Got mine today too. Sadly I ran out of material yesterday lol. But I did a couple dry runs to get used to hearing the click. I did notice a couple times it seemed to click twice when heating up, but I'm guessing that's just cause there nothing in there lol.

Mine double clicks as well, with material in it. The first bowl I went for the second, more audible click. This seemed to roast it too much. I also think I was holding the cap too deep in the flame and I scorched the load. The second time around I held the cap less into the flame and stopped at the first softer click and got flavorful vapor. Not huge clouds but tasty and effective vapor. It very lightly browned the load. More to come........

Stu. You just blew my mind.

MadCap79 welcome to the club can't wait for your thoughts. It will take maybe 3 or 4 loads to get dialed in and a lot less than that to get lifted.

Also, finally shot that video. Before and after shots of ground herb, unground material, and water/ice extract. My buddy is going to edit and and send my way.

@Madcap79

I know it is early but... thoughts?
Digging it so far. Pretty sure I combusted while driving. Couldn't feel the click. Music was too loud to hear it. Definitely does the job. I adjusted the flame down on the lighter just a bit (very easy to do btw) and hold it just out of the reach of the dark flame tips. This, so far, has worked well for me and the double click is almost instantaneous. I get fairly evenly golden to dark golden abv. I like how it packs and acts like a pinch hitter.

After only a few bowls, I like it quite well. I have a feeling that even with the click, users might be able to tweek flame size and distance to the flame to dial in the desired abv color/effect. :science:

More to come.....

Edit: To clarify on a couple points, when I said the double click was almost instantaneous, I meant between the two clicks. Time to the click was still quite quick. 4-5 seconds maybe. Also, I believe you can somewhat customize the performance. Not by how long before or after the click you leave the flame on but how the flame is applied to achieve the click. Hope this all makes sense. Haha. More to come.......

A litte video action. I did not edit myself. After watching it looks like i only used two heat cycles on the second two loads. I guess i couldn't count well at the time after shooting the Zion Powerhouse Beta video directly before this one. Hope you enjoy.

Thank you, looks very good
That bubble hash is it like normal hash
I'm from UK but get proper Lebanese pollom, check my avatar
Is this similar?
thanks

Yes. Very similiar product. Works excellent in the VC. "Bubble hash" is both a brand name (bubble bags), and named because of how it can bubble up when lit. It is also known as water hash, or ice extract.

Thanks for the video. The vape looks pretty easy to use, but I do hope that it's possible to get a more even extraction. By the looks of it from this video, it doesn't beat my vapman in even extraction. However, I heard earlier reviews that it was possible. I don't remember from whom.

Ha, as I was typing this post, my buddy called me up to tell me about a certain green package that showed up in his mailbox this morning! Thank you, @VapCap! I will likely be heading over to his place after I get off work tonight to try it out! :brow: :ko:

I will let you all know how it goes!

Keep on keepin' on! :peace:

I get pretty even extraction. I lightly pack the load and leave the grind fluffy or in whole bud form. I leave approx. 1/16-1/8 of an inch space from the end of the bowl. Golden brown ABV.

I wrote down these notes throughout my first day using the device

- taste is phenomenal, even better than the solo imo
- finer grind works better for me
- very even extraction as long as it's a finer grind
- I like to go like a second after the click
- I can get 2 or 3 pulls before it clicks and 3 sessions before its dark brown
- I like to play the flute with the carb, you can see it fill up and release
- I hope the mouthpiece is durable cause I've been chewing on it for the last 30 minutes without realizing

Oh and a side note, love that the card is plastic. So useful :)

Good stuff @Cjisohsocool
If you guys PM me this sort of input, I'd incorporate it into the user's guide. Much easier than culling thru the thread.
TIA

I got to speak with George in person more.

Couple things I came away with:

-no need to grind. It's something we are so used to with most vapes but after George said it's not necessary I tried it and yes I think it works better without grinding. Extraction is amazing really for not stirring and being unground.

-if you heat the cap closer to the end with the digger outer the click will take longer to occur (thus a higher temp). If you heat closer to the other end towards the top of the cap the click will happen sooner (thus a lower temp)

I was futzing around with the distance between the flame and cap before knowing this.

-the inlet air hole does indeed double as a carb. My first vapcap was an earlier prototype that had a smaller inlet hole. George switched that out for the revised larger inlet hole and now there's more carb function then I commented on before.

-if you stand in the light right you can watch the process happen inside the unit. Someone needs to catch a video of it. It is really cool, shows the thought that went into the design.

-oh and I saw the all Ti version!!!! It is awesome, a work of art.

-judge the vapcap on effects not necessarily clouds.
