Discontinued Daisy vaporizer by Triihouse

Just so Dab HAppy!
Its good to play with the torch angle and distance. The Daisy really likes a little lighterplay and especially likes to be teased around her sweet spot. This teasing as I call it helps to create that turbulence that provides such huge hits.

Lately I have been aiming my torch just below and above the Daisy heat intake opening from the side of the Daisy so the flame is horizontal. The idea is to heat the fluted or trumpet shaped part of the intake good and then bring the flame just above it to get the whistle.

:brow: Nailed it

Although my Daisy is more of a dirty girl ;) she doesn't need any teasing/foreplay, my flame length is around the width of her neck, and I stick it straight in, but just the tip, that gets things going quick then as I pull it out a little the whistle starts that's when she comes to life, oh and don't forget to tickle her hole on the front as you pull she loves that, makes the magic happen in the neck...milky fun.

Just had a nice quickie with daisy, she's feeling a little dry though gonna butter her up and go at it again.

She really is cheap, fast and easy, gotta love her

@UnshavenFish you are a dirty man..i love it..

I'm really not, its her, she's a bad influence on me just sitting there giving me the eye, I can't help it if she has a high vapedrive, it would be rude of me to ignore her, you know how women get :D

She's actually seeing how dirty she can get right now, I make her clean her bowl out and under her
screen (I'm not a monster) but her neck is getting a nice golden sheen to it, can't wait to ram a nice thick bud down her neck :brow:

Well, priority mail has failed me again. Supposed to be here in CO yesterday, but for some reason the Daisy I ordered was sent from Nevada right next door all the way over to South Carolina yesterday, so.... looks like I will be without for Halloween. Pretty pissed.

Anyways... looking forward... I mean, super excited.... to be giving this one a try as my first butane vape. Think I might have ordered the last Walnut from puffitup, or the last triihouse product they have at all right now for that matter.

Hi a fellow fc member has suggested that the daisy would fit my needs. I have been looking into and it does seem to provide the power I am looking for (heavy hitter)

If there is anyone up could upload a video of ripping the daisy as much as possible with close to like a .25 load

I'm looking to see what type of punch it can pack compared to the top tier plug in units

Vape on!

This is from the first post of the thread, looks to be a little less the .25 though.

It's a start at least, would love to see more Daisy porn.

I totally understand .25 is difficult to cashe in a single hit. But an attempt video would be just what I'm looking for ! I think he took 3 decent hits and the abv still wasn't even close to dark chocolate brown

Those are only moderate hits for Daisy. Cashing 0.25g in three hits is no problem although I would normally take 4 or 5. I like using a chech pipe tool to stir and tamp down the load for bigger hits.

I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with Daisy when it comes to big hits, flavour and being able to rip through a heap of herb in no time flat. It's about as smooth as dry vapor gets too.

It happens so quickly too! I guess once it pops you just can't stop? Haha

I usually load halfway and rip it throughout the day. It could last for a long ass time.

Look who was scoping out my place when I got home, making herself comfortable:

No torch from puffitup unfortunately, Randy said he would hook one up tomorrow though! I will reserve initial impression for a while until I get a feel for her. Also pleasantly surprised that I got cherry (I think) when I thought I had only walnut option.

Yay!

I'm actually looking to cache that .25 in 1 single hit. Not 3

Is the daisy actually capable of that type of power? For around $125 that seems too good to be true considering these top tier plug ins are around $500

Hey

I believe that with the required lung capacity, a good flame, and an aggressive technique, it is perfectly reasonable to suggest that caching a load of this size is indeed possible in one hit.

In fact, I believe I often do just that - sometimes unintentionally :ko:

I've said it before & I shall say it again - Daisy is an analogue vape, and her performance is entirely in your hands.

With the humidity here in the MID-Atlantic I tend to like to use it on the lowest setting when I want to extract what I can from the flowers as fast as I can...for instance when I have flowers that are not as high quality. I would prefer the torch that Triihouse sales over the Bernzo but mine died and I am waiting on a new one along with a Peace. My other two torches would take 5-6 hits or more to extract everything that I can extract with one or two hits using the Bernzo. Sometimes overkill is necessary I guess, but it does feel obnoxious lighting the Daisy with a torch that is bigger than it is.

If you go back to this post #996 and read some of the posts before this one it will make more sense but basically I was making the same point as @VegNVape that with an aggressive technique and big torch you can clear the bowl in one or two hits. Others have commented in the past that you can as well. Two hits will give you a chance to stir and get more even ABV. One hit can surely cache the load, however your likely to have little bits remaining that are not quite as vaped.

I have no idea if the ability to cache .25 in 1 hit is a true measure of power, but I have a strong opinion that Daisy is as powerful as a desktop if not more powerful than some of them. Yes, I've tried a sublimator and an Evo. and other "powerful" vapes.

If you attempt to push the power, please read through this thread and all the usage tips for avoiding combustion.

My experience with Daisy is that she tastes best when the entire load is cached in 1 hit. In other words I love Daisy as a "one hitter."

I will say however that my loads are much smaller than .25g. That would be well beyond my lung capacity. But if it is possible for you, I see no reason why Daisy would be the limiting factor. She has a very wide-open draw so you can take monster hits.

I think it is a mistake to strictly equate price with power. If you think about it, as a thought experiment, it is easy to conceive a vape that is inexpensive but powerful, or a vape that is expensive but has low power.

Remeber the flame from a torch lighter is more powerful then most heater out there and can reach temps far hotter. They get to around 1500 almost instantly. So yea daisy definitely can provide just as much power as the higher priced electrics. Also with the 500 dollar ones your paying for all the parts and technology. Daisy's simple and basic with no need for flashy gimiks.

 I'm waiting on the video of someone doing up a quarter gram in one hit with any vape, I don't think it's possible myself.

Four hits to finish off a gram? ... really Now?

Daisy is one BadAss vape, probably the biggest hitter I've used but I truly think totally cashing 1/4 gram in one hit with it or any vape is pure fantasy... But I'll give her a try a bit later in the name of science.

I've been into lovin' Daisy's petite little sis' Lily lately and haven't paid much attention to daisy in a few weeks, today's the day to see if she still cares...

Let me know how the daisy holds up. i have the lily with a WPA and love it! totally interested in the daisy though.
i feel like ive done .25 in a SSV and its possible to kick a bowl in one destructive super long rip but i would have to weigh out a pack as i'm not even sure what 1/4 a gram looks like anymore...

I just weighed out .25g of fluffy ground herb, and found it completely filled Daisy's bowl, well above the "fill to this line" line, about 5x the amount Tommy shows in this instructional video:

I didn't try hitting it with the 0.25g load, because I can't imagine vaping that much per session, let alone per hit.

I personally get best Daisy results one-hitting very small "pinch" loads of 0.05g or less. Then I swap it out for a new load with clean flavor. One or two of those, and I'm good to go. YMMV.
