I have a Haze V3 on order from PUFFITUP and am wondering if anyone knows where to get the extended XL batteries for cheaper? I searched the thread but couldn't pinpoint anything. Thanks

For some time now I could not put my finger on what the Haze reminded me of while reminiscing. Then finally it hit me ..... I also enjoy the Haze so much because it reminds me of my long ago blunt sessions. That was the only way I personally burned back then. The Haze when I temp. step both ovens back to back makes for a nice long session. About the same time it used to take me to get a blunt to disappear.

Also this morning I'm going for a sixer on the cans (must be comatose) and will be using my HT with it. All while getting my upgrade paid for and a new V3 (finally I know!) on its way to my excited hands in the next few days. I'll also be posting some fun here later today hopefully. Live long and prosper my Hazeohnauts!

Update: 2 cans down & counting....

it has been a while guys. Hope everyone is doing great. Couple of my friends just received their V3s. Both of them are beginners. This is their first vape. One of these guys, I recommended V3 to him and the other one, I did not even know that he was thinking about quitting combustion since I do not speak with him very often and I just learned that he bought a V3 after his research on Reddit. I wanted to make a point that both of them are total beginners with 0 vape experience and both of them mentioned to me that it was super easy to get going with the V3. No steep learning curve like most others. I thought the same when I first bought my Haze OG but I already had experience with portables in the past. I see that there are many new members of the thread, not sure how many of them are first time vapers and maybe they can share their own opinion of course. I am inviting more and more people to FC since this is a giant resource for anyone who wants to quit combustion.

I am also new to vaping and the V3 is my first vape. I have used volcano's at friends places but I like the haze more. Can't wait to get my V3 back from warranty so I can get back to vaping. I'm totally hooked and I feel better and don't even like smoking now.

OK I finally got to vape with glass. WOW! I got a Grace Glass Vapor Bubbler today and it goes great with the Haze. http://www.grasscity.com/us_en/grac...e-showerhead-diffuser-white.html#.VjGARpVdHmR. This is what it looks like except the logo is in white on mine, It is only 8 inches, but I wanted a little guy. I held my GG in one hand and my steadied my inverted Haze in the other. Had high quality dry herb and it drew out my session by maybe 15-20 min. Used the glass straw with a Delta 3D NuSong and the flavor was beautiful.

Those who vape with the Haze and glass regularly, how often do you have to clean glass when you only vape? I use dry herb twice a day and a concentrate of some sort (a dab, hash, kief, I mix it up) about once a day.

Looking forward to trying this out with some of my Ed's TNT equipment once it comes in.

I'll have to research this a bit. Can't give a solid answer atm because I cycle other vapes through the same glass.

I'll keep my haze paired with a single bubbler for a few days and get back to you.

In general I'm happiest if I change out my water and rinse out the glass about every other day, I clean with pbw once a week or so

If youre looking for an inexpensive glass bubbler I have to recommend the cheap glass thread here on FC. There is a lot of great info there but I will warn you the thread is a daunting 700+ pages. http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/cheap-high-quality-bubbler.5255/

Research is essential, I picked up a really nice bubbler thru DHGate. I wasnt very up on the glass connections. The one I got has a 14 mm male end and none of my connectors allow it to work with the Haze. Now I need an male to female adaptor as well, in order to use the Haze. You will need to figure those kind of things out when you buy. Anyway, I will attest that a bubbler is a great addition to your Haze experience. I rarely vape any other way.

Thanks Virtualpurple, for the PBW (Powdered Brew Wash) mention. I had planned on getting some to clean my glass but had forgotten what it was called. Your post jogged my memory.

Also, I found this little tidbit here on FC. A couple of drops of cranberry extract in your water helps keep things cleaner as you use your bubbler.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that VapeWorld is having a storewide 20% off sale with the code FALL20. I wanted to get one for a friend, so I called them to see what version they had. The representative told me that if you order online, they were shipping out the 2.5 version. However, if you order by phone and request the V3, you can get one with the discount. I got an orchid one for $199.

The sale only runs for another day or two, so if any of you are thinking of pulling the trigger, now is the time!

