Looks interesting!! Can't wait to hear some feedback.

How is the Beta?? I was looking at the Thor and ran across the Beta. I didn't purchase as the Thor didn't have good reviews and couldn't find anything on the Beta.

The thor sucks cause once the battery die, power output die. With the beta you get a more constant power output due to the box mod chip regulating the power. We are in the mids of redoing the enail side and make more coil options.

Sweet I would love a portable enail set up that actually works!!

Ok I tried it out... btw the Boom had question if it worked on Kanger Subox 50W mod,, he said it wouldn't on his,, but it worked fine on my Kanger Subox

First off it's big but not too big.. It looks and feel like quality. Come with a heat sink on the bottom to protect your mod . It comes with 3 bowls / heat coils and an extra glass which is very nice..

Now performance.

I loaded the bowl with about .2 g and set my mod to 30 watts - I could get flavor but I didn't see any vapor..

at 35w I got more flavor but still no vapor.. I hit it like this for a while and it tasted great but still no vapor I could see..

I examined the abv and it still looked too green for me so I put it back in

So I turned it up to 40W now a little vapor, and better flavor.. I kept hitting that bowl till it was done.. the abv was still kinda green..

The second bowl I turned it up to 50 watts... BOOM there it is! Vapor and flavor!!! it was great.. It was hitting like a champ..

I examined the abv it was good like I'd expect...

But then when I went to load a third bowl the coil / bowl had burned out I guess... No heat and the mod said check attomizer... So I guess I burnt it out at 50 w... Damn I was pissed..

So, I wanted to try a second attomizer,, I turn ther mod back to 35w... the second atty didn't work at all right out of the box.

The third attomizer did work but only for half a bowl at 30 w then it stopped working...

That's my story.. It was hitting great at 50 w but maybe that was too much for it... For a sec it was a game changer!! Instant on vapor... so nice!!!

ps- Thanks so much for the Mod

The "on-demand" vapor seems nice but they need to work on reliability!

I'm international, that's why I still don't get mine.

Thanks for the review! I dont know why it work on your kbox but I am glad that it did work on wattage mode. the reason why I was shying away from kanger boxes is because they have too many protection on their chip and was worry that this will affect how this will limit how it will "engage" the heating element. In addition to each box mod (chip design) is design differently on how power is deliver to the heating element (I watch too many pbusardo youtube channel and his diagrams -_-)

a couple of quick question:
did you have air flow on? was the baking chamber all the way down? what was your settings?

When I have my shipment of replacement heating elements in I will send you some more to test out, Want to have you try it in voltage mode. The problems you are facing with the heating elements should not be happening and it worrys me because we are wielding each element to their leads to prevent lost of connection, random micro "shorts" from happening as the heating element heats up and cools down...basically to make it last longer.

The heating element does burn out faster as you crank up the power more (to make it more instant vaping compare to others that takes 20-60 sec to heat up); To compensate for this we are aiming to have the replacement heating element 5pcs pack be msrp at 10-15 dollars. At the recommended settings of 4.7 volts it should last 4-5 days per heating element ( 4.3 volts 8-9 days ; 4.0 volts 14-15 days).

Hopefully with the second batch of heating element and using the cloupor box mod i provided you will have a better experience. Thanks buddy!

All my testing was done on the Cloupor you provided, which is very nice thanks again. I did have the air flow hole open. I guess the baking chamber was screwed all the way on, so is that all the way down? Mine didn't have instruction on adjusting it. Is they a way to adjust? I don't have it in front of me this moment.

I take me ruining that first coil as me being stupid. I was getting medicated and good flavor at 35 w I just tend to be hard on things and turned it up.

I need more practice, using it at proper wattage.

Hmm, Yea the instructions needs to be made and I am using all inputs from all you guys to make sure that it will be as consumer friendly as it can.

When you have the new set of heating element dont open up air flow until like 2-3 puffs in. By limiting airflow in, you give the herb time to heat up faster to temp from the air. I usually open up air flow after 2-3 puff in because the vapor was getting more cloudy and the open air flow help cool down the internal temp of the herb (does that make sense?).

Either way, It was a good initial run but will be better when I send you more to play with

**by the way to change wattage --> volts --> temp control on the cloupor, (hold and press the down button**

I have a suggestion as far as instructions.. I read them, but I'm rare. I quickly scanned the Cloupors instructions after I got it.

But when I heard you were sending a Cloupor I went and found video of people using it and quickly learned its in and outs.

A link and or maybe QR code to a video of instruction and usage tips might be innovative and better than writing them out..

....the Cloupor is coming without batteries, can I use 2x18650 (2600mah or 3200) Haze batteries?
I ask that cause my others batteries are different mah or different brands, is it an issue to use a 2200+2600 or a HGB+ Great power (storm battery)...?

