FYI I've been spinning a small drill bit in my stems between pulls, and it works fantastic to grab the material from the bottom, and bring it to the top. It is probably negligible difference, but feels like I push less material into and through the screen.
I don't understand. Need pics.

order last Friday... it's still processing. What's the point of 2-day shipping?

The purpose is when it ships it will only take 2 days....

Just a quick update to all of you on here:

As you may have noticed from our website we are experiencing stock issues that have affected every customer order, Massdrop customers included. We believe in producing a solid handcrafted product and any unit or accessory that does not pass our final inspection is not sent out. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We are confident that all our customers would rather have a slight delay in shipping than a product that does not live up to its claims.

Anyone who currently has an order placed that did not just leave with the post person will be receiving a refund on their shipping charges and will ship priority mail as soon as possible.

We value each and every one of our current and prospective customers and hope you will be patient with us as we continue to work through these delays. Andy will be back late next week and our production will be back in full swing.

Thank you!
Nadia

I also sell online. It's just me, so I get it. Still, I spent money for a service and business is business. Don't say 2 day shipping (misleading), and process for over a week. Not cool.
How long have they had my $$$? How long have I had a nano?

What is your expectation of 2 day shipping....??

a.) It will ship out in 2 days or b.) It will be deliver in 2 days

How is that misleading??

My guess would be if they took 2 days to ship out and sent if slow mail..... you 'd be upset...and whine... "You said 2 day shipping".... but if they took a week to send it out and it sent it 2 day shipping... you'd be upset

Bottomline.... They are communicating that there is an issue and they are working to get it resolved..... give em a break!!

2 day shipping means IT WILL SHIP WITH A 2 DAY SERVICE.....WHEN IT SHIPS

I guess Braveest knows that. What he's awkwardly trying to highlight is: what would be the point to pay more for a 2 day shipping, if the nano takes 1 week or more to be shipped. I also guess, if he had been warned that there was a slight delay, he would have paid for a standard shipping and wouldn't be so upset.

Now to get back on a positive note, I have just received my nano from the most recent drop. It's beautiful and was perfectly packed. Like every other new guy to the enano world, i'm so suprised by it's little size.

I haven't been able to use it yet because I don't have my step down converter with me (it's 100km away from where i am for the week).
It's a 200w converter, i assume it's not a problem that it's more than the 50W required ? Can you please confirm as i'm going to drive 2 hours to pick it up ?

Thanks a lot :)

If God is the answer, then the question is wrong

50w is minimum
I have 150w working perfectly for 7month

While I understand that it's a small company and things are crazy over there right now, they shouldn't mark items on their store as "in stock" and offer express shipping when there are delays of this duration. Talking with Nadia, "in stock" just means they have the wood for the piece and they still need to make and test the vaporizer. If anything goes wrong, they start over. While I appreciate this level of craftsmanship and have no problem waiting, I do think that is misleading. If anything, they should say that the wood is in stock and they hand make each vaporizer to order.

Just comparing to other stores, in stock means that the object is there, ready to go when ordered. Not waiting to be manufactured.

I'm still pumped to get my nano, and after Nadia explained their process to me I completely understand waiting. Things should just be a little more transparent on the website, not everyone reads FC after all.

In a situation like this wait I load up another vape, kick back and watch the river flow. Nothing I can do can make time move faster or change reality as it exists at this point in time. On the other hand if I weren't waiting I would probably load another vape anyway. Enjoy

think some of you need to chill i imagine it takes time to lathe out 100 nanos and there is no way they would have known how many were going to commit to the drop...

i received my 2nd nano today just to make you all jealous lol. anybody know if it would be ok to run two nanos with a multi adapter from this stepdown..

That is exactly what I'm doing... when it gets here it gets here.
[EDIT] Sorry for the double post, didn't realize there wasn't a post in between.

For easier reference take this dirt auger and miniaturize it.
Imagine sticking this on the top of your stem, and rotating clockwise.

As the auger drills deeper and deeper, the dirt is pulled from the bottom as you spin clockwise, it travels up the shaft and dumps out the top where the threads stop.

Just in time for the weekend! :D https://imgur.com/a/fZrhY
Very impressed so far.

Very nice! Also waiting on my Cherry from massdrop which is out for delivery today. Wow it looks a lot lighter in those pics than it does in the stock pics.

EDIT: Just came in! Holy crap this thing is tiny, never realized it until now.

Does this work differently??
The auger bit pulls the bottom material up to the surface. Not saying anyone has to do it a certain way, but I do think that @FlyingLow deserves props for a genius idea. Considering many households have these types of bits at their disposal anyways. Too bad my ice fishing auger doesn't fit inside any of my glass stems.
