I want one too, I just have to wait and be patient lol. The wait has been decent since I have other vaporizers lolI want one.
I think that's a excellent point. There are many medical patients that need ease of use and safety.Excessive heat, such as has been described at the back end, may be problematic because although one may avoid it by handling it in a different position, some folks might be caught by surprise or not have the dexterity quick enough to avoid a finger burn ...or one could have a heat avoidance reflex whereby the pen gets dropped or flung across the room.
does your back end get hot at all like the other user's unit that posted earlier today? It's worth the wait....
I haven't touched one of my other vaporizers since mine arrived.

Early Bird checking in. I am now on my third replacement hopper and just received a second defective back end. The back end simply gets too hot to use. Additionally, battery life is under one bowl regardless of the battery I use. I am thankful for their relatively quick responses and replacement units and back ends but I'm not sure how much longer I can keep playing this game.
It must waste a lot of battery power to make the back end get that hot.Early Bird checking in. I am now on my third replacement hopper and just received a second defective back end. Perhaps GH knows precisely where the problem is, and if it is an isolated defect that doesn't involve the rest of the hopper, why not just replace the defective part, as seems to have been satisfactory for most RMA's thus far?It also seems a little weird to just send a replacement back end. Why not send a new complete unit, so the old hopper can be sent back so they can take a look at the defective one whole? The problem might be somewhere in the front end, or in the battery? In that case they can send all the back-ends they want, but it might not address it?

Who knows? I'm not in a position to presume anything with certainty. Bad batch of back ends??? IDK... ???Sounds good. Then what's happening in this scenario?
