Call Nadia maybe there's a glitch? Mine said pre shipping for a week. I called then received it in 2 days. Call Epicvape @ 1-866-898-0512

I'm sure they are busy since they had been on vacation. Everybody needs a vacation. Andy might still be gone?

I got my shipping notice early this morning, so hopefully get it this week, unfortunately I'll be out if town Thurs-Sun so I don't get to play with it till I get back.

Me too and my nano is sitting at the local post office, hopefully being delivered today!! If your UPS tracking page has one, try to track your Postal Service Tracking ID through USPS.com. This will give you more updated shipping info.

DON'T CALL ANYONE JUST YET.....

You are doing it wrong..... :doh:

They were shipped via UPS Smartpost.... which means that UPS moves them into the area and then USPS makes the residential delivery....

So if you track the shipment with the number they sent you or is on the transaction page it will bring you to the UPS page and will tell you that the label created on XX date....now look in the additional info box and you will see a line for " Postal Service Tracking ID:"... take that number and track it via USPS....and BAM!! :clap:... you will see these things shipped out last week and are probably due for delivery in the next 24-48 hours..

Maybe massdrop is different from ordering through Epicvape's website.

Twice mine said preshipping for a week with 2 seperate transactions. One was a faulty unit the other was ordering a new unit. There was some glitch because one time the unit was still actually at Epicvape when I called. It says 2 day delivery, that happened 1 out of 3 orders. They have good customer service because they answer the phones when you call, but there needs to be some improvement as @max stated before.

I'm not knocking the company because they are growing I would imagine. You know the old saying, "who likes to eat in an empty restaurant." Right?

I don't have the patience for mass drop. I will pay extra for quicker shipping sometimes when ordering vaporizing equipment.

Same. I placed my order yesterday (July 20th) on a piece that was in-stock and paid for the express shipping. Fingers crosses it won't be delayed because of the influx of Massdrop buyers (no offence massdroppers)

Hehe I know! I always believe my tolerance is pretty high but nah uhhh! I bet it's not as high as I imagine because although I "smoke" often, it's pretty small amounts. A nano steam load or two a few times a day ain't too shabby, I don't think. Although it is high enough (no more! :nope:) because I can do anything and everything and be around anyone I want high now. Which makes life very enjoyable sometimes!

Side note but only kind of and because I don't have a scale:

I bet someone knows what a scoop of course ground herb from (@Ratchett 's) scoop-n-stir roughly weighs in at and would like to enlighten me. :nod:

I've had my nano for a little bit now, but am able to manage to remember that when I ordered it there was a slowish process of receiving information regarding where it was or when it was going to arrive. The tracking info just seems to lag. In the end it arrived just the same with or without tracking info.

But all that is like ancient memory now.

The nano-monster arrives. And that is that.

Unless you have that uber-awesome piece with a 14mm female on it, ALWAYS take the 18mm. 14mm seems less and less common all the time, except for 14mm males on dab type rigs. 18mm also larger for better airflow and easier cleaning.

Weight in the S-N-S is probably going to vary quite a bit. I've been using mine daily for a couple weeks now. Sometimes it only takes 1 scoop, sometimes 2, sometimes in between, to load my typical amount. Really depends on your material, how fluffy it is, how dry it is and how finely ground. I would weigh a few for you, but my scale only good to .1 - so pretty useless for weighing nano loads.

@The Stranger if you are trying to get the full benefit from vaporizing if you continue to combust you won't feel like you are getting medicated enough. You need to completely not smoke any cannabis, just vaporize and you will feel a better medicated state or "high". It takes 2 or 3 weeks for a transition.

I used to smoke a little pipe for years. One day I decided to make the change and I never looked back. It took me around 2 weeks before I didn't feel I wanted to combust.

Got some Grapefruit Kush in the Nano this evening. Enjoying this really great strain, good taste and destresses ( is that a word?)oh well.

Been under some stress my brother had spine surgery today, a six inch long incision down his back from his neck, he's 67. They took 2 disc out and fused and screwed titanium rods to a few remaining discs - C4,5,6,7.

