Fuck that Carol. My back has been stiff as a plank all week and I can't see my chiro until next Friday. About 6 weeks ago I waited an hour past my scheduled time and just left. Worst of all I didn't get my treatment. Fuck people who think their time is more important than that of others. Fuck lateness in general too and how could I forget back pain? Fuck you back pain.

About two months ago, my left pointer finger started locking up curled and for the past month my right pinkie is doing it too. Have to pry them open with the other hand.

Fingers are minor compared with spines, feet, etc. Still it's weird to have joints that feel like rubber bands snap when they move.

Fuck all the distraction that comes with all types of pain and discomfort. C'mon pain centers, tell me something else I don't know already. I heard you the first time. Now fuck off already.
I've experienced Sciatic nerve pain twice in my life. That level of pain is incomprehensible. Why does I need to feel like someone poured kerosene on my leg and lit it with a blow torch?
It had it's own schedule when it would flair up. Nothing I can do externally makes any difference. Just keep taking meds and pound the floor with my fist when I have a flare up. What in nature said that this type of pain is necessary information for me to experience? So glad that episode is behind me.

Yea, if YOU show up to a doctors late, they make you pay. But, I do try to schedule early in the day and/or be on call if someone misses their appointment to avoid being in the mid afternoon pile-up of patients. If that tip might help anybody else here.

I have one trigger finger that locks. When I move it back into place the pain is tremendous for an instant.
I usually have to cry out when moving it back. I scream and then yell to my wife, it's ok, just my trigger finger lol

fuck two faced inlaws. thanks for ruining my day, making me look like an ass all while being responsible for the issue and walking away like you overted some crisis.

@MinnBobb Can you still do Trigger Finger Exercises? I have a less painful version of your condition and started doing exercises and that helped me considerably. I bought a different mouse for my PC that didn't exacerbate my condition. Generally, I try to exercise the muscles around all my fingers when I think of it. So they are more flexible and do more of the work.

Back pain? I do a lot of lifting and carrying in my job. And I have to remind myself to do things like bend at the knees when picking stuff up instead of bending over and putting strain on my back. Slip resistant shoes means all the difference. I don't feel back strain at the end of my day. Rethinking how my body functions in a normal day, Good shoes and posture have helped me tremendously.

I don't want to have to visit a chiropractor ever. Sorry for those who are caught up in that. And frankly few doctors will dispense the information I seek. They seem too busy with the amount of patients and their schedule for that. Some types of back pain can be traced back to things like stress and posture and being overweight. Yes age is a factor. No Doubt. But there are methods and alternatives that I've witnessed with others. One friend of mine has been successful with Chinese medicine as an example. Completely different mindset.

Fuck the disconnect between patient and doctor. Fuck the tunnel vision many Doctors have about medicine. Fuck the single mindset that many doctors practice. Fuck me I need to stretch out.

Shout out to all those who have to deal with regular pain. While I came to FC to learn about vapes and share some QT with fellow recreational mj lovers, I've gotten some good balanced life perspective from realizing it's not all about recreation. Yin yang stuff. You've taught me some good things through your sharing. Interestingly, I've come also to recognize in the process that my own usage is probably more medicinal than I'm aware.

And just to fuck something, fuck combustion yet again. Because mj wasn't my thing for years and years because of it.

Fuck my stupid RX meds for making me into a vampire. I was in direct sunlight for 20 minutes, and burned like you would not believe.

FUCK whoever slashed my tire last night. Woke up to go to an appointment this morning and have a flat, automatically assume it's due to my careless driving and change it and go about my day. As I'm microwaving some mac n' cheese earlier I had a thought slap me across the face that the puncture was awfully straight. Was in such a rush I didn't even look closely when I changed it. Went back outside and it's a straight slice from rim to tread. I hardly even know anyone around here and the people I do know don't have a problem with me as far as I know. Could've been a random hiker I guess but I dunno.

Fuck You!!!! To the a-hole who came 2 inches from hitting my car today.

This guy with a box truck was backing into a parking spot (too small of a spot) and almost hit me today. I had to lay on the horn. When I got out I told him that he almost hit me. He said he could see from his mirror he had plenty room and was arguing with me, I just walked away shaking my head.

I normally don't approach people but he was an employee where I work, I didn't know him though. He didn't want to admit that he couldn't drive worth a shit.

This one normally goes for $350! I can't even vape the thing and it definitely doesn't go with my eyes!
