Discontinued VRIPtech Heating Wand

lazylathe

Almost there...
VRip with Legacy seal, 19mm VRip bowl set-up and my Atomic Perc WT, all freshly cleaned.
Allow to preheat in the glass stand, i usually do small test hits until it is the perfect temp.
Once up to temp i remove from the glass stand and place in a glass dish.
Load up a bowl and hit for as long as i can.
Mmmmm.... I missed you my old friend!

HUGE shoutout to @lazylathe for steamrolling me with an epic session with the VripTech! I'm usually blown away by the monster sessions we have with what seems like a constant influx of new toys, but this time was different. After the very first vrip my memory jogged back to the last session we had with it (amongst a massive buffet of vapes) and I quickly remembered that the Vrip is the only vape that has been able to defeat my monstrous lungs! WOW!

Just some quick thoughts off the top of my head....I know i'm still in the honeymoon phase but @lazylathe was dope enough to let me try it out for a bit! I know it's early, but I think this is my new favourite vape of all time! I can really finally appreciate why they call this one a "connoisseur's vape"! The FLAVOUR!!! WOW! I can't get over how each and every vrip tastes so amazing, and seeing the blue hues in the vapour confirm the quality. The airflow is perfect and the legacy seal works great! (recall our last sesh, when the black seal busted mid-sesh). I'm loving the ergonomics of this thing even better than my LSV, and the 2 piece bowl system has been working flawlessly, although i'm looking forward to the newer design down the road.

I can't wait to get my own Vrip setup! This thing is definitely a keeper and looks like it will be putting my LSV to sleep and become my next flagship desktop daily driver!

Nice work VripTech family!

(now I need to read this entire thread!)

Did some more testing with @lazylathe's VHW and it's by far the best vaporizer ever in my eyes. One thing that I just couldn't put my finger on though, was that it made me sneeze like crazy! I mean, i've never experienced such rich tasty vapour before in one shot, so I know that could be it - but no other vape has really caused this for me. Most of the time I would get like a weird stinging sensation at the bridge of my nose and a tickle at the back of the throat and then chain sneeze. I guess the VRIP extracts like no other! lol And it does!

no sticks....if I did that absolutely 100% it would happen, regardless of the vape. That's the thing, it can happen to a lesser extent with other vapes, but nothing like the Vrip. I think it's the sheer amount of concentrated vapour and terpenes in one shot, like a true bong snap rip! Regardless, it's worth it for the flavour and ritual and I prefer it over most if not all others!

Almost there...
Rolled out the Vrip today!
Went up a notch from my usual setting...
I love the instant vapour production this thing is capable of!
Great flavour as always and super strong effects!

I am now wondering how much better it would be if i had a 14mm setup?
I know @ShadowVape recommends 14mm, any reason why?

So happy my bro @biohacker is joining the Vrip family!
Now i will be able to test their WT'S!!!

Happygolucky for sure the replacement lower bowls and upper intakes for the VCB4.2s should be showing on the site now:
http://www.vriptech.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Store_Code=VR&Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=VCB

We still have to get some solo pics up there, but we are selling the pieces individually now for replacement. You can also just hit up ShadowVape at info@vriptech.com for anything VRIP.

I'm pretty sure we got you sorted on the screens Khantagious to run the filter like Nebu dialed you in on, but if not hit me back --- you want to use the smaller side of the tolerances ideally of the small glass screen originally intended for deep packs on the legacy lower bowls (part code: VGSS) for the best filter set up. If anyone reading this wants the same set up just give us a note when ordering the small glass screens so we know you're using them in the 4.2 bowls for running a filter and we can take the calipers to the ones we pack up to make sure you're getting the smallest ones.

Keep it Clean and Full Spectrum!
cool..one more question. Do you have a coupon code I could use since I need to order the bottom part of the new 4.2 vcb ? it's about $50 w/s&h just for this piece..shipping sort of kills the price. ($12 on a $36 purchase = 1/3 the cost just to ship and I'm in the same state!)

Although I do prefer smaller openings (giggity!), it's much, much more than that! I've now long sold the LSV, and am waiting for my order to arrive....big shout out to @ShadowVape and Mark for the amazing customer service! Thanks guys, I really am looking forward to your future innovations.. and after nearly a decade of vaping exclusively, and coming from a bong snapping background, I can honestly say that your heat wand is my absolute favourite of all time! SO many reasons to list why it's better (for me) than the over dozen (including all the expensive big boys) vapes i've had the luxury of owning or trying over the years.

You just tripped me out Sticks! I just tried ice for the first time in a looooooong time and the result is that I just can't go back! Back in the day I thought that using hot/warm water was better, but it's not! Are you rockin one of VripTech's glass pieces?

shadowvape, I want to ask a favor..

my bottom bowl broke (new 4.2 style) and it needs to be replaced however the top is completely fine. Will you let me order just the bottom 14mm style? That's the only thing keeping me from replacing. I've been using the older style bowl for the last 2 months :(

DUDE!

Are you able to sell just the bottom piece of the vcb 4.2?

Good question Happygolucky we have been selling the new bowls and upper intakes separately I'm not sure if they've been brought live in the store yet (will check up), but we've sold a few to keep some slippery fingers in flavor country already I know. We kept saying we would start selling them individually as soon as we caught up on orders for complete chambers then we would end up running short again so it hadn't officially happened, but we have hooked some customers up who just needed either the lower bowl or the upper intake.

We've been producing the VCB4.2s in short runs, but just had the first longer run completed so fresh and functional is in stock and if you need just a bowl or just an upper intake no worries. It does save a few bucks buying the complete chamber though so just a heads up the back-up could come in handy some day.

How much for the bottom vcb 4.2 bowl?

The 4.2 lower bowls are 36 and the upper intakes are 46 so basically it costs a couple bucks more if you buy separately.

so how do i purchase the bottom part? It's not your site..how do we do this?

ShadowVape is swamped right now, but more importantly, he's already answered your questions! I'm pretty sure shipping is non-negotiable, and the discount is if you buy the the upper intake as well, as he mentioned already.

Thanks for keeping folks in the knowing Biohacker!!! This is Mark and I promised Shadow to hold down FC and have been a bit distracted preparing for harvest on the mountain so apologize for the delay in posting. We've gotta have the full flavor R&D materials for the next year you know!

Please know that if you have any questions and aren't seeing or getting a quick answer here you can always just email Shadow or myself (info@vriptech.com or headvripper@vriptech.com) or call the shop phone 650.206.2301 which will usually forward to me on my mobile anyway if I'm not there (the girls are better at packing orders than answering the phone it seems) and rest assured we'll get your question answered and your vape needs sorted.

We definitely have the bowls and upper intakes available separately now and are happy to announce that we have just received and began testing the new 4.2 "patch" tip seals (we're calling them the "red" seals) for improving the interface between the VCB4.2 bowls and the VHW 3.0 (current model) in a higher temp medical grade silicon compound that so far appears to be far more durable than the original ones we sourced in viton. There are some beta testers out there who post to FC that should be just receiving theirs to test so please let us know what you think family. So far on my end I can say they work great and are definitely more forgiving to use than going straight glass on glass or using the legacy seals and are a must for those that prefer higher temp vapor or hybrid vapor/smoke and/or enjoy melting concentrates through flower or hemp fiber filters (protonail still coming soon as a concentrate option too I promise!!!).

If anyone has purchased a VCB4.2 and/or VHW 3.0 all you have to do is send a note to Shadow at info@vriptech.com and we'll send you the first one for free by USPS at our cost. Thanks for the patience everyone who prefers the higher temps and/or angled hold....we got you now! The new ones are softer too so the feel is nicer than the viton ones.

yes...the beaker with the ice pinches is a sweet hit!

The Pro or PerK model? I have the PerK and it is one amazing water tool!

Thanks for the update Mark! I love your R&D and am stoked for the new seal, protonail, and other new developments coming our way.

Stand by for my review! I wanted to spend a good amount of time testing as to not go by emotion like I usually do, but this vape is definitely something that I like very, very much. In fact, for the first time ever - I may even venture into video territory.

It's not just the vape. It's the family and love behind it. I've drank the koolaid and am now part of the cult following!

I'll be back with the review soon!
VRIP ON!!!

Appreciate the props Biohacker! We know our kits aren't for everyone, but those that VRIP is a good fit for are the type of folks we like to melt flowers with and shoot the breeze. I've lost count of how many great relationships have resulted from customers giving us a shot and then a shout out about how stoked they are that we're so different from other vapes.

VRIP will never be the mass consumer vape and the whole family knows this which is why it's extra special IMHO. We like our special niche in the industry and give thanks for the loyalty the Flavor Country our tools enable cultivates! Can't say thanks enough family!

You've all made my pipe dream I was told would never work back in the '90s work and work well. The same people that ask you "why are you doing it" are always the ones that will come back to ask "how you did it" so if VRIP can ever do anything more than deliver great vapor let it convey that pipe dreams can and do come true. Just gotta believe and be willing to work for it...

Amen to that! By going for the specialty niche rather than the mass consumer, you have made the ultimate tool for the discerning vapor connoisseur, and have made me very happy :D

I love tripping people out by loading huge rips of Ringo 2012 (20:1 CBD dominant), letting them milk it up and then exhale big full VRIPs only to feel languid clarity sink in instead of the usual buzz (nothing against the usual buzzes love them too). It's been called "California No-High"....ha! I remember the days when that was a negative comment coming from someone thinking they got ripped off.

Fast forward to 2015 and when you're back is jacked or any other inflammation the pre-decarbed CBD oil by oral ingestion and a few big vapes of the same throughout the day HAS to be the most effective anti-inflammatory modality available. Insane how effective it is....and for the ADHD amongst us it really is pure herbal focus! One of my techie buds calls it "herbal adderal."

I had a Craftsman analog variable ceramic heatgun vape about a decade ago, hardest hitting vape I have ever hit. I recently tried a Volcano, and its convenience was nice, but I'm not sure the effect is as strong as my old heatgun....

Is the new vriptech heatwand and vaporbowl as good as with the old heatgun. Is it pressurized with positive airflow or passive using lung power?

Convince me on this over a classic volcano.
