All in one high user control vaporizer

I'm looking for advice before buying my first vaporizer, i scouted the forums but got quite lost, as i'm quite ignorant on the subject and i don't know if something that fullfills my needs even exist.

I was looking for a vaporizer whit an accurate temperature control and display (+-20 degrees) that would work well guaranteeing some real thick vapor whit pretty much everything (powder extracts, raw dry herbs, resin extracts oils and tinctures).

Must be:
- confortable but not necessarily portable, meaning that it should be usable when laiding down, it must have a big chamber so multiple refills are not needed and it must have little draw resistance allowing you to really fill your lungs;
- easy to use (a long and complicated set up is ok but i don't want to have nothing to move or plug after i start smoking);
- reliable and long lived.

I'd like to avoid all the fancy stuff as it's usually not worth the price (i'd say around 300-350 bucks max), being easy cleanable or stench resistant would be a big plus aswell.

Any input is appreciated, thx for your help :)

The Mighty seems to be the Vape for you, if you can afford it (above the price range you posted). Seems to fit all your categories though.

The Davinci Ascent is under $300 and has temp display, although I've heard it's not very accurate

Plus/minus 20 degrees isn't really accurate, and accurate control doesn't necessarily mean accurate display.

There's no guarantee of that just based on brand/model. Thick vapor is also determined by load size and the temp you're using. Thick vapor also means high vapor density, not volume. Small hits can be very dense, and low density hits can be very big.
it must have a big chamber so multiple refills are not needed
That will help you with getting big hits, but be prepared for poor taste once you get into the bowl, since you'll be hitting a lot of spent herb (ABV).
stench resistant
No self cleaning vapes that I know of.

I'd give a shout to the Plenty on this one. No restriction. great for laying down, hanging upside down even. under budget new, and always seems to be plenty of 2nd hand units going about to

I would suggest the Davinci Ascent. It's a portable and it looks like most of the bugs are worked out. It has a digital temperature controls. You can use basically any vaporizing temperature, use the buttons to get the exact temp that you request.

It also has very good vapor flavor and can easily be used laying down in bed or lounging on the sofa or your fav recliner. You can find one for around $200-250. You can buy spacers for a minimal amount and tailor your load.

The oven isn't too bad to clean if you swipe it out with a q-tip after each use. If you keep it clean including the stems you will bring down smell to a minimum. There is a little bit of a smell, all vaporizers have a smell, some more than others.

It's a nice looking vaporizer and fits easily in your hand. With the stem down it doesnt look like a vaporizer. Check out the Ascent in the portable section. This unit has it all - a big surprise in a small package.

Edit
I wanted to add the Ascent has an all glass vapor path unless you wanted to buy a wooden stem from @Ed's TnT which I have two that fit my unit. And why not recommend the Ascent?

Thanks for the quick replies, i'm looking all the models posted above in the details.

Infact i said control AND display dude... Whit thick vapor i obviously meant dense vapor not a huge volume, i want the most goodies possible in the least volume of air to avoid having to do huge rips to get effects from salvia or other substances whit similar R.O.A.s
The temps play a big role but i'm guessing two vaporizers set at the same temp will produce different kinds of vapor.
The bothanicals i use have a foul taste anyway so that's not something i would worry about and yes, there are some claims about materials like clay and others being way more hardy and easy cleanable than metal.

There is one big detail that i forgot to add i'm looking a vaporizer that can be heated up to 320 celsius, the davinci seems the best choice atm but is far from reaching that temp. I'm also not so sure about the chamber size, i read somewhere that you can fit in only 0,3g of material, not bad for a portable but i'm aiming for around 1g, 0,5g atleast or it would't be usable for plain dried herbs but extracts only...

Dunno where you heard that. Most digitally controlled vapes are pretty accurate these days. That being said I wouldn't recommend the Ascent to the OP.

Do you mind to explain why the ascent wouldn't fit my needs?

Clay is a naturally occurring material and not used in vapes AFAIK. You're probably thinking of ceramic, which is inorganic

Does ceramic mean something different in the industrial v. Art or Kitchen world? In art, most ceramics are made by forming clay and baking it at a high heat. Once baked into bisque, it can then be glazed and baked again. Thus, when I think "ceramic" I am considering a man made object created from clay. When they talk about ceramics in industrial design, if it isn't baked clay, what is it? Just curious because all this time I was thinking it would be the same as porcelain or stoneware, which seems heavy and not nec. less fragile than glass.

Why 320 Celsius? There aren't any flower vaporisors that can reach that temperature. BTW, if you vape above 230C, you're smoking!!! That said, there are concentrate vaporisors that can reach 320C and beyond. The Vapor Brothers VB 2 comes to mind, but I don't think that's the type of unit you're looking for..

Edit: a portable that can hold .3g is actually a pretty big load. Some have said they can fit .4g in the Pax 2 if you really pack it tight.. The thing is with most vales, if you pack too much, say .3 to .4g, you'll never get full extraction unless you stir the load up once or twice

@Guineapig

Had the Plenty (uses lots of product with a big bowl), have the Mighty, works great without much learning curve, big clouds, big bowl (.17 to .2). Have to hold it to vape. Super accurate LED display, but will eventually need some maintenance (which S&B are great about). Expensive, but worth it, especially if you just want to load and go. The cleaning of the "cooling unit" can be avoided totally but just replacing it regularly (or cleaning rarely if used rarely). The rest of the unit really doesn't need to be cleaned except for a quick fine screen change and a qtip swab once in a while.

Other stem type vapes (what I'm used to), are a bit more work to get right, and might not hit so hard without doing the work.

That's another relative noob's opinion, but I've only experienced Plenty, Crafty, Mighty, Arizer Air, Arizer Solo, Pax, Pax 2, Elevape, Grenco (once)

It depends on what you are trying to vape.

Probably a desktop vaporizer would really be a better choice for me as 0.2g capacity is really not enough, i'd love to ger the vb 2, i never tried it but i knew it already sadly its definitely not for me atm, is there any high quality whip vaporizer cheap as the extreme-q whitout so many easy breakable glass parts?

Okay, falir enough.. However, the fact of the matter is that flower vapes will not reach your desired 320C temp. Only concentrate vapes and enails can reach 320C and beyond. I hope this helps so you can refocus your search..

This really helped but i'm still quite in trouble.
I wasn't looking for a portable specifically, anything that could be used whit a whip leaving you one hand free would be ok for me.
Can you name any concentrate vape that would work well whit herbs and powders aswell, reaching that temp and fitting in my price range?
I saw really few models going beyond 280C and they all were too expensive but surely there is a lot of less renowned stuff that i'm unaware of.
