Always feel bad about reporting good news, particularly with brethren like @paytonpenn are suffering multiple failures.

Going on 5 weeks and my replacement is still rocking.
It's become my daily driver and I haven't touched my Crafty since this arrived, in fact, this replacement has not only replaced the failed unit, but all my other vapes as well(for now:))

A suggestion for those who turn off the unit in mid-draw(recommended), I hold the hopper with the button in my palm with fingers toward the mouthpiece. This way I can turn it off one-handed in mid-draw.

Anxious to see how the industry changes when we're past the failed units and this sets a new standard. I predict an exciting near-future for the vaporizer industry.

Just reached out to Trevor to purchase a second unit.

See, I have a feeling it will be the next company that puts out their version of the GH that will be the more quality unit. I know some company is perfecting this thing now, they've just been quiet about it. Sorta hope so, might get one quicker than from Grasshopper

I have had my GH's for about 6 weeks now, and they have been my only tool for vaping since.
At times it took parts from multiple units to have one working, but my replacement SS unit has been running strong for about a month. I have had, and continue to have some problems with my dark gray Ti unit. It shuts down prematurely on occasion with the replacement backend, runs fine with the SS though. I need to request another replacement for the replacement.
It's a shame, the matte finish of the color units feels better in the hand. But the SS units rocks on!
Love it though, use it everywhere with little concern. I've carried it to several concerts with no trouble, been my "go to."

I remember that as well, plus I've noticed a few small black stain on mine at some point, which I've cleaned.
Could this gunk or black marks be coming from the infamous back end switch?
Is there some kind of wear/friction happening with the plunger from having to turn it on/off multiple times?
I don't own one yet but having to cycle that switch so many times makes me wonder.

To the GH owners that are making it their regular vape: what vape(s) you are no longer using?

Any evo or sublimator owners shelving their desktop for a GH?

I think there is a company that's making the GH better. I see alot of people needing replacements, the back ends overheating, mouthpiece overheats, units quit working, etc. Some vape companies love to basically take a vape and slap their name on it but I have a good feeling another company is gonna put out their version of the GH very soon that is improved and works perfectly. I also bet you could get this version of a GH faster from this unnamed company than you can get one from the actual company that makes the GH (which right now I'd say you got less than 50/50 on yours actually working with no problems according to what I've read everywhere about this vape).

I also see the actual GH company folding if they have to keep sending out 2-3 replacements to people and GH pays for return shipping. If they try to do this for every GH that breaks, in 3-4 years they will be even more broke than they are now (I'm pretty sure they aren't running a profit yet). Even if they do this just for the backers, this company is just pouring their money in a cup with no bottom that leads right out the window.

These are some incredibly bold assumptions. I've seen Ecig stuff rebranded, but have only seen attempts at recreating a vape from the floor up and they are usually garbage.

Still not clear from your post, is this because a little birdy told you so? Or are you actually privy to some secret info? If the former, consider that your conjecture itself could cause people to cancel orders, helping to self-fulfill your prophecy of doom.
Seems clear to me that he is only guessing that is the case especially when stated using the words "I think".
I think he is wrong.

Just a feeling. I wasn't trying to make people think I know something others don't by any means. If people cancel orders, that's the fault of GH not being able to actually run a company (meaning it's their own fault).
