Ok, I got two concerns. These may already have been addressed but here goes........

One.......being that it's recommended not to clean with ISO, how do we clean these?
Two.......It would be nice if the metal cap fitted just a wee bit tighter so it wouldn't accidentally come apart in transportation when filled.

And what I didn't like about the PD was the internal charring that went on.

(God, I feel soooooo much better now. I thought I lost myself for a moment there.)

ISO is a fine cleaning fluid and will not harm any of the components. The only reason I put it in the instructions as not recommended is for the one person that cleans their unit then uses their lighter to dry it off if you know what I mean.

The cap fitment can be adjusted by squeezing the cap a bit to oblong it just a tad. The cap is a pretty resilient unit despite how light it feels. I think you may be surprised how much pressure it takes to oblong it a bit, and If you over do it, it can be squeezed back the other way.

I hope this helps.

I suggest then to clearly state how to clean it, i.e, ISO wash to be followed by hot water rinse (VERY important) to be followed with a thorough air dry (no lighter) before use.

Stating emphatically NOT to use ISO as you did in the instructions could cause some gumming up of the internal screen which could then pose further problems down the line.

I totally understand your concern, but I think telling everyone not to use ISO at all because of that one idiot who would spontaneously self-combust out of ignorance is a bit over the top. A warning note, in red or caps if needed, within the cleaning instructions should suffice.

I have been cleaning with ISO despite instructions. It is a non issue, i think George was just playing it safe with high proof alcohol and open flame. Feel free to soak away just make sure it is dried first.

I have never personally had issues with the cap wanting to fall off. Comes appart in transportation? Isn't that what the case is for? I personally don't see how this is a concern if in case

Edit. I see you already found the answer to the ISO question

Does it still look like the picture George showed us before or has it changed since? Man I just can't wait for my OG VC and a Ti VC then probably a color VC if I have some extra cash even though I don't NEED it but because I love George and everything he is doing and done, I might as well. Plus, it's cheap and I can have a VC for each look haha like carry the full Ti when looking professional and buisness-like then carry the color whenever I break out the tie-dye. Oh man I can't wait for this thing. It may actually replace all my other vapes since I hate constantly charging them and all of them require so many accessories. This would actually be a great travel vape! I forgot my mflb's battery charger on a trip once and was so sad when I discovered that the batteries were dead and the charger was at home. With the VC, anyone could pick up a lighter anywhere for like 2 bucks and it wouldn't be a waste since they disappear or stop working eventually so an extra is handy. How well does the actual cap that goes over the chamber/bowl/oven stay on the VC? If it were placed quickly into a pocket or something without being put in the case is it loose enough to fall off if it's rubbed the wrong way or will it stay put until you want it to not? Did I mention I'm excited for this thing? Oh and have the orders that have shipped gotten a confirmation email or something before it got to their place or did it show up as a surprise in the mail? I'm pretty sure this thing will travel with me as much as my phone does.

The all Ti still looks the same as that photo I'm pretty sure. I got to see how it comes apart and the insides which all come together in a durable nearly unbreakable unit.

I would use the included container to carry the basic around. It's smell proof and protects the vape too. It also doubles as a cleaning unit, just fill it full of your cleaner and the unit and shake away. My cap is snug enough not to slip off accidentally.

A pipe cleaner or Q-tip does a good job getting the stubborn bits.

I agree with you about this being an ideal portable vape, given the points you mentioned, and also that you don't need a grinder and the extraction is so complete one doesn't feel like they must save the leftovers.

Thank you so much! Is ISO good for cleaning the VC? I just found out that my VC is at my house waiting for me! I was a regular backer so I assume all of the 'I want it now' orders have been shipped and George has moved to the regular backers! Once I get a successful session with it, I will do my best to answer all questions others may have! No video or pictures for privacy purposes but any questions I find the answer for as I learn how to use this little guy I will be happy to answer!

I got my vapcap on Saturday and immediately put it to work. This little baby can put out some tasty vapor!! I have found if you heat more towards the front of the cap that it clicks quicker which gives you tastier vapor or if you heat more towards the clip you can get bigger clouds but have to be carful not to combust!

I mainly vape through water and I am happy to say the nearly universal adapter from @Ratchett works great with the vapcap!!

I find by kind of running my finger over the carb hole lightly I'm able to get it to milk up no problem.

Edit: Is it time to move the vapcap out of the unreleased area yet?

How do you heat it up when using the bubbler? Do you heat it up while holding it, then place it on the bubbler? Is it possible to heat it while it's sitting on the bubbler?

I heat it up like normal and place in the bubbler. I haven't tried leaving it in the bubbler but I think it would be hard to heat it evenly. I remove the mouth piece and put on the adapter before heating.

Hahaha, glad to hear my NuSonG's are living up to their name! Which size are you using? The original Small NuSonG or my newer "NuSonG Medium" size?

Well I got to try the VapCap out a little bit last night... I must say, I really do like this little vape! It works quite well and is really easy to use.

I have one question for anyone with a VapCap: can you use your unit without covering the carb hole and still get vapor? @IAmKrazy2, in your video I believe you take a draw hands-free at least once, so I assume this is possible? The reason I ask is because I found that I could not produce any vapor without covering the carb while taking a draw. Big hits definitely easy to get with the hole covered (though the draw was extremely restricted), but it definitely wasn't working when I tried just holding in my mouth and draw hands-free... Does anybody have any ideas why this would be? Thanks in advance :)

That is not a drug, it’s a plant.....
@VapCap the all TI VapCap looks really good man...but it will have to be my 3d VC. I think I want the rainbow to be my second. If we can still add to our existing orders before they ship, how much money would I need to add to get a rainbow VC since they aren't on site? I'll even take the one in the picture.

The size of the hole may be different on the newest models but if you give maybe one to two extra seconds of heat depending on heat source you do not need to cover the carb at all IMO.

UPDATE ON GETTING MY VAPCAP

I opened my bright green package and discovered George surprised me with a review unit! Only thing is my VC was broken along the carb hole in the special case when it came. I have already messaged George about it sending him a picture and everything. Not gonna lie, I was kinda bummed but these things happened and based on my playing with the glass right now to test how strong the glass is, the rest of the glass feels strong so I assume it broke sure to severe mishandling as it was on its way to me. It was only the outer glass tube that broke. The inner tube is still perfectly fine! The VC is gorgeous and now I'm more than confident I will buy a Ti unit once they are available!

I'd love to add the rainbow too. If George is around: please let us know when the store will be open again.
Thanks

someone already made the astute observation that the all Ti model looks like a whistle, @VapCap:
George, any way to incorporate a lanyard or hole on the all Ti model? would love to hang this by a chain or leather thong around my neck for ultimate stealth carrying.... if not i will be prepared to suffer with the
Ti/wood model

I'm not sure, but I have a feeling it won't be sturdy enough for that purpose, since it is meant to come apart with a removable mouthpiece, body, titanium bowl, and cap, not to mention the possible glass or titanium inner oil tube.

yeah i knew it wouldn't be easy and george probably would have done it already if it was do-able but just figured i'd throw it out there.... how friggin' sweet would this thing be, an all Ti model hanging around one's neck hiding in plain sight.

It may not be able to hang around your neck, but it seems that the all Ti version might be the closest anyone has gotten to building an indestructible vaporizer, especially if the oil tube is also titanium. I hope George can get it to work well.

Maybe one day someone will make a Swiss Army Knife quality vape that is idestructible, can hang around your neck, and slip into an army knife compartment for safe keeping.:brow:
