This also just happened to me. It took a week and a half to get a return label, I've been stalling on mailing it in due to my schedule. I'm assuming with seeing how busy they are I will not see it for awhile. I'm getting another log since that will probably get here faster than the repaired/replaced unit.

I definitely want a back up log, not sure if I want another E-nano or a underdog, would anyone know which would ship out quicker? My only working vape right now is the lotus and I'm lazy.

@Tickdickler Read through the different threads to see what you may want. Either a desk top/log vaporizer or possibly a portable? I won't say anymore because this is the Nano thread. I have 2 Enanos myself. I loved the first one so much I ordered another last spring. Every vaporizing household should own at least 2.

I'm not sure how quickly things are moving along? You might want to call Nadia and ask how quickly you would be receiving your unit.

Epicvape is in the Pacific Time Zone they are located in CA - I think they close at 5:00 and it's Friday. They won't be open Saturday or Sunday.

I believe I got a direct glass stem, 2 18mm nongs, and a 14mm gong

My e-nano took from July 17th until the 31st to arrive. The UD I ordered today at about 11am is already shipped and the tracking number says it will be here monday. I hope it doesn't take that long to get a return label now that nadia got all the massdrop orders out, I'm gonna miss my nano :(

I'm in the same predicament. Loose connection is rendering my enano useless so I have an RMA request in. I have the older style e-nano and Nadia is having a hard time locating my order and after several emails I haven't heard anything back since. Against my better judgment(since I take customer service very seriously), I ordered another since I figured it would be faster to get a working one in my hands that way. I hope it won't take 2 weeks to get here. I loved the e-nano so much I took the gamble anyway.

I'm trying to decide between a second nano and a UD. I love my nano. Anyone on this thread own both? Maybe shoot me some advice. Performance is top priority for me.

Awesome man please do that!! As far as temp goes, I run mine at 6.2 or so dry and 6.8ish through a d-020 bubbler. That's my current preferred method.

@Pjake I will definitely post a side by side comparison on here. I know that when I first bought the underdog there wasn't a whole lot of information about their differences. Honestly, I think I still need a variable power supply for the underdog to work optimally. One reason (aside from VAS and my desire to compare the two vapes) for buying the e-nano was the higher temperature capability for concentrates and generally vaping my bud more thoroughly. Also, it seems like the underdog needs a break to warm back up after taking a decent number of rips in a row

I have both and performance wise there's not much of a difference.....i dont use a vvps with my ud in fact i bought a dimmer(which looks exactly like the nano dial) because my dog was a little too hot.....i run my nano anywhere from 6.25-7.5 depending on strain and i use both of them 80% without water......they both have a place in my daily rotation....

I own a Nano and I am waiting my HI but living in Eu makes very complicated to get UD otherwise I would have already got one.
So the only comparison I can make is relative to the fact that UD (like HI) is easier than nano to put under power bank (my aim) to use it away from home

I had to share these patterns..

..I use boos board salve on it when it's nice & warm,..soaks right in and penetrates nicely.
Since buying an evo,..and this is probobly all mental but I put my nano away...I suppose to justify the price tag of the evo,..it got top billing.
Iv since disregarded the vanity of my devices and got on w/ they're actual performance.
Thus,..re-enter the nano.
..I really like the evo,..I actually have a tube up for swap for a new h.t.,..but,..I'm predominantly a dry vapor type,..the waters soothing and nice but I prefer dry,..and the nano dry is excellent...easy in and out and done...or,..it can also provide the ritualistic session if need be as well.
...I think iv warmed the wood enough to leave it on constant 24-7.
I would turn it on for a few hours a day..and keep adding hours daily to sort of break the wood in as to not shock it in the beginning to avoid any cracks,..if that makes any sense.
I am wanting to know besides the obvious falling over or rowdy pup,..is it indeed safe to leave on 24/7?...
Both in preservation,electrical consumption,..and fire hazzard.

What is in your ENano this evening? All our friends on the East Coast probably are asleep.

I have some Platinum Blackberry in mine and yes it taste like blackberry. One of the best Blackberry strains I've ever had. Funny Farms have done it again, they make exquisite products. At the MMJ Farmers Market on Saturday they had a big line.

Using my stem with the glass fitted screen.

I find it hard to sleep these days coming from N.J. knowing our bully of a gov. is making an ass of himself on a grand presidential stage,..f'n stooge...his ass will be lucky if he even wins Jersey..
..but I degress,.. :)

I would love to shop a farmers market of strains...
But sadly in a state bloated w/ ignorance pick and choose is overshadowed by want and need.
This some states legal some states not speaks volumes for a country divided,..I just don't understand it sometimes

This morning (UK time), as I have the day off work, I've been vaping some Killer Skunk which is a Blueberry x Blues cross (Blues is a very nice clone only skunk#1 pheno from around the late eighties) by a UK breeder Underground Originals (or UGORG).
I'll be moving on to my all time favourite for taste (if not effect) Cheese :love: now I'm talking the original clone only ver (none of the commercial hacks that are available fom breeders). I've had the cut around 15 years now and it's still my all time fave.

I do have some White Widow, which works well, produces tons of vapour, but not so hot on the taste front... so I've been mixing it with some nice Moroccan hash on an evening :zzz:
