I'm sure the official people will answer too, but I believe the shipping has to be the same as the billing. That and requiring a signature at the time of delivery are anti-fraud measures.

That's correct. We can only ship to the billing address used for payment. If you need it shipped to a different address, the easiest fix is usually to update your bank or credit card with your current address.

Ha, just went to go do that and saw an email saying it shipped today. Sorry for being *that* guy, my bad. I'm down most of my dual coils after I made a dumb mistake and I'm anxious to get more. The timing is actually perfect, it might get here Saturday when I'm home to sign for it.

My cards addresses is correct and doesn't need changing...that's not a sensible solution for any reason. Changing my financial information shouldn't be a requirement to order from you. The 'no separate shipping address'...in the year of our lord 2015...crazy IMO but you run your site as it works for you. Obviously you have a reason for this, but so many other sites don't have this restriction. I have to choose the path of least resistance. I hope you upgrade soon.
I add other addresses for shipping purposes all the time to my credit card. I spend Winters in warmer climes, so I just call up and add my current address, even though billing remains the same.

I hear you and hate this situation as well, but for now our credit card processing requires us to have billing and shipping as the same. This industry is not accepted like other industries, in fact we are a high risk industry. Hope you understand my hands are tide. :-(

haven't had to sign for delivery for ineedhemp atomizer coils, so I fail to see why this would be a legal requirement for oilvaporizer.
(My post office is only open for four hours in the morning and is a bit of a drive, making it quite inconvenient when I inevitably miss the postman while at work.)

@seaofgreens It's not a government mandated legal requirement; this policy is due to the credit card processor.

I do not operate Delta9vapes.com as I am not sure what their policies are but I do know of the owner not sure if that helps :-)
ineehemp also does not accept credit cards and is only using paypal, its not a legal requirement from the government hun it is from our Credit card processing company. It is called a high risk industry and in some high risk industries there are requirements. I suggest you ask Ineedhemp why they do not have credit card capabilities because it is a little difficult to get it for our industry.

@SamuraiSam Good to know that you can switch to UPS delivery. I didn't see that last time I ordered, so I will have to check that if/when next time.

I really do understand your pain and we hate it as well there is always a but and please take into consideration that paypal does not like vaporizer companies and they have the power to hold funds and really crippler a small company, we have to go through a lengthy process and its not fun. Their rates are too high as well, with our small margins we have to do what it takes to make sure no chargebacks happen and reduce our overhead. As for ups we currently do not have an account with them and wont be able to unless we start getting more sales to justify the monthly costs of them picking up orders.

Hello there. I want to clear it up and answer this best I can. Do you mean the wick that comes with the unimizer? or do you mean the spare 1's that are sold on our site? If it is the ones that come with the unit it is used to absorb your oils so its stored inside and on top of the ceramic disc instead of it leaking down into the bottom where it is lost for all eternity.
