That was a little harsh and not what I expected as a new member of this community.

Anyone else get a non-working tracking number from Epic?
I got an email Saturday that my Nano had shipped, and it included a tracking number. When I checked at the time it wasn't working.

Well now its Tuesday night and the tracking number still isn't working, nor have I received any packages.

My tracking shows invalid, but Nadia assures me it was shipped yesterday.

I ordered direct and they informed me it shipped Friday (Aug 21). My tracking number is not working. However, this is a common issue for me with USPS. I honestly can't remember the last time their tracking worked for me.

I was really hoping to receive my unit today but that didn't happen. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow (Aug 26).

@olivianewtonjohn I always thought Massdrop just Resells stuff they buy in bulk(or at least in small lots on some things), a group wholesale kinda thing.
Might be but still not sure how any of this could be MD fault? I mean EV is clearly working with them for the lower price and there is a spot to register massdrop on epic vapes website

shortages would be EV issue not MD (again im willing to cut them slack here). EV not replying to an email would be their problem as well (not as willing to cut them slack here).

Since we sell products through our drops, we do not carry inventory and we can’t resell individual items that have been returned. As such, manufacturers do not allow us to return unsold or returned products. I am right there with you. Got my nano from massdrop with items missing and a non working unit. Trying to get this company to communicate to you seems futile. They are one of the worst customer service depts I have dealt with. And apparently none of it is there fault. I have patience but this is ridiculous. I try to email them no response, call them leave a message no return call. I get the love that this community has for this company but I feel I may have missed that boat. They might be getting overwhelmed but I don't buy it. I just want my enano that works that I paid for almost 2 months ago. Or a realistic timeline for when they think I will get it. When I sent my unit back I gave them a tracking number at the minimum I would think they could do that. I have been seeing a couple post with people having similar problems. It doesn't look good.

Please PM me to go over the issues you are having. I absolutely understand your frustration and would like to help fix this immediately.

I unfortunately am unclear as to who you by your Avatar alone, but I know I have spoken to you before regarding both the gong and RMA. If you are who are I think you are you have even more of a right to be angry as I did get your voicemail today and was unable to return it before it became unreasonably late to reach out. And you're right if I considered this 1-2 man operation a "Customer Service Department" it would absolutely be lacking. Literally 200+ calls and emails per day plus orders/RMA's - it makes for slow progress, that is completely on us regardless of our issues with USPS and the like. You right to vent to a community that can help give advice and/or vent with you.

IF you do not receive a call or response from my PM tomorrow please know I am bringing Andy up to speed on the situation so he can assist in my stead as I will be unreachable after 9am tomorrow.

Seems like Mass Drop sucks. The nano is under $200 (I musta paid over $500 for my mighty with all the extras). That's an already crazy good price for a vape that might be the best around. I had no patience when I had to wait two weeks. I started to complain, folks here bitch-slapped me back into reality.

I get your frustration, not easy to be in the dark. Communication is key. After I stopped being a complaining ass, the vape showed up in two days.
I wish you the best, and I'm sure Nadia is reading this thread (more flies with honey than vinegar, karma, whatever).

It's all in the reflexes.
I got my first nano a few months ago. A couple weeks into having it, the wood split. Nadia was awesome. I had her charge my card for a new one, then reimburse me after my old one arrived. The whole process took 4 days start to finish. When I get out of the shower I'm gonna take a sweet rip from my nano. Why? Cuz it's ready to go!!!!

Hmm that makes me worry a little because mine should be here if it was actually shipped out Saturday. I'm not that far from where they ship out from. I hope it didn't get delivered to the wrong address or something.

My tracking has now updated. Hooray!!!! Doubt it'll make it here by friday though:(

You guys have my support, as I know how hard it is to compete with larger corporations, and you're doing your absolute best. Folks on this site have a very positive take on Epicvape.

