Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Those tags on their posts are hilarious.

What a bunch of rats.
I think it's just a big, chinese, hashtag assortment of "F*** You's" to all the people who see it.
They do stuff like that quite a bit, I think they have a great sense of humor atleast.

Like when hitmandougie got all grumpy about getting copied, it seems that's when china suddenly had a copy of every.single.piece. the company made. Then the day after champs the sundae cup was on CCG's shop. And then all the otherships and sov and mobius copies too, they picked the ones it seems would piss the most people off. I love it. It gives us awesome, cheap pieces, but it's giving china glass a worse and worse name. So i love and hate it i guess. They have the skill to design their own shapes and even percs now, but they still almost 100% copy actual artists.

That sound though :ugh:.

I was just thinking the same thing, way to much rattle but it's coming along.

As for the hashtags I don't think it's done to piss people off but so more ppl view their piece that look at those hashtags.

The reason I like the China glass scene is cuz it makes the real artists have to keep stepping up their game.

Out of all my china pieces , FC-710 is the best IMO (I only own the Dabbbacino, FC186 and FC1000 from Steven , CCG fab , WOL Torus, Gordo clone and a quite few other china bubblers over the years) . It gives you a punchy hit with tons of flavor. It isn't punchy as in harsh on the lungs , punchy as in it hits your right in the face :ko:

I checked out their store and they actually have a piece with gridded inlines

http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/recycler-glass-bong-12-quot-inches-two-function/250892283.html

As well as a piece that looks electroformed.

http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/2015-new-glass-bong-8-8-quot-inches-copper/250771076.html

don't really trust them yet but hey at least theyre trying.

A D020-D I received yesterday from sunshinestore:

Exactly 7 calendar days from despatch to delivery.
And they agreed to swap the accessories (bowl etc.) for a set of (5x) 18-14mm reducers as I only want the bubbler to use with my vapes :)

I've not spotted any bubbles in the glass and it seems to work well.
Hardly any draw restriction at all and a nice purrrr instead of chugging like my old bong.

Haha I'm wondering the same thing... Scratching my head over here haha

Do you guys think any of the pieces get shipped to that port in China?
He's just cleaning it. It looks like he has the joint hooked up to the faucet. It's a fritted disk to a turbine, explaining that awesome vid. I watched it 4 times straight, and then 2 times again just now..

what do you guys think about kathy egg? i just broke my ccg one and thinking about trying out another one. Who else makes a good egg? also are the colors painted or is colord glass ? http://www.dhgate.com/product/new-g...-water-pipes/250162720.html#s1-0-1a|686479144

Painted. Look at the joint. There is no weld between the clear ground glass joint and the green colored glass.

Edit: Last two pictures maybe not. That said they look like crap and I wouldn't trust a vendor that sells painted glass.

I'm generally leery of Chinese glass and have yet to receive my first order of one, but I would avoid colored Chinese glass entirely. At least with the clear you can see imperfections more clearly.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I would guess that color in the glass would be a great way for them to cover pollutants also. Clear would hide a lot less.

They might not be painted. Have started to see Chinese glass from American vendors on Instagram in those colors plus a couple others. I would suggest messaging Kathy on dhgate. China is following the demand, it's ridiculous to assume they could never get colored glass.

They do have colored glass, if you'd take the time to educate yourself you'd know what colors. That's why I said the last two maybe not painted because it could be china green and china amber. There are even chinese blowers that use american color by now, something you notice when you look at the price for the pieces. On the neon green and pink pieces there are no welds between the clear ground glass joint and the colored tube section, impossible if it would be actual colored glass.
The colored glass they are trying to emulate here is VERY expensive because of all the R&D that went into it (also, because there aren't many companies making them limiting the supply. Nontheless it took a while to get the recipe down).
I'm sure a chinese factory could come up with their own recipe for UV active colors, just haven't seen it happening yet.

I received my Othership Torus by Stevenlmz79 today.

Yes.

I like this very much.

It works amazingly, one hit from my EQ feels like three hits through my D020 for example! This is my favourite "candle holder" yet. Powerful, beautiful and affordable.

For anyone on the fence, I would say you could not be disappointed and should jump over!

It's a great size, good amount of water for freshness, good amount of diffusion, nice amount of vacant chamber for sitting vapour, the vortex is impressive enough but I am more pleased by the rest of the piece, which surprises me. It even retains flavour better than my D020 and any of my other pieces.

It's really, really nice.

The defects are tiny scorch marks on the downstem from the incycler (very small black marks viewable from low angles), and the 18SG inlet is not perfectly sized/shaped giving whatever is plugged in a tiny bit of play, but it still seals completely airtight with no effort. Also, the slits in the perc are not quite verticle and not evenly spaced, but it looks perfectly fine to the eye, and even better with water magnifying it. The glass is flawless, except the brace connecting the down stem, which is a bit sloppy. It has bubbles is not of even width and is not straight. But it is pretty much picture perfect from the side on both sides. And the rest of the glass, which makes up 99% of the mass is literally flawless. This is THE best quality glass I've received yet, entirely due to the fact that it's finished fully. It's polished properly and there is not a scratch, or a bubble in the main body, or any other width fluctuations.
It’s spot on.

It has easily got the best reception than any other piece I have.

The postage took 28 days from purchase travelling from China to Australia and it was well worth the wait.

Packaging was on par with the DHgate standard, although I would say other sellers have gone beyond this in recent months from my experience. It wasn't form fitted into polystyrene, for an example of "bomb proof packaging", but had enough bubble wrap, and the piece itself is a tank.

9/10 - It's not perfect, but I'm okay with that.

If your parcels come sea freight then yes.But they come by air freight so probably will not make any difference,in China they will carry on trading after disasters.

Is this the new one or the one that's been for sale for awhile? If it's this one, http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/advance-booking-2015-new-high-quality-glass/218127026.html check back in a few weeks. It is a 7/10 for concentrates with my biggest complaint still being the massive size of the can. With my Evo or Verdamper it rips like a champ though and is easily a 8/10. All things held equal I havent touched my egg and torus and have been solely using the straight fab for concentrates.

Still with this Torus, the vortex works for anyone that never checked out my function video you can see it.

This piece also looks promising, based on the IG Profile those colors are not painted:

I am well aware the colors that China offered before. As I stated I have seen pieces on Instagram that were Chinese (from Clean Clear Glass or the same manufacturer) yet used similar colors. I am no glass blowing expert, but kinda looks like there is a weld around the mouthpiece where it goes from clear to color. I don't think the Chinese are going to be offering Serum or every color of the rainbow anytime soon, but to think they couldn't come up with more colors is absurd.

Still would be wary due to the differences in the last two pix with pieces with regular Chinese colors.

Here's one of the pictures I was talking about. They claim elsewhere that their glass is blown in the USA, but I don't buy it.
