DA:o Is one of my favorite games of that era. If someone asks me about great western RPGs I point them right in that direction.

Has anyone played Radiata Stories? One of my all time favorite. Really wish they would of made a sequel or at least remake it for newer systems. Just thinking about it makes me want to go hunting around for my ps2.

Picked up Bloodborne again, nothing like being pleasantly high to bang my head against NG+

Sadly, that state doesn't help when I was raiding with friends last night in Destiny, damn jumping puzzles were a trial and a half for me.

I'm very excited for Fallout 4,being that I live in boston and that I am craving a nice open world to explore!

Finished Fallout 3 a few days ago. Finished it a bit quicker than I thought I would.

Started DragonAge Origins. I think I'm gonna like this one a bit better. Draws me into the story line. Great voice acting. Controlling multiple characters. Playing mage with multiple spells. A lot more complex. Very well done. Like this one a lot.
What game system do you, have ?

Good month for classic style RPG fans. Enhanced editions of Wasteland 2 and Original Sin... plus Age of Decadence finally comes out the 14th. (especially you haven't played the first 2 games, like me)

OS and W2 are coming out for consoles too surprisingly.

I can see clearly now the smoke is gone...
Just finished up Metal Gear Solid 5 last week. Amazing game, tied with Bloodbourne for my favorite this year. Tried to go back and play Fallout New Vegas in prep for Fallout 4 but the dated graphics and clumsy gameplay(by current standards) put me off. May give it another go this week.

Also still have Arkham Knight to play. I have the pc version and was waiting for it to be completely fixed but I don't think that is happening.

Those were both 2 of my favorite games when they came out. Fallout:New Vegas is available cheap for the 360 and is as good or better than 3. Also, Mass Effect series is like DA: Origins in space. Excellent series.

While I breezed through Fallout 3 rather quickly, DragonAge Origins is HUGE !!! The dialogue banter (so comical at times, it had me laughing out loud) and voice acting is the best that I've ever come across in any game and the story line is great without being too complex like Witcher 2 was.

What's also great is that you're really playing 4 characters at once that all need to be continually outfitted with gear and each leveled up depending on what you want them to do and then, if you wish, micromanage each one in battle and.........you can switch out 3 unique characters for different ones and there are different story lines for each chapter you choose to be your main one so besides taking mucho of hours to play once, multiple play thoughts make a lot of sense.

Im into RPG's. Have played all the Elder Scrolls series, Mass Effects series, Fallout, Witcher, etc etc and this is, without a doubt, one of my favs.

Edit: Very WoW like in that my party consists of a DPS mage, a tank Warrior, a Rouge and a Healing Mage and when in battle, takes me way back to my old WoW days.

Yeah, it's an old game and the graphics are kind of dated but great nonetheless. This one is gonna keep me busy for months.

Drangon age has been on my horizon for a while now.

Your post has just bumped it to top of my list.

Thank you.

Going to download the StarWars Battlefront beta (on PC) when I get home this evening :)
I wasn't impressed by the Star Wars beta at all.
The graphics look nice and the sound effects are good, but the gameplay bored me.

I haven't played any of the Fallout games yet.. I might start with 4 lol
Is Batman still broke? :(
I was half tempted to buy that and Mad Max the other day when I was looking on G2play, but I still haven't even completed GTA V yet lol

He is speaking of the orginal Dragon Age, not DA:Inquistion. Just so you know. DA: Origins is a much much better game btw.

Yup. DA Origins. Got the Ultimate Edition which included all of the DLC's, all for 22.50 on Amazon. Now THAT'S cheap entertainment, eh? (Wonder how much that comes to in dollars, or rather cents, per hour......hehe..)

My DVR is getting loaded up with stuff to watch 'cause I've been on this game so much.

Arkham Knight is fun but I'm reallllllly not a fan of the batmobile parts. Also something like 290 riddler trophies makes me quiver inside :(

It feels like fall weather in MA so it's time to load up Dark Souls and Castlevania 1-4 + Symphony of the Night, halloween approaches!

Despite playing Super CV4 for decades now, it wasn't until a few years ago that I realized the game starts at sunset and ends with day break and you can see the sun beginning to rise as you make your ascent to fight Drac.

So much amazing music in the Castlevania series, and to think SCV4 was practically a launch title for the SNES and they nailed the music perfectly!

Fallout New Vegas, heavvvvilllyyy modded out. Looks fucking incredible.

Witcher 3 because nothing is as rich as the Witcher story line. Awesome trilogy.

Tried to get into Dragon Age Inquisition but it just plain sucks donkey balls. Origins was the only goooood da game imo. 2 was just too dumbed down.
