Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud EVO

I've been thinking about getting a desktop vape to take the strain off my Mighty and I think I'd like an Evo..

I still have a little saving to do, but can anyone tell me if Vapefiend is still the best place for someone in the UK to purchase from please?
Has anyone seen any sales for UK customers?
I keep seeing offers for people in the states, but haven't seen any equivalent deals in UK or Europe.

I still haven't decided which Hydratube to go for either. :science:
I don't have access to concentrates, so it'll be flowers only for me.
Came here to ask this . Only reason why I would prefer to get it from Vapefiend is because they can fix the bamboo if it does break in house for £50.

Could someone tell me how this compares to the Lotus ? In terms of vapor production and efficiency; By efficiency I mean could I get away with putting in a 0.05g's in the ELB for a hit or two. I usually don't use more then 0.1 g's per session during the day and 0.15 g's at night per session that is.

Never realised Vapefiend offered this service.

Thank you for posting

Exactly in the same situation as Pyr0 only don't have to save money for this.

@stickstones can you sort out some decent deal in the UK for me too?

Final release of Evolver Hydratree. Just got an email today.
Question for those who may know... How does the Hydratree compare to other HT's?

I have a Swagger Double... would it basically be like only having water in the tree perc? Looks like the Double has a 10 arm tree where the Hydratree says it has 8. How would that affect it?

It's better, imo. The ELBs (herb chambers) don't hold nearly so much so instead of taking a few rips then saving the rest of the partially vaped herb for later you get to take a few really nice, flavorful rips off of a single ELB containing .15g or less and extracting everything in that session.

I agree with @KimDracula that the more enjoyable (tastier) sessions will be smaller ones to completion. However, you can load what you want and take a hit and pull the elb out and not suffer any loss. If you left the elb in while it cools down you will lose some actives.

If you are in north america, shoot me a private message.

Alright, here's a question for the knowledgeable - is it good or bad to turn off the Vapexhale for short durations?

Let's say I'm sitting at my desk and vaping bowls on and off over the course of the few hours (couple bowls an hour). Would it be better to leave my Evo on the whole time in this circumstance? Or would it be better to turn the Evo off and on in between each bowl? I'm just not sure if it's more "wear and tear" by having the unit repeatedly cool down and heat up in a short period of time VS just leaving it on.

I would say leave it on. There is a warm-up period to fully heat-soak the unit that goes beyond the light turning green, so I like to leave it fully heat soaked and ready for the next load whenever I am. :2c:

:bang:Turned the Evo on a about 45mins ago. Just took my first elb hit and after exhaling and enjoying the effects I noticed the the green light flickered to red and back rapidly. After watching it for a few minutes it has stopped. Anybody have a explanation or reasoning as to why this happened.
Picked up some GDP and am at the girlfriends. Turns out I left the vxn in my car 40 miles away.

Shout out to Vapexhale, as well as @stickstones for the deal.

Got my new EVO today (my second one) and I got the hydrabomb with it. Rips just how I remember it did and the hydrabomb is a smooth, sweet piece. No drag, thick hits. Perfect amount of diffusion for my style.

I broke my 2.5 month t-break just to take one hit. Then just watch friends try out the Hydratube. But that one hit sufficiently floored me.

Vapexhale also seems to have thrown in a hydrafoot for free too.

Kick ass as always, Vapexhale!

I tried .05 last night (I ordinarily use ~.15g) with decent but not top shelf material, and out of my Mobius Ion I got 2 medium hits. The EVO is exceptionally efficient; it will fully extract your herb. How far .05g will go of course also highly depends on the quality of your flowers and your particular style.

I don't see how it's possible to get a half-gram into an ELB. If you want to fill the ELB and then re-use un-vaped (or more precisely, partially vaped) herb later, nothing to prevent that. However, the potency will diminish.

I use my EVO similarly in the evening, vaping 2 or 3 ELB's over the course of ~4 hours. IME it's much more convenient to leave the unit on the entire time - that requires togging the switch hourly (or connecting the EVO to an automatic on/off switch unit, like many here have). Also probably easier on the unit than repeated full cool down/heat up cycles.

Final release of Evolver Hydratree. Just got an email today.

http://www.vapexhale.com/collections/hydratubes/products/evolver-hydratree

Why o why do they do this to my wallet... Been looking for something with less diffusion/more flavour (or am I just trying to justify GAS)

fwiw, IIRC early in the first Cloud thread there is a video with Evolver demonstrating how rugged this tree is. There are also some reviews/comparisons, although not against the current HT's which weren't avail at that time. Some folks don't trust trees because of potential vulnerability at the arm joints. Not an issue with this piece. The glass is clearly heavy. If you like the tree style, this one does it well. As far as less diffusion . . . I don't think so, what with 8 slitted arms. I'd expect this piece to have a fair degree of action, although the flow should be quite good.

Can someone point me in the right direction for deep cleaning instructions on elbs. Still playing catch up on this thread and I have got to the point in all gunked up and brushing after every use is no longer cutting it. Iso soak? But the best way to dry?

Namaste

Iso soak and air dry for a few minutes. They clean up very easily. I've been throwing them (I have six) into a jar of 91% after they all get used three or four times, let them soak for a half hour or so and rinse with hot water. If you're in a hurry to dry them you could use a hairdryer or hell, just blow on 'em.
