if you never called them back, and they did recently change to a new location, please check before attempting to send them something in the mail.

Dude I really don't think anyone hated the product.... when it is working it is awesome.... but if/when it fails you then have to deal with customer service and for that you will need fairly thick skin and as you have pointed out numerous times "patience" and lots of it..... this manufacturer needs to address this sooner the better.....
In the end in order to truly survive and thrive....warranty replacements need to be less... a lot less like under 5% or even 2%.... IMO anyway...

This confirms it, he works for Pharmacor
