I just want to give a shout out to PuffItUp. Last Friday I placed an order for a small item (<$10) around four in the afternoon. Imagine my surprise when I got a shipping notice 30 minutes later. I received the item Monday afternoon.

Amazing service! I didn't dream that the item would even be shipped until Monday at the earliest.

Just placed my first order from PUI for my very first vaporizer! Had been looking at other online retailers but went with PuffItUp after finding this forum. As a newbie in vaping, that extra customer service really goes a long way :love:

Like the poster above this post says, the extra help from Randy and the staff of PUI went / goes a long way.

Great service and prices.

I don't believe that I would buy from another vendor again, all things equal, why buy elsewhere?

Just ordered my Mighty this morning with Puffitup:tup:, Cant wait in tell it arrives! I love how fast they are. I always chose free shipping, and it arrives in about 3 days every time, but that might be different depending on your location. Should be blowing some mighty big clouds in no time :nod:. Ill post again when i receive the device. I know kind of pointless post, but I'm so excited!!! I wont be able to sleep in tell it's here. :o .. Which shouldn't take too long :rockon:.

I got the unit this Friday as expected., But didn't get to open up the box tell later
because i went HIKING :cool: :) ,,, i was so excited !!
But unfortunately for me, its my unlucky day.

I turned on my unit and the LCD display didn't function properly, the back-light doesn't turn on. Without that i cant read the temperature display. I Read the Booklets and searched online to see if there was a way to turn the blacklight on and off, but no luck....
I reached out to Puffitup threw their awesome live chat and they replyd quickly assuring me they will have some one email me to help me further this Monday, that will help me sleep well tell then . Of course we all deserve our weekends.
Hope i get this fixed soon :cry: , tho I'm sure they will.:tup:

I E-mailed Randy from puffitup, and he replied to help me further to solve my problem quickly and they responded with useful information every time. He provided me the 2-day shipping label to send the unit back to him, no cost to me and added that he will send me a replacement A.S.A.P. Which i already got.:rockon:As always i very pleased with their service. From the live chat and emails,to Randy taking the time to contact me on this very forum!.

Is the repeat customer code void? I tried placing another order (my third) and it said the code wasn't valid. . .
