I'm assuming you have an older 2.04v firmware Crafty? If so, the old firmware will not connect to an Android 5+ OS.
You have two options at this point.
1) Send it back to S&B and they will update you to the new version firmware Crafty that can connect to Android 5.
2) Download the 3rd party app "Vaporizer Control Center" by our friend here,
@ligi. I also have a 2.04 Crafty and ran into this same issue a few weeks ago. I didn't want to send my Crafty into S&B yet, so downloaded this app. It allows me to connect, see the temps, change the temps, and it has a precise battery level as opposed to a 6 bar system.
So at this point, I plan to just keep running my Crafty with the VCC app until I run into a problem.
If you don't have a 2.04 firmware Crafty, then I'm not sure what your problem is.
