E-Nano from Epickai

I have good success with my trim.
I use a JoDa carbed gong and drive thru water, at higher temps, like 8.
I take it all in one, like old school bong.
The custom gong is deeper, can hold twice the amount.

how hot does the exposed metal at the top of the nano get? I'm mostly concerned about, if i need to change a bunch of bowls daily while it's still hot, burning the crap out of myself regularly. Obviously the top of the gog will be hot, but besides that?

Just a quick update to all of you on here:

As you may have noticed from our website we are experiencing stock issues that have affected every customer order, Massdrop customers included. @Jon Do Tip of nano gets very hot. It is recessed, the gongs have a silicone sleave so you can handle it hot with no burns.

So at 8 you're combusting, correct?

no no. just extracting one fat rip per bowl. this is nice sugary trim from last summer.

Interesting. I set mine up around 8 once by accident (couldn't see the dial well enough) and got some charring. Since then I don't go above 6.5, and if I'm there, I draw slowly so as not to over cook.

I only recommend this for weak product. Never ever do this with the good
Yes it does blacken but no combustion, its a thin line beyond which you really can't fake.

Think you got most of your questions answered, but a few additions....

1. Time frame contact Epicvape. Only they know, and from the looks of things could be a little bit. @ACE OF VAPE is the man himself. See his post above.
2. You have a good bit of room to set the screen depending on how deep your stem/GonG adapter is. On most of mine I can set as deep as on the solo glass stems. But, IMO most effecient is much smaller loads. Take a look around here for more info about this, but generally less is more with the nano. I like to load a smaller load and get 2-4 incredibly tasty hits, then reload. Depends on a few factors, but usually these loads are about 1/4 of what I put in a solo (full but not packed too tight).
3. As @hafalump said, not really sleeves. nano can be made with many beautiful exotic woods, but once it is done - it's done. Could possibly send in later to have it "re-built", but most get a second nano instead or go exotic from the start. Best place to get wood is probably from @Snappo here at FC. His wood thread is here. Adds some cost, but makes for a gorgeous nano!
   
4. Same as with any vape, lesser quality material is going to lead to needing more to get to the same place (same as smoking). Loading isn't really that difficult and with silicone sleeves on glass you have to be pretty careless to really burn yourself. Just be careful. You don't have to touch any metal or even hot glass. Basically, load into glass (easiest to use like a straw to suck up ground material), slide glass onto nano heat port (or slide port onto glass), enjoy, dump and start again.
5. FCLOVE is the code. 10% off and lifetime warranty. Not sure how low massdrops went last time, but code kind of wipes shipping cost and a little more. So, plain nano kit right under $200. Strongly advise you add a GonG for water and an extra bag of screens (5 for $5). Also not sure how lifetime warranty goes with massdrops. I wouldn't extend them to it, but best to ask Ace.

So many variables here. Their setting 8 may not be exactly the same heat as yours. Screen distance is very important here, as well as load size. Different strains vape differently, etc etc. Depending on set-up and other variables, you may get same vapor production at 6.75. Really hard to gauge it by someone else's nano unless they are side by side, and even then not too easy even if using except same material from same grind. Find your spot(s) and go with what you like. You can always try others and tweak whenever the mood strikes you!

Well, me and my Nano have shared a lot of intimacy with each other and we've talked it over. I've spoken with my Nano's parents, and I've received their blessing. We're taking our relationship to the next level; we've ordered some JoDa glassware.

gonna get a 18mm carbed GonG and an aromatherapy dish, they're gonna glow in the dark and be pretty... shit's gonna be tight, as they say in Save the Last Dance.

Well I just had my first date with Ms. Nano and wow, we hit it off well .

Fired it up with my D020 and I was blown away by the big milky hits. You folks were NOT lying, that's for sure and I think I'm going to love my nano!

I also enjoy using my stir n scoop vape tool. Nice little addition.

@nadia_epic Thanks for the update and explaining the situation at Epic. We appreciate all your hard work. You have a tough job "holding down the fort." Most folks didn't realize what a small business it is. It's a growing company with lots of orders coming in - that's a good thing.

Well, at the moment I can't order an E-Nano since its out of stock. But I am sold on it as my next vape, so I put in an order for a custom straight tube and carbed gong from Joda What a nice guy to deal with! At least my Massdrop Crafty will be here in a week or so to hold me over!

If it's the most current drop of craftys.....Estimated ship date is August 6, 2015.

Shout out to @nadia_epic . My brother in law purcashed a nano several months ago.
It was dead out of the box. He was so sad. I brought him my extra cord, and blammo, LOG.!!!
So,he just got around to email re faulty cord, and a new one is on the way.

I've got same problem and a faulty stem and i wrote to Nadia from EPIC , after 1 week and i don't have any answer to my email...im waiting for!!!

FYI I've been spinning a small drill bit in my stems between pulls, and it works fantastic to grab the material from the bottom, and bring it to the top. It is probably negligible difference, but feels like I push less material into and through the screen.
