i have to send back my haze how clean does the two holes in each have to be. I cleaned it very well but their are one to two spot in each hole on top and I couldn't get to those spot. any way of cleaning it better

So sorry you have to be without your Haze. We will turn it around quickly.

If you clean the chambers and the airpath thoroughly with ISO alcohol it should suffice. You can use a pipe cleaner for the small holes that feed into the oven chambers.

Some discoloration of the stainless in the chambers is normal but there shouldn't be any residue left there.

I hope this helps.

Has anyone experienced a chamber shutting down during a session? Yesterday mine shut down twice. Same chamber both times. Thought it might be the battery but it did it the second time with a fresh one. I was using cans with herb and started at level 3 bumping to level 4 to finish like I always do. Switching it off and on started it up again but after a minute it shut down again?

I was looking into getting the 99 dollar upgrade deal from haze so you can keep getting a new unit. I had a question if anyone could help me out. When you send in your old unit and you get the new version do you just get the unit or do you get the whole package and accessories like the first time? I like the feeling of opening somthing new.

I had the same exact thing happen to me a few days ago, and it freaked me out. I changed batteries but same problem. I was vaked when this happen so I thought it was the auto shuttoff, but figured that wasn't it. Idk if this was the problem, but I did pack a can with herbs and kief. I kept this in mind the next day and packed less and looser. Haven't had the issue since.

Brand new package.

Keep in mind that all your old accessories should go with your unit so the patient can have what they need.

Hmmm, this has happened to me as well recently. The first few times I just assumed I spaced out and enough time had lapsed that it shut off automatically but after a few instances I started paying better attention and it has shut off prematurely on several occasions. I havent worried too much about it since I can easily fire the Haze back up and the new version is coming out soon but it does cause some concern as to why the unit is shutting down prematurely.

Just a bit of advice for those who use the Haze at home a lot: A Haze plus a nice bubbler = awesomeness! Adding a nice water tool to your Haze experience will give you the smoothest vaping session youve ever had. This is especially nice when using concentrates. FC has a fantastic cheap glass thread with tons of advice and if you want to go with a ready to go bubbler that is easy mode, the Magic Flight Orbiter bubbler has everything you need. Its small and easy to pack up for travel as well.

Just got my replacement back in the mail. Sent it out Saturday morning from MI so things went fast as far as in concerned. How much time would you all recommend I do a burn off for? Also is there a way to treat the silicon caps for first use?

Hope you guys have better luck than I did. After posting yesterday I went to clean my Haze and noticed tiny bits of plastic on my Q tip. Tried using my pipe cleaner to clean the holes leading from the chambers to the mouthpiece slot and when switched to the black chamber the hole is now blocked. The switch also now has no resistance at all. I've been having trouble with that switch being harder to throw for a while and something finally broke. The white chamber is okay but I'm now down to 1/2 a Haze. I know they'll make it right but to have this happen after only 4 months of use (and daily cleanings) has got me wondering just how long do vaporizers last?

It depends on your luck as well as how the unit is handled I guess. I was rough on my Solo when I owned it and i clogged it several times while experimenting different strains on it. I have been much better with my Haze and I do have all versions including the very first one with the silicone seals. I am still using it after almost a year without issues. Other than the frequent cleaning of the mouthpiece and the air path, it does not require much but I am very careful with the concentrates in order to keep it clean. If you experience particles in the air path, you most probably broke your switch up top.

Any burn off/seasoning tips for first use? The the silicon lids for the cans?
I'm a bit noobie since this is my first vap. I already got a little hasty and still got the new flavor ...blarg.

I did 2 sessions on temp 4 with empty cans with the lids on. Clean airpath with iso. Some people soak lids in iso too. I use 91% I think. For cleaning I use a qtip with a bit of iso on it and clean the airpath and ovens. Any other questions just ask

Also after a few sessions the taste goes away.

See my post #2406....never did hear back from them. My new Haze is still in the box as a backup to the Arizer Air. I like the Haze better, but until they fix the internal resin issues (which is causing the selector to break), I know eventually it will fail......sorry Haze I still have the love foe the unit....

Guys, sorry to hear about some of the problems being discussed here. Hopefully you already know this but we take the feedback seriously. In fact the V3 will address these points. Details will be available shortly. We are producing a video to highlight the changes.

@purplehelmeted Bushwacker I'm sorry to hear your Haze sits in a box. Please PM me with what's going on there so we can address your concerns.

@Mainoffender I'm not sure how you could get any plastic in the airpath since it is a solid stainless tube. We need to have a look at the unit so we can find out what's going on.

@Devo360 you can wait until the V3 hits to determine if the improvements are worth it to you. You don't need to decide now. Again, details coming soon so please stand by.

So when the V3 comes out I can buy the upgrade program then send my old unit in. That's very handy. Keep up the great work
