Keeping it plain and simple.
A dugout is a resting pit so...

"The Pit"
Or
"The DynaPit"

That is not a drug, it’s a plant.....
I will be adding the Yet nameless dugouts to the website very soon.
With the integrated magnet and such these will be $40,

BUT
to give thanks to everyone here on the forum, you can prebuy them for $30 with no additional shipping if you already purchased a Woody. To do this before they are on the site, use the contribute to the cause option.

BlackWood TiWoody and the other wood variety of nameless dugout

At this time, the original VapCaps do not fit very well into them until I get the updated mouthpieces. I am working an interim solution for the originals and should know in a day or two if it will work, plus I hope to have the new mouthpieces in before xmas but am not sure yet how long they will take.

I want to thank everyone here for supporting this project!

Cheers,

George

Really digging that Pauduk Woody Galore (my name for the DV dugouts). :D

The original ad talks about it working with a candle or magnifying glass. Has anyone tried some of these more obscure methods?

A candle would work the same as a bic lighter. I tried the magnifying glass with another type of vaporizer , it worked really well . (unless you want to vape at night )

I remember a couple people posting that they tried a candle, the bic, and magnifying glass. I think some people, @IAmKrazy2 for example, said that the candle and bic method stains the vapcap quickly and take a lot longer than the triple torch method. I believe he or someone else also used a grill to heat up their vapcaps and said it worked. He also has one of those solar cigarette lighters and he said he would try it on a sunny day. I think I remember reading that the magnifying method wasn't very easy either and would work better if the vapcap was black colored. Someone suggested coloring it with a sharpie. I also wish more people would try different methods and share the results.

Being from Australia where no one has dugouts and 1 hitters I had no idea what they were when people started talking about them. When I heard dugout my mind pictured a piece of wood turned into a pipe with a bowl carved (dug) out.

Maybe the name of the dugout doesn't need to reference dugouts? Something like VapStash explains what it does. This would be good for the international market where the reference wouldn't be got.

Or just call it a Dynavap dugout.

Yep I actually agree. I think dynavap dugout is the best name. At least people will know what it is when they see it. With one of these obscure vap/dyna references no one will know instantly what the item is and some will just pass it by and not give it a second glance. Call it what it is. Plain and Simple. The Dynvap Dugout.

The sound of vapor
What about VapCase or VapCarrier? The VapCap will be carried in it too right?

Yup I like VapCarrier now that I think about it, it keeps the consistency within the names of the different products from DynaVap and is clear and simple as in when you read carrier you know it'll carry your VapCap and probably more thanks to its size.

"The VapCarrier will conveniently hold your VapCap and more!"

So I've read through most this thread and am still confused: how is the Woody different from the to be named dugout? Does the dugout not have a titanium heat exchanger like the Woody?

"Dugout" is an American Baseball reference that's why they called the the little straight brass pipe a "Bat" and the combo originally sold here where I live in the '70s as the "pinch hitter" smoking system. So I would think the reason behind those names are obscure to many on an international level.

I still cast a vote for "dynadug", for what it's worth.

Can any of you beta testers compare this to the Peace? The obvious differences are the heat exchanger, "click", and lack of wood, but it seems like it'd perform in similar fashion

@VapCap Is there any way to make the cap on the vapcap black? I'm torn between which woodie to choose. The cocobolo looks like it could be a cigar or a pipe, except for the shiny cap on the end, and the blackwood looks like it could be an e-cig or a pipe, and the only conspicuous part is the shinyness of the cap and the fact that it's closed off on the end. Another point to consider is that the cap will discolor, but it seems the discoloration is more of a golden, auburn kind of color, which goes better with the brown cocobolo in the long run than the blackwood....Which one do you guys think is the most stealthy in the long run?....If the cap could be black, then the blackwood would look quite a bit more stealthy.....but is it possible? Decisions, decisions...
