oh come on now lwien, that looks more like an "I was in the Navy" kinda guy to me.
Me too!

Like... enlisted Navy, took thirty years to make Chief, because he kept getting busted back down.

Oh, hey... @lwien you've let the beard grow out!

Mattel had this one thought out!

Was awesome when you first got it. You could put this cr@p on anything and it came off!

But it 'expired' after a time and reversed its characteristics 180 degrees and stuck fast to everything. At that point, had to be tossed out and replaced!

Next topic: A thread dedicated to @lwein with an autoreply function...

Anyone could post in dedication to lwein, the usual barrage of flattering photos, comments, and discuss micro-tolerances.... to which the system would auto-reply immediately after with a "Fuck You!"

(modnote: and I mean this in a nice way.)

;)

This was my mom's cheaper version of soda pop back in the 1960s. They even had the root beer flavor.:ugh:

Served in these stainless steel cups. You guys bring back memories. I saw these cups early on this thread. I bought me some online for the RV. These cups make everything so cold.

Every teenage boy in America probably girls too, had this poster in their bedroom in the 1970s. Not too revealing, just enough with that nipple shot. All of the girls were trying to wear our hair like Farrah's.

I had a lot of those Pee Chees too. We would draw added appendages to some of the pictures.

Got to see these back to back on network TV in one night when I was a kiddie around 1973(?). My first psychedelic experience.

You can still get those lips some places. I have grandkids so I know. You can also get the wax fangs for Halloween.

I remember the little wax bottles of the pretend pop, it's just syrup flavored. They had them in root beer too.

They should also include a photo of the kid's bruised knuckles. Or trying to find the missing parts to his Maskatron figure. Good times.......

OMG - you lot are too funny!
Edit: I've got an Evel Knievel executive toy sitting on the windowsill behind me ;) - not as good as the original though!
If you can strip your knuckles when it slips out of gear, then it good enough in spirit. Like having a Led Zeppelin LP with the Vinyl Crackle With Pop noises.
