Discontinued Haze Dual V3

Just received my stealth black unit. Just doing a quick run with it and it works better than ever. It seems to be working quite smoothly and producing better clouds than my V2 ever did consistently, I have just been trying to use the new dry cans. The new glass straw seems a bit more fragile to feel than last time, but that may be due to it being thinner now. Overall the unit feels better in hand in terms of material build quality.

It will be interesting to see how the unit holds up after a few uses and the airway gets a little dirty.

Its also too bad they didnt make the black glass mouth piece the one that comes with this unit. Definitely would be about that in the future.

Overall it seems the unit is better than the predecessor in every category that was widely discussed in the previous posts.

I've misplaced my charger cord, anyone know of an aftermarket replacement that'll fit? I'd hate to go back to combusting while waiting for a replacement to get here...

If you have a laptop charger, usually the cord breaks away from the inverter box thingy. And the cord that goes from the wall to the box thingy should work too, until you take paks advise to buy one.

When using the Haze and bud......what is an easy way of knowing it has burned completely?
Usually my remains are light brown and crumbly. I notice That sometimes some of the remains are partially dark brown. Does the dark brown mean there is still oil inside?

You're still good @Nazz1. A good way to know if you've combusted is taste of smoke. Light brown could use a few more draws depending on your preference. You could stop there if you wanted to. A dark brown avb is totally normal too and it's where I usually stop. There's not much else left after that point.

Just wanted to say I am loving the new silicone lids on the v3. Sturdier and thicker than the v2.5. I prefer the silicone over the SS lid for everything. Awesome

@Shrike I'm checking on yours. Black is about gone. We are reserving a small amount for retail orders. This is our most popular color (your welcome boss! :)) and we want to save a small amount for new customers. And frankly folks I need some to sell to my customers too! Lol

I don't have an exact date on when black will be back but I will keep everyone posted. I know there are a few of you loyal FC Haze Family members that still are hoping for black now. If that's you shoot me a PM. No promises but I'll try my best.

Green is supposed to be in by the end of the week contingent on zero delays.

@TNT_error thanks for taking care of @Nazz1. You beat me to it!

@scottg402 , continuing updates much appreciated. I've only been on the PIF list for 2 weeks so i'm patiently CHAMPING AT THE BIT! :D

For anyone with an older/slower Haze, an egg timer is tiding me over for now fwiw. With my maybe a bit slow-but-reliable-and-loved v2.5, it's zero to clouds in 4 minutes on setting 4. I've read and believe that is not typical so the 3 is lookin' pretty good.

Vape Dr.'s reviews and input from all much appreciated! I counted just over 35 seconds from zero to making clouds in Vape Dr.'s vid. That'll be a treat!

It's right near time for some Hazing with 'trates this spectacular evening. I'll try to hold it to very darned happy. :freak: Finishing a can of MkU tonight.

I've never owned a Haze before, but I'm waiting on a V3. It occurred to me that I can't see the air path from the heating chambers on the side to the mouthpiece opening at the top. How do you clean the insides? They must be pretty inaccessible. I imagine they'll get scummed up over time.

Just dip a q-tip In ISO and rub it along the mouthpiece channel walls. It's quick!

Yea its still working great, still feels a bit stronger I guess because of the new heat sensor. After trying all the screen options its hard to pick. I love how it doesnt get dirty with the new cans, but also tend to feel the screens are slightly more efficient (at least in my mind). After its sixth bowl the mouthpiece still comes out easily and is working well.

With my Ed's Wong I attached a small size silicone tube to the end that fit snugly and attached the other end to the new mp and it fit perfectly.

It was great to run it through some water.

My only qualms with the device remain that I think there could have been some overhauls in design, primarily the top switch. It still messes with the overall form factor when you slide the bowl selector. I personally think some type of pull back cover for the mp combined with an analog switch for bowl selection and another for heat selection would be better. But, that's just being nit picky. Overall, if you liked the V2.5 you will love the V3
