Or try head and nature(I believe they are located in Germany)... My experience with grasscity has been really bad(try reaching their customer service for instance, takes them more then a week to ship pieces and so on) , and their prices are of the hook. Check out head and nature and you can find the same pieces for half the price sometimes. Just my two cents

I can second what tepictoton has said and would personally choose head nature over grasscity anytime having ordered from both of them multiple times.

I've been a member of GC forums since '11 and have yet to hear a single good thing about the shop. You get banned if you downtalk it, and some of the things people get banned for are just mentioning the terrible customer service, or terrible shipping practices. The prices are outrageous for what is essentially china glass too, and i've heard of plenty of payment issues. And just try to contact customer service after buying something, you never hear from them at all.

I would actually rather stick to dhgate.
Grasscity is great, full of knowledgeable people, but avoid the shop at all costs.

FWIW I have not ordered from Grasscity. I have had several orders from DHGate with only minor problems that were handled quickly.

I've had one of these for about 3 years now. I bought mine for about $110 in Norway. It's got practically no restriction at all, so it pairs very well with the Solo. Out of all my 40 or so pieces, this is the one i use the most with my Solo.

Is it normal to have a DHGate piece get stuck in New York according to shipping tracking? Not sure if it's stuck, just moving through customs, or if tracking doesn't update once it hits U.S.. Been about 5 days (but some of those days are over the weekend)

@ajsitkowski thats pretty normal from my experience. On the rare occasion I'll get an update that it cleared customs, but my last order said it was still in ny when it was actually in my hands.

The main picture in the add is different, but the rest of them are the same.
Also, people's comments are similar, thick glass, great function, etc.
The one in my link cost a lot more, so if yours is the same, then it is the better deal of the two.

I know I'm a bit late here but today I found a (poor quality) function video of this piece on YouTube.

Looks pretty good to me. I think this will be what I get if I choose to try out any sort of straight fab.

I wish I had. I'm stuck with my first piece as the cs rep reached me just hours after it shipped. At least the second piece I bought looks like it is what I need for now. Maybe I can return it or sell it cheap here.

@subway13029 i got my fc-mod today and everything works great. Both the matrix and showerhead fit in both pieces with at least 1/2" clearance on the bottom. I hope they get that sorted out for you, it's a very nice piece.

CCG will sand blast them for you. I think it's 125 for your. Whole order blasted or something like that.

Logos on bongs are THE worst tho'...Especially stolen logos.

I purchased this beautiful bong once for a trade show. It had this ugly monkey baked on. I actually spent money to remove the logo. In the end, I returned it unused with a scratched up logo. (Owner shouldn't have sold me the stuff to remove the logo lol)

Sorry for the double post... There prob is room for markup in buying these pipes by the dozen as soon as released, doing a real function video/review, and selling for a 50% markup. Additional services like etching would be easy to add here in the USA after properly curated by someone we trust. Just a thought

Your gonna need to look up the exact username or items then click the seller's store. (Stevenlmz79, not sure of the numbers in Kathy's)

Also I just recieved a fc ufo from a small seller (hjwufei $25 usd) it came perfect, super thick only imperfections are the spacing on the slits(12) and some white specs inside the can but c'mon...
Arrived on the estimated 19 days. Stevenlmz79 is the fastest shipper IMO if that's a concern.

Just received my order from seller Roor from DHGate. It is the ball perc recycler. Very pleased with it, seems to have no defects and everything seems aligned, well, perfectly...Honestly, I am surprised with the quality of this little guy. Innitial pull cannot be like crazy or one will get a drink, but with the right water level and a slow initial pull it does exactly what it needs to do.
