. . . . just waking up in time to go back to sleep again . . . I decided to go for an oil sandwich at some point earlier . . . then ate a toasted sandwich and passed out on the couch 
Mmmmm that worked sooo well. A nice glob of golden Sublimate slapped dab bang in the middle of my botanicals, loosely packed in a stem of the goode Johnny Zion who is then upturned and sat in my J-hook using a straight m2m adapter.
Happy daze.
80% power yielded many tasty, extra effective rips, leaving no visible residue anywhere that I could see.
Well what can I say? Johnny strikes again! He's game for anything, this one!

Just made an account after signing up on board w the Zion @169+ lifetime warranty. I am counting down the days until ______ shows up at my door. This vaporizer is what I wished the mflb could have been if it took 18650 batteries and had some sort of power regulating feature. I think I might weep as soon as I get it.

I'm kinda embarrassed that I had just bought 2 300ml cans of high quality butane for my Lotus just before The Zion arrived. Haven't even unsealed them.
There have been a few changes, like the bowl being made flush. I think the early betas had a slightly different shape. I'm sure RBT will put final dimensions up on the webpage.
Ouch that hurt me. That is one of those posts that I find it hard to "like". You DO know the torture tests are not meant to include the stem...
Truth be told I have broken a stem, but not a bowl.Sorry dude. It shouldn't be too long. I know I wouldn't want to be without Venus for very long, but I have had her much longer than you and the separation anxiety would be much worse...

@RastaBuddhaTao I placed an order in july for a zion to be shipped to Australia, I haven't got a confirmation email from you guys so I just wanted to check that nothing's gone awry with my order and to confirm that it can be sent to Australia.
I don't believe I payed for any shipping so I'm not sure exactly what's going on with it.

I took it with me today. A truely portable vaporizer. I have only one set of batteries and zero worries of a power outage while away. Zoey has been very impressive.
With two sets of batteries I could see Zoey getting 20+ loads no problem before killing both sets. That would be enough to get me through a weekend of camping with no electricity. I haven't seen another battery Vape capable of this. The FF would need six batteries . At that price (6x30=$180.)you could just buy a Zion.
The ESV. Would not get me through one day without needing recharged. And produces marginal vapor. The diffrence is this vape does not comprimise. Long battery life, built like a tank, and huge cloud production.

It's a bitch. I blame myself. I went 30+ hrs of no sleep and then get 5 hrs and I thought that be enough. Ive dropped and knocked shit over all day. Hopefully this day will end soon.
As one of the beta testers, I just wanted to pop in here and quickly tell everyone that my experience with the Zion has been essentially flawless. It hits hard if I want it to, but can slowly ramp up the temp at whatever rate I feel like.
As I'm in Washington State, I have been able to test this vaporizer with a wide range of various flowers, as well as several forms of hash. It's performed well with all of them.
My daily plug in device at home is an E-Nano which has been plugged in essentially nonstop for almost a year. So this is what I compare any new device with: a completely warmed up ready to go E-Nano.
While the plug in E-Nano and the Zion are clearly very different, the reason I keep using my Zion every day is that it can provide an experience very similar to a log vape (especially when flavor chasing), but I can carry it around the vegetable garden or have it out on the kitchen counter, or any time I'm moving around the house.
It's just a solid powerhouse, and I'm happy that I have had the chance to try it out early and help a little bit with some of the refinements that will be included with the production units. Highly recommended, and I'm happy an answer any questions anybody has if I can.

I'm still using it. Damn things been burned,ran over,now dropped on its face with a stem shoved down her throat and girl still pushing big clouds(I could temp step just not my specialty) so I'm heavy on the button and long slow pulls. Big clouds. Broke burned ran over still going strong.

Haha yeah it was @TheDudeNextDoor who was using the hydrotube from Pinnacle. Again I have to mention buying from eBay over dhgate unless you live in China, usually quicker and cheaper for singular adapters, and may be able to ask about us or iso

The ones you linked to on dhgate look to be male to female adapters so they will not work unless you plan on connecting the Zion to some glass with a male down stem. What you want to be searching for is male to male adapters. For the pinnacle water tool you would need an 18mm male to 14mm male adapter.

Hey @Shit Snacks, @vapen00b was actually right because I now also have a little 14mm wt - and I posted a picture of it hooked up to Johnny a few pages back if you recall . . . although you'd be excused if it's slipped your mind - there has been rather a lot to think about just lately and I'm guessing Ziggy is being just as demanding as Johnny is. And who are we to deny them?!
Anyway, I think I have mentioned this before but I use a 18mm male - 14mm male Black Leaf Oil Adapter. Not exactly the same but pretty much like this:

I have surprisingly had no issues with any adapters that I have used - they all seem to fit fine, and they are all more or less, cheap China glass.
Oooooh while I'm here I just wanna mention Zion cleaning . . . . So we all know about the joys and foibles of vaporizer cleaning rituals right?

Seriously, this must be one of THE lowest maintenance vapes out there.
The ONLY things you need to do is rinse or reclaim from your glass stem and torch your screen. That's it.

In an extreme hurry? Just blast your stem with very hot water & you're as good as new
Triihouse's Lily & Daisy are definitely both low maintenance vapes but there is still that bowl scrape & airway clearing that needs to be done every so often.
Not so Zion.
Every now & then all that's needed is to wipe my finger around the inside of Johnny's bowl to remove any residue(!

Ah yeah, no way to know for sure. The 18-14 male does look like an US on the 18 side, but the others look ISO, presuming what you get even looks like that exactly. Gonna be a crap shoot either way, sorry brother
Haha @VegNVape very true, very true...
I go a week or two without cleaning my short stem, gets very oily/dusty but never hurts performance at all, cleaning the screen is easy to do without even removing it from the stem, just swab with an ISO q tip 3 or 4 rounds and its clean and clear and under control. Good as new, and I can go a while before I have to do that. Basically you clean as much as you want to with Zion, performance doesn't really suffer if you don't, unlike many other vapes...

Is this one taller than your other adapters? Like it to be just long as poss.
@HD Springer Saw these and can't see there being a problem with them and they lend themselves very nicely to a wooden sleeve for both decoration and strength. If they won't work I am sure someone will let me know. No idea of the bore diameter.

I might be able to sleeve them with bamboo in my studio for a prototype. I've been working with various bamboo vape stems over the past 8 months......
@ChippyMalone sorry I've no idea the glass are davinci water tool adapters. The titanium came up as enail adapters. Someone else here may have some.

Zoey is still delivering constant hits. Ran 2 loads through a 18/18m wpa with a vapexhale cap screen in my Wp-10. She produced two nice smooth clouds at 65% and one nice rip at 75% very nice. I could have pushed for more. But I didnt. already felt better, so I can finish it as a top off later. I am so happy I went with my gut on this one.
Having realized I had skipped something, I tested some supercritical CO2 oil soaked in a cotton ball in my Zion.
I normally do this with an E-Nano that is fully warmed up and set a bit hot. So the progression from low to high temp while vaping this load was particularly enlightening for a flavor chasing experience. Nice flavor down low working up to some pretty hot oily clouds at the end.
Again, it's been fun being a member to the testing team and I'm really looking forward to the Zion devices getting out there in numbers over the next few months.

I've been really enjoying my Zion. I must admit I like her running hot. I do like and enjoy the full flavor the first few pulls allow for. Once the internal body starts getting up to temp the non stop clouds start and it's a freaking show. Rinse and repeat as necessary. Or unnecessary but a total blast.
