What kind of case do you have that holds 15 cans, my "Key chain case" that I got from Haze only holds 10 cans.

I have a cool little case that I just saved along the years. It fits 15 cans or 12 cans and a stem. The cans literally fit perfect inside. Better yet its small. If I knew how to post a pic on here I could show you. Its an awesome little case.

On the turn-off issue - yes, I've also experienced it, and I think it has something to do with over-heating. It's only happened to me when the unit was at "4" and quite hot. I could turn it back on, but then it would turn off in a minute or so. It's never done it to me during a normal, even long, session on "3".
I did some checking and Solomon is right. I seldom run my Haze on level 4 (I do extended sessions on level 1 and 2) so I really haven't experienced this except maybe once long ago. I chalked it up to shutting off over lack of movement but in fact it was shut down to avoid overheating. And here I thought I knew just about everything with the Haze!

Edit: I guess I should also mention that the other reason it could shut down is if the battery is low and it drops below the proper voltage.

Ive been reading back a lil bit on the Haze forum and I have a question for the people that say their Haze has combusted their dry herb .. when you say combusted do you mean there is white ash present after vaping a can or is there a glowing red ember inside the can??

Sounds like your unit was malfunctioning in a really bad way because even at the highest temp I've never had any "combustion" (out of maybe 200+ cans). Something in the heat regulator or some kind of short circuit?

@bonez - have you sent in your unit for warranty repair??

My man @Solomon! I see we roll the same way with our units!

Regarding the combustion..... If the unit is defective it is possible that the temperature will not be regulated properly and it could combust especially if you are running at level 4. This is rare but we did have a few units in the past that went wacko. As you all know we continue to strive to improve the Haze so these units are evaluated to understand why this happens and if applicable the appropriate changes are made. I am pretty sure though that this was isolated to some defective parts and no significant changes were made to the design as a result.
