Order just placed...thanks for your continued innovation with new, great goodies for us.
Thanks to everyone for your support. Going through a rough time at my day job right now, it's good to know at least I have Delta 3D Studios, and I can run this business how I want to run it (after 13 years working for a nut job, it's great to finally have full control). Sadly I can't fully support my family off it, but maybe one day!

In the meantime, you can bet I'm working TWICE as hard as I have been these past few months! Keep those ideas coming. Some take longer than others to produce, but I'm trying to keep a list (shall we call it the invention queue?)

Needless to say my boss doesn't know what kinda monster he's created :cuss: :worms:

(Anyone hiring??? I need some sanity in my life hahaha!)

Happy Sunday Afternoon!

Back again with another fantastic product announcement

The JyARz Classic Funnel
IMG_7130__29972.1442772817.1280.1280.JPG

Yes, this was another special product request by fellow FC members. This funnel is designed from a flexible PET plastic (the same stuff used in soda bottles). I slightly oversized the diameter so it has a friction-fit. Simply unscrew your JyARz Classic, extract the funnel slightly, and pour into your vaporizer.

Happy Thursday all!

Few new product announcements for you:

Introducing the
Mighty Mini Stand

I had many requests for a stand to hold the Mighty Vaporizer upright. Sadly I wasn't able to oblige until I had the vaporizer in my hands to measure and test-fit my prototypes. This was one of the first projects I tackled once I had received my loaner Mighty.

I'm still working on a larger stand, but this fulfills my immediate need to hold the vaporizer while loading!!

Also, as introduced previously by @MinnBobber, I'd like to introduce my
Mouthpiece to 18mm Silicone Adapter

This was a special request by @MinnBobber to convert a widemouth waterpipe mouthpiece to a standard 18mm fitting. Additionally the vapor path was designed so it could be used with a whip instead.

Lastly, I am back to working on my Scoop-n-* tools. I'm about to place an order for more tools, and I wanted to share a sneak peak of my new 4-way Scoop-N-Tamp/Scrape/Stir tool.
CaV1Ztb.png

What do you think? I made the scoop side 5mm longer since that's the tool I use most often, but I wanted to get your feedback before I placed an order. Should I add the Knurled finish? Should I swap one of the tools for a poker?

Yeah maybe poker in place of stirrer is solid actually... Since it stirs and more

Did you change the scraper up from last time though Ratch? I think you shared 3 options for the basic scoop n stir, and I think the slightly narrower, angled one may have been a bit better

(also will it available on its own as a scoop n scrape down the line? I still may just end up with a poke I suppose)

.................................................................................

Ratchett posted picture of adapter with OGB glass mouthpiece.
Another option is usiing it with a whip.
this allows for much better/easier use by a group IMO. No need for everyone to hunch over the hydratube or bong style (open tube mouthpiece) as the whip can be shared /passed

Will the scoop axis be long enough to scoop out of the bottom of a regular and Satchmo Jyarz?

Not quite in it's current configuration - it can reach about 2/3rds of the way down the JyARz Classic, but I could extend it

...I'd like to see a poker in place of the stirrer...

Sure that's easy enough, I initially chose the stir tool because I figured everyone already has a poker tool lol

How's this look:

Currently the height of the scrape tool is set to 6mm, but I can make it more narrow than that if you think it's necessary

Already have a Scoop-N-Scrape prototype in my shopping cart. But it's based on the current scrape design shown in the pictures above, I will need to re-upload if we change the scrape design.

Love it...can't wait for might cu adapter..then I'm a place a big order....ooh yeah...

 If only my one 3D printer would cooperate. Currently I've been running into problems printing my revised mold for the CU-Mod! 30 minutes into a 9 hour print, the plastic keeps jamming! :bang:

Hoping to have time this weekend to tear down the printhead and check out the feeder.

I like the look of both the new tools.

Is the center 48-hedra (I think it has 48 sides.) for strength? Do you really think the reinforcement in necessary? The spoon I have now feels pretty strong.

Also, the 48-hedra could be uncomfortable; have you considered a taper out from part-way up the limbs?

Mainly just for aesthetics, I was looking for a fun way to join the 4 cores together. Doesn't really affect the price at all, but I figured the geometric low-poly sphere would look pretty cool when printed

That's why I'm only buying 1 or 2 of these depending on the price. Need to experiment and physically handle the object before I say I'm happy enough to publish the item for sale.

:hmm: Picts would help

Oh where is it in the store? Having trouble finding it myself...

I do think a tad narrower/linger would be a bit better, but difficult to say without one in hand or at least seeing a photo of a printed one vs a virtual model

Sorry, my Shapeways shopping cart. The Scoop-N-Scrape is not yet available for sale (need to confirm the print turns out OK before I enable ordering).

Lol yeah, I always have a pair of calipers with me so I can visualize millimeters. 6mm is small enough to fit into pretty much any vape.

I did make an awesome discovery today - My Scoop-N-Stir tool fits perfectly into the grasshopper oven! This means the tamping tool which has the same diameter will also fit perfectly.

Here's a quick scribble of what I'm attempting to describe as an alternative to the low-poly sphere if said sphere was used for reinforcement.

I don't think knurling is needed on this item and I wonder how much the crossbars would interfere with spinning it.

Evening all!

Well I wish I was writing with better news. Unfortunately it seems Paypal doesn't like 3D printed vaporizer accessories and has locked my account.

At this time I have no method of processing payments on my store, I'm working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue, but it may take several weeks for me to get a payment gateway up and running.

I still fully intend to ship any remaining orders out to customers, however I cannot take credit card or paypal payments at this time, hopefully I can eventually get my money out of paypal. I had quite a bit of cash sitting in there! :bang:

I don't understand Paypal's policies at all. You can't sell your perfectly legal accessories, and yet they allow me to do this:

That was an order from last week, btw.

Fuck Paypal!

That totally blows; I've disliked PayPal for this kind of scummy behavior for years. Google Wallet (US Only) or Amazon Payments are what I'd generally look at for payment stuff. Best of luck in getting your money back from PayPal.

Man I was just coming in here to say how awesome the new bigger stem caddy is, I've been living mine!

Fuck PayPal!!!!! What bullshit I hope you get your money but I wouldn't count on it. I've heard of money horror stories like this and people never getting their money back. I really hope it works out for you and you get your money.

Just spoke with another source going through this same exact situation.... First, this isn't Paypal's fault. It's actually Visa's fault. And you can thank the US government for not providing clear guidance to Visa on E-Cigarettes and related equipment. Literally if I hosted my site from another country like the UK, I could still use Paypal. Unfortunately I'm not ready to go that route.

It does sound like if I comply with Paypal's acceptable use policies and remove all references to paypal from my store (DONE!) and agree to stop selling E-cig equipment through paypal, they will unfreeze my account and allow me to transfer my money out. So at least I'm not in as bad of a position as I thought (or so I hope).

I have some good contact information headed my way and a summary of what steps I need to take to begin taking credit cards through a "High Risk" payment processor. This will take several weeks to get going, my apologies to anyone looking to place an order.

In the meantime, I can still accept payment via check or money-order, please PM me if you would like to place an order and pay by check. Or you can wait several weeks while I get Credit Cards back up and running.

Promise, they won't keep me down! I'll be back up and running as fast as possible. At least I can use this down-time to INVENT! :freak:
