WOW !!!! How inconsiderate is that, shame on them. To treat your own stuff like that and then expect someone else to be able to use it. Shame shame shame on them. When ever I finally get my RMA# and send mine back you will think it's brand new lol. I want the person that will get mine to be able to use it with no troubles. I would have been sick too to see that come in like that.

Well folks, your boy ScottG is messin' up and owes a number of you an apology. Let me explain.....

When we first released the V3 I indicated that all you needed to do was make sure the fee was paid and to submit the RMA request form and we would get back with you with an RMA #.

Well I missed one important step. You need to email sales@hazevaporizers.com and ASK for the RMA. I thought the system picked it up and filed them in the order they were received. I know I let a lot of people down and I feel really bad about it.

Now by this time I think we have gotten the most of you but if not please shoot us an email. I'm sorry folks, I screwed up and I will be more clear on the process in the future before I communicate on the board.

Please accept my apologies.

I own a green 2.5 and a black that was sent back for warranty, hairline crack in the bowl section. I received my v3 little over a week now. The upgrades are worth it. Heats up quicker, burn is more consistent.. more vapors than 2.5 ever did. SS lids are more efficient. Its all there! Get the V3 if you are looking or undecided. If you are upgrading, Haze was able to improve on an almost perfect design. Extremely satisfied customer. Customer service, communication is top notch!

So I have to send my Haze in for repair/replacement and was wondering what is the best carrier to ship it. Usps good or should i use fedex or UPS? What do yu guys think?

I sent mine from Nc to Atlanta via usps. Package was in Atlanta the next day. From there it went to Pennsylvania stayed a few days, then finally reached its destination a week later.

Pete you don't have to wait 6-8 hours. Just wait until they are full and you are ready to go. I anticiapate you will be using that baby in less than two hours! Thanks for choosing the Haze! We hope you enjoy it!

Thanks! Just in time to chase the 4:20 hour away.

I was inspired by @Vape Dr. 's set-up for water tool mouth piece. Nice clouds on 3 even more so 4. Both chambers were used with the convection screens.

With-out the water I'd vape at 2-3 just for throat hit tolerance.

Thanks for the quick response. What I meant to say was that the mouthpiece channel is loose, the piece that rotates with the switch wiggles when I move the extended mouthpiece. It doesn't affect anything and is more aesthetic, but for curiosity sake...
I need to look at mine to understand what you are talking about. However it will have to wait until tomorrow cuz its lights out for this guy. Goodnight folks....
