I'm going to show you guys a couple pictures, try not to get too jealous....

Here is the first pic of the hash marks, i think. This was important to me, and i think I asked SM55 once a month, if they had added hash marks for me yet. Or i would complain about how my LSV had none, and hint to him it was needed. Great add on the production model.

Here is my box of tricks.... Does the tube on the bottom look a little unique?

Here is a closeup of what i believe is the first and only inline HT. Thanks to SM55 and Ray from Sunshine glass for getting this in my hand. It is weighted very well.

Can I ask you what case that is...Thanks.

I'm looking into this one. Anyone know of any good deals anyone is running? I'm kind of torn between this and the plenty, but I see people having issues getting nice clouds from the Plenty. And I'm not seeing EVO users having the same problem. Thus, I'm leaning this way.

I also have a question on the hydratubes. They look like a PAIM to clean, how easy to do is it and how are you guys who are using them doing the cleaning?

There is tons of info here about cleaning HT's and glass. Powdered brewers wash or iso carries the highest recommendation from me for cleaning. HT's are typically fairly easy to clean.

Evo vs. Plenty is apples and orages. But if big hits of quality vapor is what you are really after,,and you like the idea of water conditioned vapor, there is no better option then the Evo IMO

As far as deals, VXH does run them aometimes, or maybe a vendor like @stickstones may have some sort of deal going but not sure if he currently stocks the Evo or not.

Should be fine, make sure to rinse well with fresh water after cleaning

"Should be" makes me a little nervous...I can throw it away ... it wasn't too expensive...

I can get 70% ethyl alcohol which is safe...but will it be good enough?

EDIT:

OK, I'm going to buy this one :D I assume Isopropyl is safer? or it wouldn't make any difference and I should use the SDA40 safely...

Just got an email for 40% off the Evo on VapeXHale site, it's Four20games. It comes out to about 300 dollars even with the hydratube. Damn I want one but just bought a Mighty.

Then I see no reason to get the ISO then... right?
Wrong.
Water won't dissolve the gunk. Alcohol does, but it's a toxin so you rinse it off.
Most of it will evaporate on its own, but the residue still tastes like crap.

And the ISO is not toxic then? which should be better?

What about boiling water then?
Wash it with boiling water will make the toxic evaporate no?

ISO is also known as rubbing alcohol (what @grokit is talking about). Its toxic so clean with ISO then afterwards run a some warm water through it to flush/rinse it out, doesnt have to be a scrub just some rinsing. Then wait along time for it to dry (wet cold glass heating up=no bueno). I am assuming you are going to use a syringe or something similar so all liquid stays in the bamboo (and doesnt accidently spill inside the unit)?

EDIT: The other stuff you are talking about is also toxic. There both alcohols just different forms. You cant hurt anything by using either one; just not sure how effective SDA is compared to ISO; it says its 200 proof no clue how strong that is compared to iso

Divide (american) Proof by 2 and you get % (yet another measurement system that boggles me, but at least the conversion is easy :))
So 200 proof is 100%

Hi,
I'm only planing on cleaning the ELB's... put it in a bowl for couple of minutes, then wash it with water and then I should let it stay in boiling water so the SD40 evaporates ?

Take a sandwich bag and add ISO and your elb. Let it soak for a while. Add some salt and swish it around. Once the elb is clean take it out and rinse it. Thats all you need. No need to boil or anything. I really like pbw for cleaning elbs if you can get it, if not rubbing alcohol and salt is good too.

Hey man, I don't have ISO, I have SDA40 ... If its ok I'll use it, if not, I'll throw it out and buy the ISO.

It doesn't matter what alcohol you use if you rinse afterwards. Alcohol evaporates rapidly so all you really need to be concerned about is any residue left from whatever was added to denature the alcohol, and that will rinse off easily. If you want to be sure you've removed everything, torch the ELB afterwards.

Just acquired an original Cloud that ticks like hell but I love it. Like it so much that I just ordered a Hydratree with the flash30 discount. I figure if/when the Cloud dies I can just buy an Evo and already have a HT.

Not sure if it's just my specific LSV or what but the cloud seems to get me way more baked and produce way more evenly cooked ABV. I still get massive clouds with the LSV but I get where I want to be with about half the material in the Cloud it seems. I'm aware of new vape honeymoon phase but I sure as hell didn't experience it with my last vape. Used it a few times and went right back to my LSV and this was just as "fancy" or "nice" of a vape as the Cloud. Paid more for that one than I did the Cloud too.

Been starting at 9-10 o'clock and finishing on 12-1. ABV is pretty dark and vaped extremely evenly. Usually stir 1-2 times per session max and pack about 3/4 full loosely. I think I will be tucking the old trusty LSV away for the day this thing eventually decides to stop working.

I really think you don't need to stir at all with the vapexhale cloud, I never stir, you definitely need to stir with the LSV though. LSV is good but vapexhale will cook more evenly and produce better clouds imo.

I usually just start at 12 and never change the temp, but i'm going to try starting at 9-10 next time and see how it goes :).