PS: Just gotta say, as I experiment. The dial numbers truly are relative. I had a heat lamp on the same outlet, and stole power from the nano. Anyway, bumped up half a number and got huge clouds with .03. Is that even possible?

I had just read on another thread that Mass Drop was going to stop selling the vaporizing line of equipment. I didn't hear anything direct just something from someone else just today.

"All the laws and regulations with shipping and receiving vaporizers makes receiving and distributing Vaporizers more of a pain in the ass than anything else we do drops on, so we are going to stop doing Vaporizer drops" that was an extreme summarization on my part, but pretty much what I got from the email.

quality and less than $40.00 a oz.

I would like to acknowledge that the recent ' massbombdrop ' was entirely our fault. Under the circumstances massdrop was very patient and professional through out the entire ordeal. We were simply inundated with an unexpected amount of orders at a time when our glass blower dropped the ball or as I refer to it: 'Glassgate' We believe everybody has been taken care of with either products or refunds. I ordered on that Massdrop, When I saw that the buy in was like 20 something units and you got an order for around 100, I realized that I'd be waiting awhile, but I saved over 50 bucks so no biggie. This is a hand made product, the wood is beautiful (I got the dark walnut) and at least for me it has worked perfectly. I think total I waited around 2 weeks past the Massdrop estimate. I understand the frustration for those that had poor fitting glass or unexpected problems with the cord or heating up, and yea the extra wait rma, shipping etc, seems like a pain in the ass but it still feels like we are talking about 1st world problems. I wasn't upset at all waiting for the unit, after having it for a little over a month maybe I should be more upset because that was like two weeks of amazing that I missed out on, LOL, but no harm no foul. Apparently none of these people waiting have signed up for a grasshopper preorder, Now THAT is what I call waiting I may get my grasshopper sometime in 2025

Try signing up as a early bird backer now that is waiting. Though I did get mine last month

Probably the best way to get a response is on FC!

Up until about 6 months ago, I was paying $400 for "top" quality. In the last six months, prices dropped to$300, and quality has doubled, and I found vaping. Ad a nano into that mix, and I'm can be high 24 / 7 and not break the bank. It's sick... I like to load, stir, reload, stir, ritualize it. Unfortunately, my wife has the opposite take, rather see me smoking bc is almost invisible. I wind up using a good portable (that I love), but it's not a nano.

Very happy to help, you are dealing with responsible, caring ppl at epic and on FC. Glad you realized that and got a good result. Seems to work that way. I am falling in love with nano, and anyone who knows me around, kinda knows "Otis" (bravesst OCD side). Otis is going to wind up have 3 nanos. Many changes in the works, and I see a nano in every room of my house - always on. Starting to not notice the cord. SWEET

I have to ask my wife to give me $ to buy my cannabis.
I love growing however it's not worth it! $150 per OZ and less. 2016 it will even be less! With my NANO I use less than one OZ! (per month)
With a portable about an 1 1/2 OZ!
Girl Scout Cookies is my favorite!
I have a large selection so I have a mixed inventory!

I use to have a hard time stay under 2 z's a month when smoking. I did, but it was a ration situation at all times. Now, I'm about where you are consumption wise, except I don't get to use the nano as much. I'd probably go 3 weeks on a z if I could use my nano like 50% of the time. I have no idea of the names of anything I have, but my new "guy" has some great connections, and in my 40 years of smoking, never seen more consistent good bud (and he delivers, usually within hours). I can get a 1/4 lb for 1100, might just do it, otherwise it's $320 a z, sometimes $300. Lately, every time I see him, it's better. Last time he dropped off, he was baked. Before vaping, I hadn't been baked in years.

My inventory right now is pretty good and pretty mixed. I'm debating whether to build it up now, or wait until harvest time. Quality now has been really good.

Holy shit, what I hit I just took, not coughing, but only because of nano smoothness :rip:

My wife has a Marketing Degree and has never smoked or vaporized cannabis. She prefers for me to use the NANO and bought me 4 GonG's