Completely different vapes. I can say that for some reason I use the Haze more.

Completely different like ones convection and ones conduction or are they not comparable in other ways?
i get that nothing else has 2 chambers and i dont have any desire to do e-liquid, just normal weed.

i am interested in something electric but more conduction based.

For any of you who are using concentrates, I found a better way than the herbalizer aroma pads.
The aroma pads I thought would be the way to go with Ed's TnT Wong. However I found a cheaper way that works really well. If you cut up a screen to the size of the concrete container. Place concentrates in container then just smash the screen on top. Concentrate did not move and vaped fully using it with water pipe with wong attachment.
I had an extra convection screen and used it so I knew it would be safe to vape with. It works really well however I'm sure just a normal pack of screens would work. Would highly recommend for any of you who are using concentrates.

I am sure that you will love the two chamber concept even if you are using only dry herb. If you have access to different strains, you can enjoy different herb types in the same session or simply save pack/unpack time if you are out.

It has arrived! Taking a bit of getting use to. My only other vap experience has been a Arizer V-Tower, which I 99% do bag with, and the fan helps get big clouds and coughing and snot bubbles. lol.

the Haze is different. Very little cloud, but sooo tasty and I'm feeling well medicated. First time I've been able to fully extend my arm due to tendon and median nerve damage in about 4 months without tears in my eye.

So far I tried

the convection screen with ground herb, maybe I was on too high, only on Temp 3, but too "combusted" for me. Started to get that popcorn taste.

Dry herb packed tight in the all-purpose dry herb can. Started on 2, very tasty, went to 3 for the end. Result was lightly brown but not over burnt when I emptied it.

Some dry crumble concentrate that I quickly heated so it got "waxy" then vaped starting on 2, but switched to 3 quickly and had a nice session. A normal "dab" worth that I would drop on the nail probably went around 4 people twice instead of 1 snot-bubbling dab. I used the concentrate can for this.

When most of the concentrate was vaped off, I just dumped a pile of kief from my fine screen shaking into the can, pressed it in and let it get all goopy with the remaining melted wax/oil. Not too tasty, but hit my head like a brick.

Dropped a few drops of nicotine eliquid on the cotton pad. Could taste the strawberry flavor pretty good, but no cloud like I'm used to with a e-pen, or that you'd get with a sub-ohm unit. I'm using a low VG eliquid and a higher VG might work better, but in all honesty, it's not designed for that purpose and it's a minor thing for me. If it works for that, great, if not, I may invest in a good separate sub-ohm mod type of unit for that purpose. May also find a way to make it work better.

Lots of options and ways to play. could cut a screen and place it on the bottom, then the cotton for the ejuice, higher VG% ejuice, try a few drops on a pile of dry herb, we'll see. lol.

So far, I'm pretty impressed. Have to get used to no clouds, but being a 25 year cigarette/herb smoker, you are conditioned to see smoke, more smoke and coughing means good. "If you don't cough, you got ripped off".

I grew up with the get a double album and lay out your herb and tap it to get the 10,455,643,345 seeds out and you cut with scissors. Now it's vap's, grinders, dab rigs, all kinds of toys.

Ok gang I FINALLY got time to clean my Haze V3 after 2 months of heavy use (60 days x 4 chambers per day = 240 cycles, through glass on level 3 and 4) I use the conduction screens exclusively. It only took about 20 mins for a top notch cleaning and I'm happy to say it is like brand new again! Check it out...

To be precise here the Haze does not combust. Nor should it be. If so, it's defective and needs to be looked at or replaced. With most strains while vaporizing at higher temperatures you will smell or get a somewhat similar popcorn like taste when one nears the end of inhaled vapor extraction for the load. It's great to read you are enjoying yourself and doing well at that. Cheers! :)

Ya, that's why I put it in quotes. Didn't really mean combusted but was started to head towards the popcorn taste, so for me that's where I don't like it. lol. Still learning. Not like it caught it on fire but even at 3 with the screen, it got popcorny too fast for me. Going to try a screen again at 2 and see how it goes. Never had to go to 4 yet, but everyone has different tastes too.
