I posted this in the E-nano thread first, but I copied and pasted here for anyone who might be interested. As stated below, I will be comparing the Underdog and E-nano side by side and posting the results in various areas of comparison.



Got my walnut E-nano from the classifieds! has been sitting here for a while at my house but just got back from vacation. It is warming now. will report back later! I am planning to do a fairly in-depth comparison with my underdog.
My initial impression is that the E-nano seems more professionally/commercially produced whereas the underdog is more of an art piece. Not a rip on either of them, they both have their appeal to me and surely to others. I prefer the sturdiness of the E-nano cord and I like the smoothness of the dial (as well as the fact that it is adjustable straight out of the box of course!), although the thin underdog cord is nice for passing around a table. The e-nano itself seems a bit heavier and possibly sturdier. The nano stems and GonGs seem much sturdier than the underdog's glass pieces. The ends of the nano stems are not cut crookedly like the underdog stems are. I like how the e-nano stems have a stop built into them to keep the heater away from the load. The e-nano regular stems are about the same thickness as the thick direct draw underdog stem. Unfortunately, UD does not offer a thick option for GonGs. That said, I really like the Underdog nylon and stainless pieces. I have both the NonG and the nylon direct draw. They seem to work very well in my experience. The E-pick stirring tool is something that I really like as well. It may seem unnecessary but I have been using a paperclip to stir the entire time I have had the UD. I will likely order a black anodized aluminum stando (or maybe walnut) as well as some more screens, an aromatherapy cup, a spare cord, a few e-picks, and maybe some other stuff. Which GonGs and stems do you guys prefer for the E-nano? I have three direct stems with basket screens as well as two 14mm GonGs and an 18mm GonG.
I wish that i had a vvps for the underdog in order to do a more thorough comparison, but currently it will be more of an out of the box type of deal. Feel free to suggest any specific comparison criteria that you would like to see. Also feel free to suggest tips for the e-nano. I feel pretty confident using it since the underdog is pretty similar so hopefully I will get some pretty decent results.

Appreciate your impressions, but I differ. Underdog sturdiness, build quality, and professional craftsmanship is unsurpassed, in addition to sterling ultra-fast courteous service and unlimited design variety. Vape performance is way over the top with the Underdog. YMMV given each individual's usage techniques. Glass is glass, thick or thin as far as pairing performance goes, and there are many aftermarket options to broaden horizons. Comparisons are fine, albeit subjective, IMO, but always welcome.

@Snappo I simply meant that the e-nano felt a bit heftier and denser I suppose. I wouldn't take that to mean that the underdog is lower quality. I also totally agree about comparisons being subjective, but I am hoping to be as unbiased as possible and give a user's perspective to anyone interested. There are plenty of anecdotal comparisons between the two vapes, but in my opinion there are too few in-depth comparisons. I certainly prefer the appearance of my underdog and will vouch for the workmanship that went into it. I do, in fact, prefer the glass accessories of the E-nano. I also really appreciate the underdog's capability as far as the use of nylon and stainless tubes go (they are my preferred method of using the underdog). From my research and a small amount of personal experience, Underdog seems to have better customer service. That said, I have not dealt with epicvape at all so I really cannot speak on the subject. Also, what aftermarket options are you referring to? I know of Joda, Ed's TNT, and alan from heat island, but I would be interested in looking at other options.

After testing the E-nano and underdog side-by side last night, I think I can offer a fairly accurate comparison.

The E-nano really does heat up quicker than the UD. I filled the E-nano stems with an amount of bud comparable to what I would use in an Underdog glass stem, but slightly more than what I would use in a stainless NonG. I found that I got best results with a little less bud than I initially used, moving the screen back, and turning up the heat. I get nice, dark, even AVB with this method and it really milks the bong up! I prefer the GonGs, but the straight stem was super tasty. I believe that the E-nano offers more extraction than the UD with a stock wall wart. It seemed like I got bigger hits with the nano by a considerable margin. The UD is still an excellent vape, but I have a feeling that the E-nano will be the go-to at least until I can get a VVPS for my underdog. The E-nano stems also fit the heater port much more snugly than the UD. I don't consider it to be a good or bad characteristic, but I prefer the E-nano in this regard. I noticed when using the UD, particularly whenwith friends or taking multiple consecutive rips, the unit seemed to need a moment to reheat itself. This does not seem to be an issue with the nano since it has a more powerful heater and higher mass core. This was never really a problem when using the UD by myself, but it was a bit disappointing with friends. I am planning to try some concentrates with the nano as soon as I pick some up from my dude.
