im mid march pre-order and should be in the ealier range of November from what I've been seeing... but im also still shooting for them being non-realistic but in a good way... not sure how much longer I can keep up this glass half full thing with this

Dec. 9 2013 backer of colored Ti, still says september.
But my second order on feb 12, 2015 for an SS, was pushed to october. as was my order for extra silicone mouthpiece.

I keep hearing all this shock that people's dates have been moved. If you read the update they sent int Aug this should be expected.

"Many of you will be moved back more than one month but our intention is to avoid a month-by-month change."

I'm also getting tired of all these moving dates but there is frankly no other product out there that can do what this one can and until there is I'll sit here waiting.

but all I can think of is how irrelevant the fact that "its the only product like it" if I'm never going to get it

Mark me down as disappointed. I checked my estimated ship date and pushed back to October(was originally April). I spoke to Caroline last month when they pushed to sept and received a generic answer. So I sent an email this morning when I noticed the change and received the exact same reply I received last month. I'm beginning to feel like they don't actually care enough to explain what the hell is going on to keep pushing orders back.

They are having a few hiccups with the early units and they still have slow production? We have been talking about that since they started shipping… No? What kind of explanation would you like? That's why they have such frequent updates. How could they send personalized mails to everyone inquiring info about their order? Not possible bro… :shrug:

When I called caroline out on the generic response she said she writes them all personalized. So she must have time and it is possible.

I realize folks want dates but the date doesnt really matter. They need to get the quality control under their belts first. The company was too much in a hurry to release this product. It needs to be thoroughly run through the paces by beta users first then start the release dates again.

There is still a high rate of faulty units yet on FC, but we hear from the problems more than the successes usually anyway. People are upset and they need to vent.

it's getting silly. why give a date at all, just to push it back, over and over and over again????
...because, like the little kids in a long family road trip saying over and over "Are We There Yet"?, the 'Hopper crew would be inundated with "When are you going to ship"?...over and over, ad infinitum...

A no win for them either way...

I ordered the first min I got the mail for pre-ordering And moved at October I hardly believe there are more than a handful pre-orders before mine.

I'm a little confused, to me that reads like you're saying she's personally writing out the exact same response each time.

She is. It like she has a script to answer email to customer inquiring about their order and ship date being pushed back again.. I am waiting on an email direct from Trevor now..

Two orders, April and May 2015 both pushed to November 2015. They way things are going I have no confidence this will stick.
with a May pre-order and Nov date idk what I will do if I dont get mine in November as currently quoted

I agree there shouldnt be ship dates when they have no clue but its too late so I shall be mad no matter what lol

The entertainment value of this clusterfuck is almost worth the cost of my pre-order....almost. There's a lot of stockholm syndrome in this thread... :evil:

GH gets an A- for vaporizer design and an F for business sense and communication quality.

This is all a guessing game and has been for a long time. If it were me I would want to wait anyway. They need to solve these quality control problems. If you got one now it might be DOA.

Eh, I'd bet no one was shocked. I just wanted to pass on the update, as are most others. Not trying to nitpick though. Just my thoughts.

People are upset and they need to vent.

Ha, Dr. FC is always seeing patients. Or should I say.....patience! Weeeeeeeee

I stopped being upset a while ago. The silver lining is that the wait may mean that they are getting the issues worked out by the time ours are shipped.

I received an email back from Trevor. I appreciate his time to explain what is going on and I understand his reasons for pushing it back again. He did offer to refund my order. That being said I am along for the ride. If backers can wait two years. I can hold out a little longer I guess.
