Does anyone know a figure 8 extension that is safe (and warranty accepted) for use? it's long enough past the dial, but if it was longer I'd have fewer issues. Also if I could get one where the vinyl coating was thinner and more flexible.

On another note, someone PMed me and recommended a fellow FC user's online business! I guess someone at Jojo Woodworks is a FCer and makes e-Nano stands. Sadly, I cannot snag on one of their (quite nice looking) stands immediately, but I am sure to keep them in mind! Anyone who has experience with his business, I'd love to hear feedback. Or even someone affiliated with them, though I'm not sure what the thread rules are on that.

I wouldn't mind having the option of a wall wart if the cord was thinner. How would you adjust the temp in that case? At the wall wart or how it is now, near the E-Nano? More options would be great, but I love the E-Nano as it is currently.

I own Jojowoodworks, and I will answer any questions you have here, through a pm, or on my thread in the Vapor Related Equipment section. Thanks!

That's some real nice wood Mr. Bongo

Unfortunately, when not in use I need to put all my vape stuff completely away. So such displays won't work for me right now, but maybe someday.

I find if I place my nano in the middle of the counter/table it makes it more stable and less likely to be yanked away. You have a lot more cord sitting on the table with much less potential energy.

The E-Nano heater is a 110v AC heater. It won't run off a DC wart. That's the point of why you can't have a different cord.

Try sticky velcro tape, attach it to a stable area. I have a stand, but I have the stand velcroed down.
It is very stable. You may find velcro on the actual unit annoying ...
I've been considering adding Velcro to the bottom of my temp dial.

Edit: @Uzer I meant if it was possible to have an AC wall wart I would be willing. I don't know that much about electricity but I would think that is possible. I understand that the E-Nano is AC, that is one of the main reasons I chose it over competing log vapes.

Having an after dinner treat of some CandyLand in my Nano stem. It's parents are Platnium Girl Scout Cookie and GrandDaddy Purple. This strain is really exceptional especially with the all glass air path which I prefer.

Did some yard work and the muscles are feeling tight. I think this is going to hit the spot.

The setup is so convenient, I know it looks alittle cumbersome but its actually really easy to use. The height is perfect.

And forget hooks and all that jazz. Buy a stand and just drop the cord, it doesnt matter if your enano is docked. Even with that large tower of glass you see above, I had little worry of it tipping over.

@olivianewtonjohn is that hydrotube pretty much leak proof, do you find it restrictive at all, and where did you get it?
Also, Xanadu is epic!

@Ratchett (or anyone with electrical knowledge) if I add six feet of additional cord would i need to up the dial to maintain current heat levels and would I lose heat at upper levels because of the added distance?

Nope, the increased resistance of an additional 6 feet extension is negligible. If you want, I can grab my old ELEG coursebooks and calculate the actual wire resistance over 6 feet @16 or 18awg, but it's very minimal

I've seen that water tube off Dhgate online store. They are out of China. Many glass knock offs but pretty good quality. Sometimes glass tubes will leak if over filled. Be careful with water tubes. I prefer a bubbler so the vaporizer is riding on top, no chance of leakage. It's fun to try out a lot of different pieces.

Thanks @CarolKing I couldn't sleep last night and found myself on dhgate buying three different hydrotubes to try out. I got in on the Zion preorder and that thing seems like a tank. RBT has posted video of the thing basically boiling water that was dumped in. Seems like the perfect device for a hydrotube.

Edit to add a thank you for the post below from @olivianewtonjohn

It has never leaked; I pack it filled up and travel. Resistance is low (you're not moving much water), the main thing is getting the water levels right and hitting it straight up, tilted and it stops percolating (like most hydrotubes). I have no worries about leaks at all but as @CarolKing is saying its important to test it first; really should test every hydrotube even name brand ones to make sure it doesnt leak or anything before use. Be observant the first few times. I have no worries of leak or anything, only problem I can see is if you cough while using it or something.

If you are having a problem with your Nano and it won't turn on it might be your electrical fuse/breaker box.

We talked about this the other day. It's happened to me a few times. I get an over loaded circuit from a little space heater I have. Initially was thinking I was having problems with the unit. I then realized my space heater had turned off too. I went out to the garage, that's where the box is. I switched it back on and was good to go, Nano's light came on. Hurray!!!

This happened right after we had talked about it.

OKAY

F#$% the lotus screens

S&B Concentrate pads are the f$%#ing BEES KNEES.

It's like I've got my self a damn e-nail. gadamn.

Okay maybe not that, but holy hell does it make using concentrates a lot more efficient.

Perfect for my lotus too!

*I understand that this may be old news but they recently came into my neighbourhood headshop, and I was just a little ecstatic.

That's great! The SS substrate that I use for my ENano vapor dabs is a Plenty concentrate screen, trimmed down - so also an S&B screen.

Anyone suggest a DIY aromatherapy cup for the time being while I save for a JoDa custom one? @Ratchett, I blame you and that dude on vaporents for my lusting after pretty smells out of pretty bells :tup:
I have been using a couple of those little soy sauce bowls that they use in Chinese restaurants. Picked them up for a dollar each at a thrift store, but a quick check showed them 10 for $15 on Amazon. Probably a couple bucks at a kitchen store or dollar shop?
I have different oils in each and swap them. Nice and stable, so Just pop them on the table when I take a hit, then put them back on. Work at vaping temp, too (anywhere from 5.5 to 7)but I 'think' they keep the nano slightly warmer so I have reduced temp slightly.
I also picked up a metal cup from another thrift store (20 cents) which also works. Basically, anything with a base about the size of the top half of my thumb seems to sit nicely on the metal rim and works.
Maybe not as stable as the official aromatherapy cups, though?
Hope that helps.