I don't want to make a mistake and I can order some batteries if it's necessary.

Don't use 2 different mah batteries.. The haze batteries should be good if they are paired together already. I would recomend 25a or better.

If you are a tester and haven't receive your unit yet, please PM me. Need to double check tracking and claim insurance if it is lost so I can send out another one.

If you are a tester and already burnt out the coils by playing with it, I am getting more replacement heating elements in by Wednesday and will send it out if you PM me(or I assume everything went well and the heating element is still lasting).

After testing over the weekend i am happy to say i was able to get Esv like results with this. I did fry all the coil's in the process but did do some rather extensive testing. I find it work's best half packed with a fine screen on top with a 1 to 2 second wait and a soft draw around 4.40 volts. I did get combustion at higher voltage by drawing too slow, So be careful on that and have iso ready to clean glass and vapor path just incase.

I totally agree, At higher voltage or when its already heated an open air flow will prevent it from com busting.

glad you were able to use it without frying all the coils. I am having a second batch of heating elements coming in so almost all tester will get another mail just to make sure the replacement heating elements will work well like what came in the box.

I've also had a few days to test the boom out, and so far in really liking it. I've also combusted a few times going at higher voltage, but am getting the hang of it now. I was originally hitting it with open airflow and just turning up the voltage to get a higher temp. but after closing the airflow, turning the wattage down to about 35, and just letting my inhale do the minor adjustments I'm getting solid results.

In order to get a more even abv like vapor loop I'm also finding a 50%-75% full bowl will get an even abv without the need for stirring.

I'm still working on the technique to get the higher temp hits down without stirring, but this tank has a lot of potential.

My main issues has been burning out the heaters. My first heater lasted half a bowl but it was my fault for turning the wattage up to about 45 with the airflow open. My second heater lasted a day and a half at 35w and just burned out as I was typing this. On my last heater now so I'll report back when it burns out

The taste was very surprising as well for me, much cleaner then I had expected. I would say the flavor is better then my esv, and I haven't felt the need to pull it out since I've been hitting the boom tank. It has a larger bowl and since I always have an ecig in my pocket it's super convenient.

I'll report back with some more info soon.

Also huge thanks to @Boom for the free mod, my IPv4 just died so it's really coming in handy

I'm not sure if every tester got the message but please note...you all get another batch of replacement heating element to test out (basically I want to test the quality of the replacement that doesn't come in the packaging)

PM me so I don't forget!

The ESV comparison about taste gave me high expectations, still not received mine ....maybe today!

So this new replacements attys are not the same and could live longer?...great news!

I was really surprised on the flavor of this atty, and it's pretty high up there where taste is concern. I'm still getting wispy to no vapor though. Just gotta practice. There's a learning curve which, to me, is a combo of using an mflb and FF. Very promising atty nonetheless

I was as well on the flavor. I guess my W4 tank was just a miss that thing was :shit: tasting for some odd reason, It was %0 the Nero tech foil tho i can now say that with confidence, And will probably give the Nero coils a go on the Source orb in the future.

Liking all the responses I am getting so far. Thanks guys,

Now the hard part.
What would you want to change on this tank. I can have updates made to the tank done really fast. A couple of my concern is:

1)if there is a learning curve, how can I make the curve as easy as possible? Should I make a shit load of youtubes with different settings etc.
2)what improvement would you like to see. Vapor Loop mention that making the top screen smaller so it actually push the flower down, besides this is there anything else?

One thing I would like to see tried if you haven't already, is open up the bottom of the bowl that sits on the heater. With the small opening all of that heat goes right through the small amount of herb sitting on that screen and is a definite hot spot.

Now if that's not an easy thing to change I would at least make it so the whole bottom of the bowl is level. Add a new screen to the floor of the bowl that stops bud from being able to go to the bottom screen above the Nero.

I am getting some charring on the bus that fills that hole when I'm trying to take higher temp hits.

I hope this makes sense, I'm pretty vaked atm

Edit- as far as the learning curve I think making the herb all the same distance from the heater will help with the curve, coming from the esv, hotspots can be quite an inconvience and a challenge to get even abv without constant stirring.

I would also tighten up the threads from the heater to the "bowl". They are pretty loose so when you want to adjust the bowl higher I get worried that it will rattle completely off. This really isn't a big deal just thought I'd throw it out.

One final thing is that you should attach the spring that holds the top screen in more securely to the mouthpiece. My wife kicked it off our bed onto the carpet a couple feet and the spring disconnected. Also not a big deal I just need to put it in the bowl every time now.

Just a few more thoughts for you @Boom