You know who will be taking care of him when he comes home because he has no significant other or wife.
He may need to go to a rehab for a week I'm thinking. I love him dearly but I'm no nurse.

Hey guys/gals, we're spoiled. Remember when to buy from a catalog, you had to fill out a form and send it in with a check or money order and wait an eternity for something, lol. I have pre internet memories, and I'm reminded when I visit my 92 yr old mom.

I don't look at my nano like a tool, it's more like an art piece, so for that it doesn't bother me dealing with a micro company. I don't want a Walmart vape. And finally, you really need more than one vape anyway, as no one wants to go without.., and well, stuff happens.

I remember what seems not that long ago, when if you wanted to know something you either had to go the library or if you were lucky to look in your encyclopedia book set. But more than likely unless it was really important people just went without knowing about stuff they were mildly curious about. Not anymore, the sheer amount of useless trivia I have in my head is astonishing to even me.

I didn't mean I didn't feel like I get medicated enough, I definitely do! I just mean I always think my tolerance is so high that I need a t break every few weeks. But in actuality I don't think it is as high as I always think.

I do vaporize 99% of the time though. I'll smoke a joint if I'm going hiking or such with someone though but it's maybe once or twice a week.

Well folks, my walnut e-nano (massdrop order) arrived yesterday! I was shocked by the small size, even though I'd seen all the pictures of it before. Despite the small size, this unit is mighty powerful. The wooden body gets comfortably warm when it's at temp (6.5-7.0). I ordered the 18mm GonG (phew) and have been running it through my D020-D for big billowing draws. Mrs. Burnside passed out after three hits :) This is a fantastic unit. Happy to answer any questions about the massdrop process/shipping!!

It was a plain brown box (roughly 3" x 4" x 8") with a massdrop return label, containing a plain white box which housed smaller boxes for the e-nano and power cord plus plastic tubes protecting the stem and GonG. Other items included a cloth bag, e-pick tool, sticker and one page quick start guide. Nothing was broken but my package arrived with the inner white box opened, allowing the stem tubes to bounce around a bit in transit.

@flotntoke beat me to it, but it depends quite a bit on the moisture content of your herbs and the fluffyness of your grind. With a very fine grind, I can scoop up to around 0.1g (full scoop). Though with fluffy stuff from my SCS grinder, I'm probably closer to 0.05g per scoop.. Sadly my scale isn't precise enough to take accurate measurements. Anyone have a scale that measures to the 0.001g and willing to take some measurements with different types of grinds? I'm curious to know how much this thing scoops!

It's not that I can't wait, I made plans with the backthought that it will arrive next week (friend's going to stay at my place for a week), but anyways, still have long enough holidays to experiment with this small angel :D

I will report back when I have it and give you some feedback

New user here, lurked a long time; usually I post on another forum's vape threads. I am seriously looking at an e-nano and had a few questions.

1) Is there any expectation on a time-frame for restocking? My birthday is at the end of the month, I get paid shortly after that; the storefront is completely out. I understand there was a massdrop recently, but the timing was off for me.

2) This is not my first vape, so the adjustable bowl concept makes sense. If I set the adjustable GoG bowl at a good efficient spot, how would that compare to a Solo PVHEGoG shorty, capacity wise?

3) Is it still possible to get new wood sleeves made? I may have to buy the cheapest e-nano and then, later on, get an exotic sleeve made. How much (past the cost of the wood) do these usually run?

4) Pursuant to #2: Good material is not available where I am at. Has anyone used one of these with lesser material? I am most concerned about burning myself from having to reload the GoG epeatedly.

5) Someone said the coupon code gave a lifetime warranty. After buying so many accessories and having my solo serviced repeatedly, this is very appealing. Is that still available?

Okay, I signed up for massdrop to bump this. The wait time is (sadly) an issue for me, but if the storefront doesn't restock by the time a drop is up it'll be a good way to save money.
