Discontinued Haze Dual V3

I think this will shed some light~
haha beat me to it by an hr :p

I think my favorite part of the video is showing the MP, all the other changes aren't ones you can really see too much but just know what they are but was curious about the changes to the MP and how it was different from the current. I like how it will always be sitting up top, that should def get rid of any sticking issues and let you avoid smacking the thing to get the MP out lol

The V3 is pretty impressive so far.
Most of the beneficial upgrades are on the inside of the unit where it counts, so you cant see them.

I will say just holding a V2.5 and a V3 in my hands I can definitely tell the V3 is much sturdier. It just feels solid. The chamber switch is a major improvement as well as the mouth piece design.
So far I'm very happy with the V3 and all the major upgrades they did.

I will be back with more feedback and a usage video for you guys after a bit more testing.

"...Yes they will fit on top of the old cans. The bottom part of the cans is the same but the silicone tops and SS tops are new..."

Apologies for not being in the thread lately. After seeing the excellent vid, I had a major -to me- question so I started reading back some pages. The above is what I was lookin' for. Hats off to Haze for not obsoleting our existing can collections! A+ on that, IMHO! ["can collections" almost sounds like a porn reference, no?]

I'm going to get on the pay it forward list using the link kindly provided by Scott. Here's hoping my purchasing the 2.5 thru MassDrop won't kill the deal but I personally doubt it will.

The Haze v2.5 is my first and only vape at present so I'll get signed up and paid on the first link and wait to send it in until I receive notification (?) that v3's are in stock... is that doable? If I have to send it in now, I can do that, too.

It's possible this praise is excessive since I've only ever vaped with my well loved Haze, but Haze has literally changed my life. What I thought could only be a one or two month supply of concentrates (10g) is amazingly (to me) going strong approaching 6 months. Full disclosure: I'm not a heavy user. Usually just one mind bending sesh at bedtime. Still, I think the unit efficiency may be saving me a lot of money. Can't prove that, though. Less than $30 a month for 'trates far exceeds what I'd ever hoped for.

To my 2 decade killer nemesis :cuss:insomnia:bang: I say: "Adios & good riddance!" I think I cleaned that up nicely, no? ;-)

I just got my 2.5 in May - so might be a little early to trade up already .. but I'm super hyped to check out the new dry lids.

That's been my main annoyance with the 2.5 is going through 4 lids a month.
They also sometimes are a little finicky with having to be seated just so for max airflow .. especially as they age - then the taste becomes compromised as well.
The new lids look awesome and totally what I envisioned as an improvement.

I only use dry herb in the cans ... and when I first got my unit I didn't really like the performance using any of the screens along with a MFLB Finishing Grinder grind.
I find I like it best with just whole buds broken into several small pieces and well tamped down. No grind at all. This works great for me.

Now I just need to find a good stiff wire brush to make cleaning a little easier.

For sure, VB13. I really want one, too. Next pay cycle, gonna get on the pay-it-forward list.

Haze all the way. For me, at least.

Don't know about you all, but I haven't seen a business in a long while that actually gives a darn about their customers. Haze obviously does, IMHO.

Ahnolt accent:

"I'll be back." ;-)

Your levitating avatar reminds me almost exactly how I feel when thoroughly 'Hazed'. And I mean that in the best kind of way. :freak: <-- Why do they call that emoticon "freak"? Shouldn't it more accurately be called "wrecked"? Or would it be overused then?

Just sayin'.

G'mornin', you all. Time to vape my arse into paradise for some blissful (and formerly unavailable) sleep. Or thereabouts will be close enough. On the rare occasion when a good head-whack of maryjane won't induce sleep, I choose to readily admit it: HIGH is very much close enough for me. Either is excellent, IMHO.

I wanted to mention: The mj has reduced my PTSD negativity a lot in the past months. Much more positive and laid back now. Me cool? Yeah, I know. It still seems way unlikely to me. But I swear it's true.

I waved at a guy today on the road who almost killed us both due to rage and uncharacteristically, I had a good laugh about it afterwards. I don't think he was laughing but maybe he'll find some herbal and/or spiritual relief soon. Or I hope so. Truly meant, namaste to the poor po'd-at-the-world guy.

No sense stroking out over nothing but stress. Had we met over a beer, I'd have probably advised: "Try to stop watching the damned news for awhile, dude. Everything will be fine. [hopefully]"

Regardless, road rage confounds me.

At any event, be well you all.

m

p.s.: I mean really. Is 75 in a 65 not enough on a 2 lane highway? (where I live, pulling over would mean shattering the guy's windshield with gravel). Ok, I'll leave it there.

Been on a self imposed T break just to see what's up for the past week. Admittedly, I'm a comparatively light user - but for the second time, no withdrawal symptoms at all. Nothin'.

Accordingly, it is time for a scooby snack now. aka, "Haze Time"!! Had "hammer time" not already been taken, it coulda' been that, too, 'cause 'trates in the Haze 'hammer' me post haste. And thank gawd for that. It's a miracle for a multi-trauma survivor.

Bye bye insomnia and pain.

Hasta.

The same with me....I've only used the Haze vaporizer myself...it's everything I wanted. I'm a bit OCD so I bought two of the key chains so I could pre-pack both containers with different strains, day time and night time. I laminated a little card that fits in the lid and I write down each of the strains with a "whiteboard" marker which can be easily wiped off the next time I refill all my cans. I'm having sooo much fun.

The BEST perk possible is I am sleeping again...If anyone hasn't experience insomnia they have NO idea what it's like not to sleep....never getting in the REM sleep for years. I feel I am slowly getting some part of ME back.

I got my V3 upgrade and it's great -- everything I already love about the Haze but with the little issues fixed and refined. Battery door is much more secure and more sturdy. I think it might still break if dropped but not as easily, and it doesn't pop open accidentally. The mouthpiece redesign is brilliant. No more getting stuck inside the unit. You do need fingernails to grab it and pull it out, and it's quite stiff when new like mine. No problem for me but I could see it being hard for someone with reduced hand function. No harder than the old sticky one though. And it won't fall out on its own any more. The new switch seems much more robust too. The unit heats up pretty quickly. I can't tell if the temperature is more accurate but it seems fine. Overall, a great upgrade!
