You know I've been so busy with kids I just can't remember what everyone said would be a good small bubbler for me.

I need diffusion for my throat and would like it small. Was it the fc cake? How do you even look up an individual seller on dhgate? The Azier Air is so awesome and portable. I'm so glad I didn't get the knock off pinacle water tool. I wish I could find something that you don't have to turn the vaporizer upside down.

You guys are the best because everyone is so patient. So loved Colorado

Not really sure what the blemish is in the picture... is it the base? No these are not made to order. Steven is a chinese vendor mass producing these pieces. Steven isn't even the one packing these pieces, his company (or someone he knows) makes these pieces in bulk and then sends them to a distributor who packs and ships the orders from Dhgate. Yours is simply another one from the pile my friend.

If it's still functional and was undamaged in shipping, consider yourself lucky. You won't be getting any sort of refunds for a minor defect in the piece. Try sending an email and see what they say, you might get lucky and get a replacement

You can't see that the base is insanely crooked? So much so that it leans back and wobbles. This wouldn't be a problem if it was just any DHgate piece, however its the most expensive DHgate piece I've purchased and is at the same time the most poorly constructed. Steven charges more than anyone else because he has the reputation of his products being on point, at 80 dollars this should not be outshined by cheaper 30-40 dollar rigs.

As for being made to order that's just what I have read on here multiple times from multiple people, that his more expensive stuff typically takes a long time because it is made to order. Which is why I was shocked by 6 days delivery... seems like most people are waiting over 20+ days.

That looks terrible & the piece actually leans does it? Small faults are acceptable but no one would buy it if it looked like that in the photos. Send a few good pics & ask for replacement. Only open a dispute if they refuse. I've had good results with yingmin5 never bought from steven, I would like the straight fab, but only if it was straight. Good luck.

You should make a video of the destruction. Slo mo preferred.:nod: Get creative and have fun! Hammers work, but I read on the internet that explosives are the safest way to destroy glass on camera, so it's probably true. Your call of course.

It's been done many many many times before you so don't worry. I personally did it also. I think that has something to do with the shipping company. Maybe they refund them for broken packages. This is just my thought. Either way do it and you'll get a new piece.

Looking for suggestions.

Something like the D022 but without the second chamber.
I like the main perc and removable downstem, I like the size and shape of the can.
If possible, I would prefer a removable mouthpiece as well... less obvious when traveling.

@Hashsnob You could always just say in your next email that it fell over on its own and smashed, just like you thought it would. Even if they instruct you to smash it, I don't see you gaining anything from blatantly stating that you smashed it... Especially in dhgate's built in email service.

Well my fc-710 arrived from Steven in perfect condition, and only took 8 days from shipping to arrival at my door in the UK yest- awesome service !

Bad news: the 14mm female to female adaptor I ordered from another dhgate seller has not arrived yet, even though it shipped 4days before the fc-710. This is torture!!!

I've got a lotus, mflb, and enano all waiting to go thru this glass, and no way to pair them. Any suggestions guys? I was thinking of using my orbiter as a kind of adapter, but think the drag would be too much, and too much risk of breaking one or both of them...

I have however managed to hit the fc-710 a couple times with my Vaponic (which conveniently pairs to the 14mm male joint on top of the fc-710, and it seems to hit really well, I just can't wait to put a full enano load through this piece.... Aargh my postman better have a special package for me 2mo!!

Thanks again for helping me choose this piece- it's beautiful!! And smaller than I was expecting, which is a bonus!!

Oh yea, and as for the glass nail it shipped with, I've never done dabs properly, but have a small bit of homemade qwiso... All I need to do is heat the glass nail with a torch till it's really really hot, drop the nail in the joint, put the cover over the nail, then drop the dab on the nail while inhaling, right? Are these glass nails any good or not worth the hassle?

Someone earlier said they are fine, only thing is they break easily.
I never used mine still.
I think you are right saying to heat them separately from the water pipe, it's not titanium and so the heat could go to the glass piece more easily than using a Ti nail.

If you heat the nail separately, you run the risk of either 1) Dropping a HOT nail 2) Burning the crap out of yourself 3) starting a fire 4) the nail cooling too much and wasting your dab.
Don't be afraid. That glass was born in fire hotter than a typical dabbing torch is capable of. Heat the top of the nail ON the rig. Put a dab of reclaim on there to season it first. Or sacrifice a small dab to the gods for seasoning.
