Indeed @VegNVape that is mine,

@TheDudeNextDoor its ok but it really needs to be cut down size its ISO and has a big taper (posted a while back with pics), also interior diameter is a bit too wide, now that I've got a screen situated its ok but not perfect. I'm hoping to have it cut to US sizing at some point some day bc it is kinda nice when it can work...

Well crap. Missed that somehow. Thought maybe I had happened on a good thing.

Ha yeah, sorry Dude, those were my original thoughts as well. I did a couple posts about how I was able to use it with Ziggy if you wanna skim through a bit (or better yet search, I always referred to it as my "bent stem").

When it works it is really nice, but the iso sizing leaves airgaps so its far from perfect. Once it can be cut it should be great though (also once a Zion screen can be placed in, even better)

Great Scott!
How comes? Did your device performance change over time for some reason? Or it's just your tolerance swinging?

Sorry it's a little off topic but your remark made me curious.

Shitsnacks nailed it. I want pure air path even though the mighty seems safe. I want the ability to hit it when I want. The one hit per minute minimum with the mighty just rushes me. I really only like convection. The mighty has just enough conduction to have me wanting more conduction.

I don't like the price. That's the part I can never get past.

Ok ZION nation. As promised, I finally found an 18mm m/m adaptor that fits Loki. So here are the 2 variations on the whip/adaptor theme for attachment to WP. I dont have an extra hand to do video now but it's coming. Thanks to @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd for the Eyeball adaptors(remember these?). Also thanks to @Oregonglassblower for the clear adaptors. Working like a champ with my Eross 4point0 en4cer. All of these adaptors helped me begin my vaping journey. It is only fitting they help begin Zion's journey now!

Nice @DieHard!

Anyone try an EQ elbow right angle adapter to whip with Zion? Those are US 18mm right?

That they are, and I have a couple collecting dust that will definitely be used on the Zion for a test run. Just checked last week to be sure I have a clean piece of silicone for just this purpose, though I'll probably keep my runs as short as possible (4 - 6"). After a couple years with EQ as my daily driver I have a major dislike of silicone hoses, but have found short runs aren't too bad. They're easier to clean a few times and cheap to replace after that. Still figuring straight glass to glass will be the most common configuration here, too.

So here's an interesting observation:

Been using the Zion daily since I received it just over two months ago. Apparently, we have synced as I can suddenly tell when the batteries need charging now simply by how it is performing. Three times in a row now I have experienced a moment where I think, "Vapor is starting to thin out -- need to swap batts," so I pop the batts in my charger -- BAM! 3.5v, exactly the point at which I like to recharge. I'll be curious to see if this continues, but three times in a row is pretty solid. Who needs a voltage meter? It's all in the groove, man. Tune in, Zion on.

Official launch in just a month, but I am loving my BetaZionNextDoor more and more. And she is clearly crazy about me. Every time I pick her up, she gets turned on and next thing you know, we're both spent and sprawled on the floor in stupefied ecstasy. It's a beautiful thing, man.

I have gotten the same groove! Except I am just seeming to catch it around 3.6v. It's Zion-intuition.

Yeah like DieHard I also feel like I've noticed that, though I don't have voltage measurement so can't be sure, but I always count my bowls (and judge based on pack and hits) for battery position swapping too, it could be the 3.5v diode working too?
Don't remember about that exactly...

Mine apparently doesn't have the diode because I have drained the batteries to 2.3v several times. Concerned me at first, but it appears, in this case at least, draining that low does not have an immediate effect on the battery cells. Still, long-term, 3.5-3.7v is the best range to hit the charger, from my research anyway.

So my metaphysical Zen intermingling with the BetaZionNextDoor is legit, bra! lol ;)

Haha oh yeah I do recall that now, could never verify mine either way, I just feel as though I get a similar sense of vapor output thinning in mine with battery useage, but mine is unproven and illegitimate then! lol

@snamuh not until after production gets going, maple for now. Likely to see exotics with the stealth single battery unit sooner regardless, bc of the greater simplicity in its body design/size

Hi I'm curious about the shipping of the zion.If i order one now what special instructions am i supposed to give and i dont live in the us so how do i ship it to my country?

Hey @grassengineer :)

Smart move.

Just fill in the feedback form on RBT's site explaining where you are and that you'd like to get in on some of this good good Zion action, and our man will hit you back and let you know if he can help you out.

You could even drop him a pm right here on FC if you wish . . . in my experience RBT will oblige wherever and however he can

Now go on and do it!

Get yer Zion on!
