Discontinued Haze Dual V3

Used the links kindly provided by @scottg402 on page 115 and got the upgrade fee paid, request for RMA submitted. I might have jumped the gun on the 2nd part since there weren't any fields for color request for the 3.0? At any event, I figure they'll email me and that can get handled then. I probably missed or earlyheimered some info in the thread.

Kinda' weird, but Massdrop's included paperwork back when I bought my v2.5 wasn't an invoice. Easy enough to print one from the transaction on their site, tho.

Really lookin' forward to it!

Scott, is there supposed to be some kind of e-mail acknowledgement that a person's RMA request for the PIF program has been received? I filed mine a week ago and haven't received any kind of acknowledgement so things are kind of in limbo. I kind of expected a standard "Your request has been received and is being processed" email or something. Im not trying to rush the process or anything, Im just curious because there is really no way to tell if my request actually went through.

I remember a while back there being a poll for a new haze color. Did that fall through? I thought a tuxedo finish would look fairly sexy, and I'm considering jumping from the 2.5 to 3 when it lands.

Well thanks folks I do try. But like I've said before. I am operating just like the rest of my coworkers. This is our company culture and I'm just trying to fit in!

@box I do believe that poll is still up. I will check with the marketing folks to see what's going on with that.

rshetts, You and I are in the same boat but fear not, Scott is on it!!! Soooo many peeps are ordering the V3 that they are SWAMPED. This is good for them but not so good for us waiting lol lol I am lucky to have the 2.5 to keep me occupied in the mean time.

I got several units to be upgraded. My dad's green Haze included. I think those dry herb lids look great and I am anxious to test out the new concentrate lids. I always went with the sandwich method with herb/shatter before but from the pictures, the lids look way more solid than the earlier lids. @scottg402 , the new website also looks cool. If someone decides to buy one of those bundles as a gift or similar, can we replace one accessory with another? For example, if i consider to get the Event Party Pack, can I swap grinder with Ed's Water Tool adapter?

So excited to get my hands on the V3. My new shift supervisor is a heavy combuster here and he is very interested in starting vaping. I lent him one of my V2.5s last weekend and he said that he had a lot of fun switching back and forth with his 21% nico liquid in one bowl and ground herb in the other bowl. I was thinking about gifting one of my upgrades to him but I may just go with one of the bundles since they look like a great deal. He will not need all the accessories probably but I will for sure :)

I will post my comments as soon as I receive the upgrade.

lol so I've been telling my boss to get a vape for awhile (she would say how she would want to have a toke in middle of the night or w.e but didnt wanna smell like it) but always pushed it off as too complicated. The headshop next door owed my boss $ so instead set up a little package and apparently decided to throw in the Haze! lol thought she'd end up with some lame not worth it one or something at least more common (I was the only one to get a Haze from them apparently lol) but nope. Though I was a little bummed as obvi, it is a V2.5, not that she really cares but always hurts my soul getting something when the next model just came out. but either way, Im excited to hear what she thinks!

@scottg402 , you guys should start doing more advertising around. There are many vapes out there which don't worth a dime but they sell crazy with their strong advertising. With such a strong product like this and customer service at Haze level, people would become customers for life if they heard more about Haze.

Cough****grenco, atmos****cough. I totally agree. It's mind boggling the stuff you see on Instagram and rebrands that people are drooling over. Haze FTW!

It's coming guys. I have been working with the marketing department on a strategy and we are investing a lot. As of now we don't have the million dollar annual marketing budget like some of the others have but we will grow in time. For now we juggle a lot of bucks on R&D and manufacturing expense (inventory). As we grow we will have more dollars to dedicate towards marketing. This is a challenge many young vaporizer companies deal with, not just us.

I just appreciate the loyalty you all have for the Haze! You are our greatest asset when it comes to spreading the word! Keep talking to friends, family and to your local shops about us. Educate them on the differences between us and the competition. The benefit to them is a happy customer who is not coming back ticked off with a broken vape after two weeks.

If you have shops in your area (especially chains) that don't carry us please send me a PM. I already have a little army of my friends and loyal supporters helping me out but I could always use more recruits! :)

Long time lurker, first post. Came across this thread back in December when I was searching for a new portable to replace the pax I'd lost over the holidays. By the new year I was fully caught up and ordered my first Haze v2.5. It was delivered in early January and I loved it immediately. I live in Boston and spend a lot of time out at shows and the convenience of the cans and replaceable batteries makes it perfect for urban wandering, blending in seamlessly with the cigarette smokers outside the bars and clubs.

I did experience the issue with the switch breaking as was previously discussed, but in my case when it broke the vapor pathway to the bottom bowl was stuck in the open position so I held off on sending it in under the warranty right away. I used it with just one functioning bowl for another month or so since I didn't want to be without it before buying a second unit as a gift for my mother, and also so I'd have something to use while mine was being fixed. As usual the service from Haze was amazing. They answered emails quickly even on the weekend and after sending it in the unit was on its way back to me the day after it arrived in GA.

I hardly ever leave home without it especially since quitting cigarettes recently. When I saw the new version announced I immediately ordered the dry herb can lids and started dreaming about an upgrade. Like I said before I hardly leave home without it, so I decided to use the money saved from no longer buying cigarettes to buy another Haze that way I'd always have a backup if one needed to be sent in for the warranty coverage again. So I submitted a preorder for just the V3 unit in blue on Thursday, got an email Friday with the expected message that it was on back order and expected in 10-14 days, and then 5 hours later there was another email saying all colors would be available in 10-14 days but they could send me a black V3 with expedited shipping right away.

Of course I jumped at the chance to get a new V3 sooner rather than later, and today it arrived. I just got my hands on it, I'm on my second can with the dry lid and I'm already impressed. I never thought that the 2.5 felt cheap, but the 3 just feels more solid, especially when it comes to the switch. I'll add more feedback as I use it more, but my initial thoughts are all positive, all the upgrades I didn't know I wanted. Thanks @Haze Vaporizers for putting out another great product and always providing great service.

Welcome aboard! Thanks for joining the thread and sharing your experience!

Congrats on quitting smoking too! An even better decision than purchasing your Haze!
