Bumped to November, disappointed. Like I said, 8 months @ 500 units a month just for the 4000 (+/-) backers .. ~20 hoppers a day (-weekends)
Time for a sabbatical from FC, Im wasting enthusiasm.

same here. I added one Stainless Grasshopper to have on the go out of house and ask to ship w/e is ready first.

BTW my Feb pre-order went from Sept to Oct which I expected and maybe will increase my chances of getting a flawless one. But I can understand how backers being pushed to October might be less sanguine.

So darn upset my shipping date just keeps getting pushed and pushed further away. The company had told me after several times of being pushed back that September is a realistic date for me receiving my unit. Now upon checking my order status it says November. Super upset , I know we have all been waiting but i feel this is very unfair to all of us. Sorry i had to vent ...

figured I'd watch it too... but when he talked about having it for 2-3 weeks and getting his current one and testing it for 6-7 weeks made me sad again

Right there with you @zymos & @Shrike, you guys must be in the tail end backer group and I'm in the early pre order group for my ss unit.
Interestingly,
ss pre ordered mid January originally set for April delivery, then May, then July, then August, then September, now October.
Whereas two color Tis ordered in April were set for May delivery, then June, then August, then August still, then September still in synch with my ss, til now November.
So at least I'll have ss earlier, before Ti again? Eh, not much of a silver lining. Seriously Zion made me completely not care about this waiting game anymore, at this rate I'll probably have the stealth mini Zion before a Hopper too, hell likely I'll have two Zions by then... (and revised Indicas finally? New IQ and O2 even?)
It's all fairly hilarious, but we still expect these last estimates to stick? This is where they polish out all the bugs? Waiting for better QC is worthwhile (ie Indica), but with great/fancy tech comes great/fancy tech bugs. I knew its promises were possible, just forgot about all the room for issues. It's going to be a crazy revolutionary device some day, but now it makes me laugh whilst I enjoy Zion simplicity

Totally, and all set to continue. My Dec 3 estimate moved from August to September, with me somewhere around #1500, the new equipment - which is still a couple weeks away - has to get integrated very quickly plus everything else has to scale up... it's another best-case-scenario estimate. For me best case is I get a hopper at the very end of September from the first batch to be put out in bulk from new equipment w/ the team testing/packing/shipping 5-10x more than in any previous week.
And to get the full circle into one post, the reviews are consistently showing a lot of what I'm hoping for: a vape one-hitter. Sweet, can't wait.
There's something calming about this much ambiguity.

maybe some early preorders.
Looks like most early pre-orders through Feb. March, and maybe April 2015 estimated for Oct.
And around May and on slated for Nov./Dec.
From the estimates given on how many are ordered that's a lot of hoppers to get moving in that time frame.
Without more hands or that assembly equipment running soon I can't see them reaching those numbers .
